• Hohneck (8/5): Great location, value for money. - View Didnt realise it was shared accommodation, my fault though. However it worked well as only 1 other there on the first night. So had the place to myself for the next 2 nights. So was no problems.

• CHRISTOPHER (1/5): Very disappointed with this stay. I would not recommend. Dorm style accommodation. Very expensive. - Location. - shared "dorm" apartment with strangers - asked to pay extra $80 to lock the other room in the apartment and not allow a stranger to rent it while we were there. - only one towel allowed for entire stay. Extra charge for additional towel or makeup on towel. - very expensive for what it was - not comfortable bed or furniture - smelly Very disappointed with this stay. I would not recommend and will not stay again.

• Faikaog (5/5): Passable - the location and the ambience of the place the cost was way high for that service. the mission impossible routine, the very strict house rules, website inaccurate description, if its not a hotel and the rules were followed then the checkout should be flexible and not add more rule to charge if the checkout goes over the checkout time. my private bathroom was changed to shared bathroom and was not offered any discount or extension on the checkout time. customer support availability and the location of the place was the only reason that made me not give a bad review.
• Constable (1/5): Do not recommend - Sophia was great to help find with parking, and getting into the appointment, but other then that nothing good to say. It may of been a shared apartment but we were the only couple there. Coming into the unit was a complete mess. Dishes left through the kitchen, outside patio chairs upside down and cigarette butts everywhere. Lounge room had two hangers full of sheets and towels, laundry was a mess with whites soaking from the cleaner. Rubbish bins all full with two more bags under the sink. The kitchen had grease and edd shells and some sort of dirty substance dry and icky. Steamer was wet around the base so I used a towel that was sitting next to it to wipe it up. Lost $15 deposit because we used 2 extra towels. Witch was used to clean up mess. Would not recommend until the owner gets there sh** together. An absolute disgrace and shamble to pay what we did and get what we got. Would not recommend at all.
• Reino (8/5): good location, great views - The host was very helpful and gave very clear instructions According to the listing I was under the impression that we will have our own athroom, I was un der the impression this will in the bedroom, After checking in I noticed that the batheroom between room 2 and 3 was a shared bathroom. I had to call to ask about this and was told that as there is nobody in room 2 the bathroom was for us to use and not shared

• Vicki (5/5): Was definitely not value for money spent - Serve of staff and room cleanliness were great I paid for a private room and got a shared room instead due to bathroom issues with the room I had booked. However I got no discount on the room price, so pay for private but got shared. I had to share with a male person, which my husband was angry about. If for cultural reasons I could not share with an unknown male, what then? I will not be recommending this hotel to my family or friends as no allowance was made for the inconvenience in my booking.

• Olivia (3/5): I would not stay here again - The room and location was nice The host called me on check in to tell me that I could not put the aircon under 24 degrees, the room was hot the entire time and did not cool down. The private bathroom is also not private it is shared. I only stayed one night and I was woken up at 4:30am from another guest in the shared apartment.
• Tarayn (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Polite and very informative with directions to get in. You dont find out there is a damage deposit until you book, but everything cleared and was given back the same day i left. parking is more than stated in write-up. It was a little Awkward to get the keys and get into the underground parking for me as where i was told to pull up to get the keys there was a car parked there.
• Gary (2/5): Disappointed - Leaving They changed the room quality the morning of the stay and down graded us to a smaller room no ensuite no tv no views and shared bathroom, very poor communication and no price reduction for sub standard room, never again 😞.
• Sarah (1/5): NOT a Private Bathroom!! - Absolutely nothing except for it's location! I booked a room in a shared apartment with a private bathroom. It appears the hosts definition of private is very different to mine! I had a room in the apartment and the bathroom available to me was the one within the apartment, which anyone in the apartment could use - not private. When I questioned this with the host, I was assured that they had told the other people in the apartment not to use the bathroom, and they wouldn't. That's ok to say that, but there was absolutely no guarantees. I was then told on the day of check-in that 'sometimes there are emergencies and we have to move people into the other room in the apartment and they will share your bathroom' This made me very nervous in the apartment overnight (as I was traveling alone) that I may go to the bathroom and there may be someone else there. All in all, for what you get it's not very cheap, despite the host assuring me that there was nothing else available at this price in the city. If i wanted a shared bathroom, I would have booked a backpackers at half the price. When I expressed my concerns to booking.com they refunded me $50.

• Alice (1/5): Nightmare - not a single thing. I liked leaving the apartment The worst experience staying in accommodation ever. I was messed around, sent arrival documents late, the keys are a nightmare to get. The parking is a nightmare to find, and they are terrible and rude when you get lost. The parking spaces are taken up. I would get put on hold and ignored while I am trying to ask for help. Once I finally got into the apartment, I didn't know what bathroom mine was. The bath was used and dirty. There was used dishes sitting in the sink dirty. The aircon doesn't work in the room 3 properly. I said this to them, and she said not to change the temperature. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. Then to finalise this experience. The towel I used (very cheap quality) I was charged $15 because there was some foundation that got on the towel. Charged extra for washing their extremely poor-quality towel. You can buy a towel for less than what they charge to wash as reuse. When I expressed my frustration and anger regarding this, they were extremely rude, dismissive and ignorant. I have never made a complaint before, but this was the worst company, the worst experience and the worst people I have ever dealt with. Unless you want an experience like this, be my guest but save yourself the headache and hassle that honestly ruined my trip.

The building's security system is very reliable, and staying on the 21st floor ensures a quiet and peaceful experience. The host did not provide check-in instructions in advance, and the keybox is located in a small lane behind the building, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room is not very effective, making it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer. The previet bathroom and shower area are in shared area, but they are kept clean and well-maintained.

• Eisa (1/5): Not recommended at all. False advertising from the owner - Nothing We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. The listing contained false information: 1. The room was advertised as 25m², but it was barely 15m². 2. It claimed to have a private bathroom and bath, but these were shared between multiple rooms. 3. We did not receive any check-in instructions until well after 4 PM, even though check-in time had already passed. This left us waiting outside for a long time. To make matters worse, when we called the host for clarification, they were rude and unsupportive. This was supposed to be our honeymoon, and we booked this property expecting privacy and comfort based on the description. Unfortunately, the false advertising and poor service completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend this property to others unless the host updates the listing to reflect the actual conditions.

• Kimberli (7/5): Budget style accommodation. - The location was great. Sophie was nice. Cooking facilities good. Large fridge. Shared kitchen/apartment. Lockable rooms. Entry was complicated and wasn’t explained well prior to arrival. No signs outside. Cannot leave luggage while waiting for checkin (they charge you $20). No toaster. No staff present on weekends. Not very accommodating for short stays.
• Cj (7/5): Good - The view was beautiful. Place was clean. A bit of mucking around to get a hold of the keys and room. Needed an earlier check-in, no response to messages sent earlier, but answered on the day of arrival due to continuous messaging. There is no private bathroom attached to the room as advertised, and it all shared accomadtion, lockable rooms though. A walk to find ammendities but not far from the mall.

• Kevin (7/5): Good - Putting aside sharing a bathroom and kitchen with total strangers, the location at the top of Queen Street, one of the main streets in the CBD, 15 min walk from my room to Central Station (along Ann Street), made the price they charge compensate the minor inconveniences. Great building, very friendly staff. I didn't realize that SHARED meant CityView buy apartments and then put a lock on each bedroom door. You get a bedroom to yourself and shared the apartment bathroom and kitchen. This didn't seem to be written quite that clearly anywhere on booking.com. My fault for not reading...????
• Eddie (7/5): Lovely spot with out of the ordinary check in and check out. - Location was great Being asked to pay a 200$ deposit into a personal account outside of booking.com as a bond. Then having to ask for the deposit to be returned after checking out. Also the key handling was unorthodox. Had to call manager while waiting in a loading zone to get code for the key box then had to park illegally in the bus lane to return the key. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
• Colin (1/5): Bad - Location was perfect for our purposes in Brisbane, but we never got to stay there as the host cancelled our booking. See below for details. This accommodation was cancelled one day before we were due to arrive owing to "maintenance issues." This caused considerable inconvenience and stress as we had to urgently book alternative accommodation taking precious time on top of other commitments we had. The alternative accommodation we booked was in a less convenient area and more expensive which required us to use UBER. Booking.com has offered to pay the increased cost we were subjected to, but we are still waiting for a resolution to this.

No coffee, milk, bottle of water. Only one small towel per person. Room was very small. I wouldn't stay there again.
• Tim (3/5): I did not get the property I booked, paid for in advance - Bait and switch I booked 2 months in advance, paid in full Due to an alleged "double booking" I was moved to a different location. Instead of city, this was in South Bank. Except even that was a lie, it was Highgate Hill, and was on a busy road. I was advised of the switch only hours before check-in. Really poor form. Bait and switch is illegal, I will be reporting this to the ACCC!

The apartment smell as soon we enter the apartment the table with an old cover and chair with old cover the couch had an old cover other person in the other room sick coughing allot during the night.

• Nancy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent,room was very comfortable,very clean ,shower water was of high pressure and had hot and cold outlet,stunning views from the 21st floor, kitchen was excellent and receptionist Sophia was excellent and friendly.I only had problem.lovating the keys at the back initially ,otherwise it's straight forward,you get keys at the back locked in small key lockers after keying in the passcodes provided on email then you come to the front apartment entrance to use,was very simple.Near Fortitude Valley and Central train stations,few metres walk but was good as need to see surrounding areas.My rating 10 out of 10.Would go there again . If keys in locked cage is taken by caretaker she or he must check front yard of building Incase a guest is struggling and waiting outside, come out and survey the place continuously and ask if they are the guests as some of us are tourists and we don't have Australian phone Sims, I waited for almost an hour outside and kept wondering how to get in..
