Had all required facilities .overall experience was good but what truly stood out was exceptional support from the manager Mr Farhan .he was extremely helpful & professional . Went out of his way to offer help . This was d most positive experience of my stay .
• Dòra (4/5): - We arrived at the property after 5 pm, and the room wasn't ready... hasn't been cleaned up, which I think is unacceptable, especially when we said in advance our estimated arrival time. We had a cleaner nearby, so he did the cleaning, which was still poor. If it wasn't the case of us only sleeping there, it could have really destroyed our trip. It's not great service, in my opinion.

• John (1/5): Bad - The apartment was local to where I needed to be! The place was dirty! Full of flies and there was 0% chance of me eating there as it was not clean.

• Akash (2/5): Overpriced. Would definitely not recommend this place. - The property was in good location. The bathroom was clean. There is no AC so summers will be difficult. The windows don’t block a lot of sound so if you are a light sleeper, this will affect you. The gas stove is rusted. The water does not taste right. As this was a business trip, I expected an invoice receipt but was let down by the host who even after repeated contact has not furnished me with one.
• Jade-leah (3/5): Disappointed - The shower would only run cold. We arrived and the flat had flies everywhere, and nothing was done to get rid of them. The cooker hob was in the wrong way. Dirty furniture.

• Nicole (2/5): Would not recommend - It’s nothing like the photos, the worktop has snapped off. There was no toilet roll. When we turned up the place was a state and they hadn’t started to clean due to a late checkout before but I wasn’t informed. There is nothing fancy about this place. There was a stain in the bedding, no tv just the space on the wall where a tv used to be according to the photos on booking.com. The WiFi code didn’t work. It says hot tube on the booking but I have no idea why as even the bath is just normal, no jets, we didn’t book because of a hot tube so didn’t bother me but should be removed from the ad.

• Óscar (6/5): Ok for 2 people, but not for 3 really... - The main bed was comfortable. It has a kitchen with ammenities and some tea. The additional bed (3 people) is not usable, the frame bars were all bent and it was not comfortable at all. The staff were never present, I had to call to get check in and check out instructions. Very poorly managed.
• Laura (1/5): Bad - We booked this apartment because it had a key box. However, when we arrived, the key was missing, and the owner did not respond to messages or calls. As a result, we had to book another apartment nearby, which unfortunately was also owned by the same unresponsive landlord. It was only later that he showed up to let us in. The second booking was not refunded. Be cautious!

There were 3 of us staying and we all had to stay in one bed as the single bed provided was a single spring bed, something you bring on a camping trip and the springs were not all there.

• Joseph (8/5): Comfortable stay - The flat was as expected from the photos. There was comfortable room for three of us and the flat had all the facilities we expected. The location was good. Bedding and towels were provided, including for the camp bed, and were all clean. It is fairly basic but for the price it was a decent option. It was unclear how we would enter the flat and I had to send a couple of messages and call to find out. The gentleman was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person, it would have just helped if he mentioned somewhere in the description that he would meet us.
• Luan (4/5): It was fine! - The property was really nice. It was in a great location! Very accommodating and allowed additional time for us to stay in the property. The only thing I didn’t like was that the additional duvet didn’t have covers and the toilet seat was broken.
• Moazzam (8/5): It was pleasant and smooth mostly! - The flat was nice and cozy. There are a lot of eateries around and a safe neighborhood. The location was quite ideal—less than a 10-minute walk to Whitechapel Station from where you can easily access all parts of the city. A few minutes walk to several bus stops too. The only toiletries available were already used toothpaste, toilet paper, and towels. With the amount charged, there must have been body wash/soaps made available too along with fresh/new toothpaste for the guests. The main bed was comfortable but small if two people were sharing (as was our case). The foldable bed for the third person was not comfortable at all with a low-quality very thin mattress. They should get a better mattress for the foldable bed, and a better size bed (maybe king?) to accommodate 3 guests comfortably.
