• Ximena Marcela (5/5): Bueno, pero puede ser mejor - La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza del dpto. En general, estaba bien implementado para lo básico. La cama era malísima, el colchón de mala calidad y la cama sonaba como catre viejo. Nuestro descanso no fue muy productivo. No había donde colgar las toallas en el baño y como era pequeño, era incómodo. Las cortinas echan a perder todo lo estético del lugar, les sobra como 50 cm y quedan arrugadas sobre el suelo. Se ve horrible
• Nicola (8/5): 7 days in sunny May - A lovely apartment that is so close to the beach & bars and in the centre of Marbella with Old Town across the road this is a perfect short stay getaway. With a decent kitchen for home cooking & excellent laundry facilities. There are local supermarkets for supplies and restaurants everywhere. Any issues with the apartment are quickly resolved and staff are helpful Having spent 7 days in the apartment a little investment in a better bed and furniture would really be welcome to give guests more comfort & better quality bedding and some extra towels would be better. And last of all the hairdryer is a very poor quality item and a better one would be ideal

• Manuel (10/5): Excelente entre a praia e a cidade - Localização excelente entre a praia e centro histórico. Disponibilidade do gestor. Deficientemente equipado, mas solicitamos instalação de microondas e fomos atendidos. A equipa de gesso esteve sempre disponível para nos atender.

• Joanna (4/5): Disappointing stay - Location was extremely convenient, very near promenade. It was easy to find and gain entry, and 24 hour staff on desk were pleasant and helpful with charging my phone one night to gain entry, as I'd forgotten the code. Apartment at first seemed very clean. Staff response to our (many) issues was good, considering our stay was over 2 public holidays. Net curtains were erected promptly to fix the privacy issue mentioned in other reviews. Photos are pretty accurate, but be aware sitting area is very tight. Noise and visibility from the street and café below, and from the next-door apartment, (also a rental with same company), were a real issue, and woke us every night of our 11 day stay. Kitchen has very limited stock, with no oven, grill, microwave and only two rings, making it hard to self-cater over longer stays. Washer-dryer doesn't work properly and ruined a jumper. We had to ask for change of linen, and when making up the bed, discovered that there was no mattress protector or undersheet, and mattress was stained and filthy. This needs addressing immediately. The TV was an old analogue with only Spanish channels, and so we couldn't use our Netflix etc. The sitting area is a corridor between kitchen and bedroom and very small.

• Maia (8/5): - Great location! Smooth check-in and good communication. One of the pictures in the ad showed a balcony, even though the apartment does not have one. This was misleading. We might have chosen a different apartment if we had looked more closely at the description.

• Nicole (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, ganz in der Nähe der schönen Altstadt und nur ein paar Schritte zur Promenade und zum Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

• Sarah (8/5): - Location was good and we were satisfied with the balcony despite there being no pictures. Pleased to find beach towels as well as bath and hand towels. There was always hot water which was welcome. The apartment block had a door person who was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, and checking in staff were very helpful, giving us details of where to park for free. The cooking facilities were sparse only 2 electric hobs, no oven or microwave. There were no wine glasses. The bottom bed sheet did not fit properly, and although the bed sheet doubled up as a quilt cover, it would have been nice to have a cover on the quilt as well.

The location was excellent – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The host was also very kind and helpful. Honestly, everything was great and I don’t have any complaints.

• Alina (9/5): - Great experience! The location is really good, close to the sea with a lot of cafes around. The greatest thing is the balcony, seems that we had private table around the restaurants. Everything was clean and apartments is light and clean. It was a bit noisy because of the cafes around and road, but it wasn’t problem for us Microwave and some things for the kitchen like more plates (we had only 2), glasses, sponge and dishwashing liquid, also will be great to have some towel for the kitchen. Of course you can visit restaurants, but if you have long stays, it’s important to have all simple things for the kitchen

• Ahmed (10/5): رحلة ماربيا - الموقع قريب جدا من الشاطئ و المدينة القديمة و جميع الخدمات الأخرى، الشقة مساحتها رائعة و مجهزة بجميع الأدوات اللازمة حتى للطبخ الخفيف ، يوجد بها مكيف و تبريده ممتاز جدا و اطلالة جانبية على شارع ملئ بالكوفيهات، هدوء تام في المبنى و الموقع نظيف جدا ،السرير و المخدات جدا مريحة ، التواصل اكثر من رائع مع المسؤولين عن الشقة ، يوجد بها غسالة ملابس و مكواة . ازعاج صادر من الشارع في ساعات الفجر الأولى و لكن ذلك متوقع نظرا لموقعها، عموما حصل لفترة بسيطة لا تتعدى ال 20 دقيقة و اختفى .

• Geraldine (10/5): A wonderful week in a clean & comfortable apartment near sea, shops & sights - It’s was spotlessly clean , modern apartment. Very comfortable . Safe and private location . Bernese beach and shops. An oven would have been great and a balcony but honestly with or without these it was a fabulous rental and suited our needs perfectly.

• Diona (10/5): Perfect spot in Marbella - We had the best time staying in Marbella. The apartment is very close to the beach, grocery stores, the old town and the promenade with all the best restaurants in Marbella. It is easy to find and the host is always available on whatsapp. The apartment has everything you need: kitchen, towels, AC, TV, Wi-Fi. The main bus station is approximately 25 minutes away, but you can take the city bus to get there. The station is practically right in front of the building. We asked for a late check out, and the host kindly approved that we can check out at 12 rather than 11. It was a really good experience, easy no contact check in. Everything was perfect.

• Filipe (7/5): good value for money - very good location, close to the beach and to the old town. the size of the studio is good, you can cook your meals easily if you want. The contact with the staff was very easy and quick; self check-in and check-out; the price was reasonable taking into account the prices in Marbella - you could hear everything your neighbors do and say, paper walls :( - the shower would leak water all over the bathroom - the bed was not very comfortable, but I guess that's a subjective matter ;)
• Karen (8/5): Very good - Great location. Handy for the beach and old town Dealing with The co EaWHomes was a nightmare. We paid almost £900 for six nights but had to pay A further 200euros of a deposit before being allowed into the appartment. I also had to contact them and demand my deposit back. Was told that I hadn’t made the deposit payment. Then eventually it was returned. The appartment was lovely and in a great location.
• Straka (7/5): Adequate appartment with nice terrace in great location. - Ideal location to beach and Old Town, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby plus easy access to transportation options. Small terrace was a bonus. We appreciated having staff at the front desk for all of the day. Bedding did not appear to be clean. Small extra pillows on bed were worn and not clean. Toilet seat was not properly attached and was wrong size for the toilet. No hand soap was provided. Curtains on the windows would have been appreciated for more privacy during the day but the roll down window shutters did work well at night.
• Abedelrahman (5/5): The stay wasn’t very pleasant, no privacy in a room that is on the first floor facing the main street without any curtai - The location was good and close to everything, and the people in the building were friendly. The studio is too narrow, and there are no curtains so there is no privacy at all ! You need to close the window black covers so everyone on the street wont see you sleeping or sitting down in your room. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, only 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and the management weren’t very helpful. We asked them several questions several times without any other reply. We didn’t have any document or paper to show us the amenities of the room and how to dispose the garbage and were and they just sent us a photo of the paper that wasn’t very clear.
• Stephen (9/5): The best of three places we have stayed in from the same area - The property is in a great location for exploring the old town and the beach. Loads of underground parking nearby. We particularly liked the bar and restaurant just across the road. The large terrace with good furniture is a valuable asset in this area. We felt the standard of the fittings and furniture were above average compared to others we have stayed in.
• Daniel (6/5): Most probably I won't book at this place again. - The main advantage of this property was the location. It is literally 2 minutes away from the beach by walk. Also, the studio's design is modern and comfy. The price is also reasonable. Several things were below my expectations. First, the bed sheets were dirty. I had a feeling that they didn't change it as I found a lot of short hair. Also on the floor there was some hair too. So the cleanliness was not at all at the level I expected. Almost everyday in the bathroom I had to deal with small insects. Additionally, after booking, I found out that I had to make a deposit. I would have preferred if I was informed during the booking process. Moreover, I didn't receive a code for the door before registering my card so that the host can block a deposit. The communication was on WhatsApp, and I have been told that I can reach out whenever I have a problem, but after checking-in most of my messages were left unanswered. The host simply didn't reply. The shower was partially clogged and the water reached inside the room. I had to clean it couple of times (I already informed the host about the issue and hope it will be solved before the next guest will check-in. By the way, I didn't receive any reply on this matter too). Also, apparently maintenance was scheduled without informing me and the guy had the door code while there is no safe in the room. It just happened that I was in the room otherwise he could have entered without my consent. No complaints about the guys, he was pleasant and really friendly. Did his job fast and left the room.

• Pojar (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to the beach, close to the old city center, nice and clean apartment, had all the things I needed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Felf safe even though I was traveling alone. -
