- EHSAN (8/5): Modern, Clean and Comfortable - I stayed in this modern, clean, and spacious two-bedroom apartment for a few days. It had all the amenities I needed, the host was very professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient with good access to public transport. The view faces a cemetery, so it’s not very lively, but being on the sixth floor made the stay quiet and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a hassle-free and relaxing stay!
- Vania (10/5): All great, spacious apartment, had everything we need and the host was very helpful - Door lock did not lock when leaving the accommodation
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The space was big enough for family and amenities. The dinning chairs were all broken and never fixed even when i mentioned.
- Fauziya (1/5): Bad owners/manager and I would definitely avoid this property or brand. Highly insensitive! - The property owner/manager was insensitive and selfish. Coming to London for a holiday to forget the recent loss of a spouse of about 20 years was something I looked forward to. Then I noticed that the property directly faces St Mary's Catholic Cemetery (one of the biggest in London, I found out). Even when I complained to the owner/manager about this and was open to finding a solution, all he/she could say was that "they're spending the holiday with their families and that I should use the blind throughout my 19-day stay". That was the worst inhumane treatment I've ever received and would advise them to quit the hospitality business because they're not worthy to operate in this space. Up until I left (and by the way, I left earlier than planned), they never asked how I coped. Totally bad experience..
- Swindells (4/5): Badly maintained 'new' apartment - The apartment was very spacious and the concierge desk staff were friendly and helpful One bedroom had no blind. (Further annoyance is finding this issue was reported to the owners by the last Tennant and nothing has been fixed prior to our arrival. We weren't even advised of this issue prior to checkin)
Main bedroom didn't have a properly fitted sheet, it was far too small so didnt cover the bed.
The handle came off the bathroom door straight away so I was paranoid about the children being locked in the bathroom.
No bin liners were provided despite being asked to empty bins at checkout and take to bin store in the basement. Additionally the access card did not permit me access back into the building once I'd been to bin store and was locked in the car park. Thank goodness there was someone else there to let me in.
The apartment was boiling hot and stuffy and it was too noisy with windows open. There were two standing fans but insufficient.
The owner offered no compensation for the state of apartment on arrival. 'Building manager has been notified' is not a suitable response.
