• Gliva (9/5): The nicest home that the wedding group stayed in. Beautiful area. - Modern look to the apartment. Full kitchen. Lots of fluffy towels, Washer and dryer was a bonus as we stayed a week. Lots of great water pressure and hot, hot water in the shower. Location was good for us. Seemed to be about 20 minutes from any place we wanted to visit. Lovely neighborhood, pretty quiet. The climb up the driveway. This might be a slight incline in BC, but for us Ontario people - it was a mountain! You can definitely hear people upstairs. Walking around, the woosh of water and AC (?) kicking on and off. Bed pillows are pretty flat. Next time we'd bring our own.

• Linda (10/5): The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They gave us better directions than Google! - It was a great location for getting into the city of Victoria, getting to Butchart Gardens, etc. We were able to park on the street. It was a quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood. Great shower - hot water and good pressure! Nice towels. We would stay there again. There was a single coffee maker, but there were 4 of us, so a full coffee pot would have been helpful. But we made do. Not a big deal.
• Gillian (10/5): Our group had a wonderful weekend with family!! We would definitely book this property again! - This property was so nice! The beds were so comfortable. There was enough space for all of us. There was everything in the kitchen that we would need including coffee and sugar so we didn’t have to buy that. Communication with the property owners was always prompt!
• Luzviminda (9/5): Overall all, it was good, hopefully they will decide to hook up a basic cable so people can watch news. - It was nice, modern there’s enough space and bathrooms to accommodate my family. It was 20 to 25 minutes from Victoria Harbour, no cable so cannot watch current news and what’s happening around our province specially in regards of wildlife and landslide, it was somewhat clean the obvious area was clean, I happened to reach for the lampshade’s on /off button and saw it was hairy, dusty and other little dirt, there was also a little some kind of bug’s nest (probably spider 🕷️) on the ceiling in the bedroom I was sleeping maybe I’m just picky but the property owner or the host mentioned that their cleaner needs 5 hours to clean the facility., I would expect it to be cleaner than what it was, we took our empties ( just water bottles) with us so there’s no issues on that, there’s two dogs upstairs which was not a problem I have a dog at home as well, but when I was about to go about and they happened to be out., one of the dog came running quickly to me so I got scared and run back inside and closed the door, on our last night the dogs where barking for a long time and we got worried on why so I went outside and checked the Siamese cat 🐈 that normally visits were sitting in the steep driveway teasing the dogs I guess.
• Carolina (10/5): Wonderful spacious apartment in a wooded neighborhood for a visit to the island. - Great apartment in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. We were on the island for a family wedding nearby and this place was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It had all the amenities of a fully stocked home and hosts graciously provided coffee. Grocery store was nearby but you do need a vehicle. It is a beautiful area with lots of nature and trees. Check-in was very easy with a door code and free parking was available on the street. no issues at all.

• Jeff (9/5): Excellent Stay - Would book there again. - The stay was excellent. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze and the neighbors were super friendly.

• Stuart (8/5): Big, clean space in Royal Bay. - It was big a clean, lots of space. Big kitchen with island and chairs. it was a little cold, and not super easy to figure out the heating.
• James (10/5): Wonderful warm friendly place to stay - My husband was in hospital with a major back operations and they were so helpful. He got out of hospital early and they were so helpful offering us chairs to sit outside & a table. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Comfy, so nicely set up. A warm cozy friendly place. Thank you so much 😊 And wonderful showers & tubs too! It was totally awesome
• Zon (9/5): Spacious house on the west coast - There was lots of room. Great parking in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and even had fresh coffee for the coffee maker! Very nice fluffy clean towels and the quilt on the bed was top quality. The hardwood floors were clean. The place was bright and cheery. Very quiet and safe residential area. The Quality Foods, Starbucks and liquor store were nearby and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. We drove out to Sooke and Port Renfrew for a day and returned to have dinner at a restaurant near the house. We visited Hatley Castle, Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse. All of these outings were easily accessible from the house. The hand soap pump in the main bathroom was missing the spout. The drain for the sink in the main bathroom didn't work. The ensuite toilet float sticks and as a result the toilet keeps running. We could hear some noise from the upstairs tenants but everything was quiet by bed time.
• Roger (10/5): It was a nice quiet location not too far out of town. - Clean, attractive and provided everything we needed. Only drawback was the steep walk up the driveway since we are in our 80’s.

• Anonymous (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure. We would definitely recommend the unit for others to stay in. - It was a lovely home, well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was relatively quiet except we could hear the people walking back and forth upstairs and on our second night they were entertaining guests and it was quite noisy and we had to park quite a bit further away as the parking spots we were told to park in were occupied by their party guests. It was a slight inconvenience as my mother is 87 and had to walk a little further. Also we requested plugs for the sink in the kitchen as there weren’t any and we didn’t get any. Perhaps I wasn’t trying to contact the right person.
• Yvette (8/5): Great spot. Suited our needs. - Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed. Two bathrooms was nice. Lots of towels. Location, needed to rent a car. The counter top and stove top were dirty on arrival.
• Elizabeth (8/5): VERY STEEP driveyway access Quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed 3 bedroom suite shared by 4 adults - The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed and VERY clean, Both bathrooms and the kitchen dinning area was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The residents above us were very welcoming and helpful, especially around the parking to make our suite accessible to the two family members with mobility challenges, using walkers. If their accommodation was not available then our family members would have been in a pickle. There was an odd noise that occurred for about an hour, starting around 3am on our second night. My brother who had the room with the washer dryer unit thought that the upstairs residents were doing laundry. It was very odd, and woke everyone up in the middle of the night.

• Yu (10/5): Such a wonderful stay at this place! - The location is great, located in a very quiet community. you can access beaches with only a 6-7 min drive. And the host is very friendly. rooms are very clean and spacious. It was a really awesome experience staying there. worth all the money you spend

• Paul (10/5): Modern suite just outside of Victoria - It is a great suite outside of Victoria with a great kitchen and great rooms. All the basics are there like pots, plates, cutlery, a coffee maker as well as towels and shampoo. There is also enough storage space for longer stays.
• Jim (10/5): Handy quiet location. Attentive host. - The open kitchen and island let us cook and visit at the same time. Perhaps a bigger entry mat inside the front door.
