The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Sharon (8/5): Quiet, comfortable, relaxing - The location was sublime A lockbox at the property would be good. Having to pickup and return the keys to Nelsons bay added to the travel time of our journey each way

- Jacqui (6/5): Pleasant. - The view was good. It was quiet and there was gated parking. No air conditioning, had to go all the way into Nelson’s Bay to pick up and drop off the keys. The agent sent way too many text messages to the point of being annoying.
Too strict about having visitors. Lounge needed cleaning as it had stains on it and the cups in the cupboard were not clean.
