• Anupama (10/5): Felt like home 😊 - Very clean and spacious apartment. It is actually better in reality than the pictures. There is nothing that the host missed. If there’s an availability for your dates, just jump on it. It is very walkable to pretty much everything. We won’t be wasting time looking for a place for our next visit to Madrid. There’s nothing to mention.
• SEUNG EUI (10/5): wonderful stay in madrid - It was nice that all the relevant tourist attractions could be reached on foot, and above all, it was a comfortable stay because of the sincerity and interest of the host. She was kind, sweet and helpful in everything. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry facilities were perfect. I will visit this house again. One inconvenience was the noise from the construction, whether it was next door or upstairs, which had nothing to do with the host.

Özellikle uçak saatimiz sebebi ile daha erken eve giriş yapmamızı sağladı. Giriş katı olması sebebi ile gürültü fazla özellikle yandaki otoparktan dolayı, birde ev sahibi ile doğrudan bağlantılı olmasa da yaşadığımız bir sorun sebebi ile ev girişinde kamera olması daha güvenli hissi verebilir ve bunları engelleyebilir.

The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to get to everything by walking within 15-20 minutes. The host was great and responded quickly to any and all communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home on our first visit to Madrid. Would definitely consider this property again.

I’ve visited more than 35 countries (20 of them in Europe over the last 10 years), and this place is by far the best stay I’ve ever had. Everything you see in the photos is 100% accurate. I’ve honestly never seen so many coffee options, not even in 5-star hotels. The house offers absolutely everything you could possibly need — if you can name it, it’s already there. Want coffee? You’ll find three different machines. Forgot your Q-tips or slippers? No worries, the host has you covered. All the amenities are high quality, from the shampoos and body wash to the proper toilet paper (no “sandpaper” like in other places!). The ceilings are impressively high, the neighborhood is safe, and you have easy access to taxis, buses, and the metro. The level of organization and cleanliness is incredible — whoever set this place up must have a touch of OCD, because I’ve never seen a house this neat and tidy. On top of that, you even get two large 19-liter bottles of drinking water waiting for you. Communication with the host was excellent: replies were instant and always helpful. If I have to mention something negative (which is really hard), it would be that there are no opening windows. But honestly, it doesn’t matter at all since every room has air conditioning. • Peggy (8/5): Luxurious apartment with a great location for walking! - The location in central Madrid was excellent and Cesar, our host, was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. The immediate neighborhood the apartment is in is not great looking upon arrival, but the apartment was beautiful once the doors opened! Extremely clean and chic, and well stocked with everything a guest could want. Walkable to everything one could want to see and do. Thank you Cesar! The lack of windows was a bit off putting, even though the apartment is very large and luxurious. And, if you are a light sleeper, the garage door noise from next door can be heard from the front bedroom. Minor problems as we were out in this glorious city most of the time!
