• Ljupka Namicheva (8/5): - .The location is great, in the heart of the old town of Napoli, close to all the monuments you need to visit. The room is spacious, and the host was responsible and helpful. It was noisy at night because the accommodation is located on the main street. Although there are two windows, we couldn’t sleep well. The toilet was not very clean, and the room wasn’t spotless either. There were marks on the walls and on the bedsheets as well. The good thing is that a cleaning lady is involved.

• Boyd (8/5): Top locatie voor een citytripje Napels! - Top locatie in Napels en prijs-kwaliteit heel erg goed. B&B is zeer veilig! Enigszins gehorig, maar wat wil je ook in een stad als Napels. Waterdruk was wel aan de lage kant waardoor de toilet soms niet volledig door kon spoelen.
• Fatih (9/5): Top Preis leistungsverhältniss top Lage sehr sauber - Die Lage ist für eine Neapel Städtereise ist perfekt. Angekommen am Flughafen kann man entweder für 5€ pro Person mit dem Alibus zum Bahnhof Garibaldi oder mit dem Taxi 35€ zum garibaldi fahren. Von garibaldi aus erreicht man die Wohnung in 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist ein altes aber sehr gepflegtes typisch neapolitanisches Haus. Die aussentûr öffnet man mit einem Code was ihnen per Mail mitgeteilt wird. Die Wohnung ist im 3.OG Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat drei Doppelbetten die sehr gemütlich sind, das Badezimmer ist geräumig mit Dusche und WC usw. die Wohnung wurde vom sehr netten Personal täglich gereinigt eine sehr saubere Wohnung Es gibt im Flur eine Küche wo man kostenlos Kaffee trinken kann. Das inklusive frühstück wird in einem Café nebenan bereitgestellt mit Coupons die man im Zimmer bekommt, dort kann man täglich leckeren Kaffee und Croissants essen, zu Fuß kann man von der Wohnung aus alles erreichen, bekannte Pizza Läden, die Altstadt, Spaccanapoli, Spanisches Viertel usw alles zu Fuß erkundbar, ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen Alles war super

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good location, spacious room, suitable for an overnight stay. - The room was large and there were two large double beds and a single bed so plenty of room. The shower had good pressure and the location was easy to find from Piazza Garibaldi. It was close to the a couple of nice bars and restaurants. the beds were pretty comfortable. There was a fridge but we didnt use it. The TV was hanging dangerously from the wall and we kept nearly walking into it. The TV itself didnt work as the aerial kept coming out of the wall. The air con didnt work which was ok in April but imagine could be challenging in summer. The room was very noisy at night from the outside traffic. There was not sink in the communal area so the only water available was from the bathroom tap which was very cloudy. Breakfast was a croissant from a cafe up the road - their coffee machine was broken. Not the fault of the apartment owners but next time I wouldn't bother booking breakfast. There was also a very musty smell in the hallway which was a bit off putting.

• TIZIANA (10/5): Questa struttura rispetta le mie priorità di vacanza, comodità, libertà e pulizia - La posizione della struttura è comodissima, vicino alla stazione e comoda per visitare la città. Nonostante la nostra camera fosse affacciata su via Umberto I che è molto trafficata i rumori non vengono molto percepiti . La camera pulita , e curata. La colazione disposta al bar vicino alla struttura, ottima.

Nonostante un inconveniente Il personale si è reso disponibile per risolvere il disagio Purtroppo un guasto all'ascensore ha creato qualche disagio (siamo al 3° piano) all'ospite con disabilità motoria, nonostante la piena disponibilità dell'host. Per dare il massimo del confort andrebbero curati alcuni dettagli nel bagno (vaschetta per l'acqua del vater che perde, portarotoli e porta asciugamanto non fissati) e vanno meglio isolati i serramenti.

Il Duomo, Spacca Napoli, San Gregorio Armeno, Piazza del Plebiscito, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima anche la colazione al bar. La finestra della camera non si chiudeva del tutto e passava uno spiffero d'aria.

• stefano (7/5): Viaggio in coppia a Natale - Posizione strategica, comoda al centro storico, a pizzerie, bar, fermata della metro. Le finestre non affacciano alla via principale, quindi non si sentono particolari rumori durante la notte. Positiva la possibilità di avere la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore per te e tisane, così come microonde e stoviglie, anche se nel corridoio comune. È possibile anche tenere in custodia i bagagli e sono presenti prodotti omaggio per il bagno. La pulizia è da migliorare. L'unica fonte di calore è la pompa di calore, ma il filtro era intasato di polvere, quindi si spegneva dopo poco. Anche la ventola in bagno presentava un discreto strato di polvere. Le pulizie generali alla camera vengono fatte tutti i giorni, ma in modo piuttosto superficiale.
• RUGGERO (7/5): - La posizione, da corso Umberto si gira gran parte di Napoli a piedi. abbiamo lasciato la macchina in strada davanti al B&B senza problemi era annuciato parcheggio ma sono esterni a pagamento collazione inclusa ma anche questo esterno, un caffè e un cornetto sconsiglio per disabili se la carrozzina non è mini, la porta principale è stretta e non si apre il portone che ha un lucchetto ascensore e camera ok no staff presente, tutto digitale, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a capire come si apriva la cassa forte delle chiavi, ci vorrebbe una spiegazione

• Marianna (10/5): Molto comoda - Ottima posizione, vicino a tutto raggiungibile sia a piedi che con la metro le cui fermate sono davvero a pochi passi. Situata in una via ben disposta ed ottima la colazione al bar. La camera molto spaziosa e comoda, bagno molto grande. Proprietari molto gentili. Ho apprezzato molto l'autonomia data nell'accedere al B&B in maniera molto semplice. Unica pecca... purtroppo, bisogna tenerci di più alla pulizia... è un dettaglio molto importante... Non dico assolutamente che la camera era sporca...ma molta molta polvere...

Parfait pour explorer la ville à pied sans perdre de temps en transports. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et impeccablement propre. Un rapport qualité-prix excellent, et une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour réussi à Naples ! La chasse d’eau. On a mis du temps à comprendre qu’il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois pour qu’elle se déclenche. Mais c’est un détail.

Apprezzabile il phon, non il classico elettrodomestico a muro che asciuga ben poco. Presente un angolino caffè e tè nella zona comune (mancavano le bustine di tè ma, molto probabilmente, lo staff le avrebbe procurate su richiesta specifica). La colazione consisteva in un pezzo dolce (brioche/krapfen/graffa/sfogliatella) e caffè da prendere al bar vicino al b&b. Frigo in camera. Da migliorare la pulizia; pochi ganci in bagno e mancanza di una mensolina di appoggio in doccia.

• Kelly (1/5): - It was not the room I originally booked. I booked the family room so it allowed my friend and I to have space after being on a 17 day tour around Europe. They changed our room to a standard double bed that I had to share with my friend not at any point the property communicated with me regarding the change. I contacted them regarding my disappointment they offered a free breakfast the following day, we were leaving for Sicily at 5.30am in the morning so that was not an option. They then offered a free aperol spritz there was none in our fridge nor was I able to locate any where else. No staff to be found on the premises. I would never stay again nor would I refer this property. Stated above
• Roberto (7/5): Nápoles compensa el alojamiento - La situación es buena para desplazarse a pie por Nápoles Nunca ves a nadie, te dan instrucciones por mensaje. Eso hace que si hay algo que solucionar se haga trabajoso. Para continuar una segunda noche debimos cambiar de habitación, porque el sistema había adjudicado otra y no había un humano para que solucionase el absurdo. Por otra parte el desayuno, en un bar cercano, es pésimo. Si tuviese que hacer otra reserva elegiría la opción sin desayuno, no merece la pena
