• Jakob (8/5): Sauberes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal, aber Schwächen bei der Zimmerausstattung und Frühstück - Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Minibar im Zimmer zu warm war, wurde ein wichtiges Medikament für uns an der Rezeption gelagert und unsere Kühlakkus problemlos eingefroren. Zudem wurde uns unkompliziert ein Taxi zum Flughafen gerufen. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet (die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Im Bad waren Shampoo, Duschgel und Flüssigseife vorhanden. Das Frühstück bot grundsätzlich eine gute Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist in Ordnung, da ein Bus direkt vor dem Hotel hält, die U-Bahn in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist und sich ein Einkaufszentrum ebenfalls nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt befindet. Im Zimmer gab es zu wenige Möglichkeiten, um Klamotten ordentlich aufzubewahren. Im Badezimmer fehlten eine Klobürste, Becher für die Zahnbürsten sowie eine Halterung für eigene Shampoos in der Dusche, und mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher wären nicht schlecht gewesen. Beim Frühstück war an 2 von 5 Tagen zur selben Uhrzeit eher wenig verfügbar, da leider nichts nachgefüllt wurde. Zudem liegt das Hotel eher außerhalb, sodass die Fahrt in die Innenstadt jeweils 40 bis 60 Minuten dauert.

Las camas son muy confortables y el WIFI funciona bastante bien, aunque para una vídeo conferencia se bloquea bastante. No me gusta la localización, ya que para llegar en transporte público necesitas varios autobuses.

Habitación doble para uso individual, así que el tamaño importa. Si es para dos personas, es complicado. En mi caso fue genial porque iba solo. Ya sabía esto cuando elegí el hotel. Todo estuvo bien porque conozco la cadena y la elegí a propósito por el precio económico. Lejos de la zona céntrica de Madrid si vas en transporte público. Muy bien comunicado pero se tarda demasiado en llegar.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο.Περνάει λεωφορείο κοντά από το ξενοδοχείο (Ε1) το οποίο σε περνάει από μουσεία και πάρκα και γενικά εξυπηρετεί πάρα πολύ! Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε αεριστεί την μέρα της άφιξης μας. Οι πετσέτες αν και καθαρές είχαν είτε μαύρα σημάδια είτε περίεργη μυρωδιά. Την πρώτη ημέρα, μια πετσέτα είχε τρίχα από προηγούμενη χρήση. Πιστεύω πως δεν μας άλλαξαν καθόλου σεντόνια κατά την διαμονή μας.

Quizá podrían proporcionar un antifaz por la luz que entra por las cortinas, aunque es mínima y tampoco preguntamos en recepción si disponían. Pero no tenemos queja, estuvimos muy cómodos.

The breakfast is decent, with freshly squeezed orange juice as a real highlight, a definite plus and a nice touch, overall a big bonus. Pro tip: the fastest way to get to the city center is by the E1 bus line, about 40 minutes. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. To be clear, the value for money is good, but it’s not outstanding in any way. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are very small and unusual, and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests, so it’s possible to end up without a place to sit.
