- María Pía Smit Mendoza (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación es perfecta, frente al mar y a 100 metros del tranvía. Además está alejado del bullicio del centro. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. El sofá cama tiene un colchón muy finito. Quizás para sola una noche está bien (nosotras nos quedamos 3...). El apartamento está en un -1 , es la zona de trastero transformada en un estudio. No tiene bonitas vistas. Pienso que valor es elevado teniendo en cuenta el tamaño y comodidades del piso.

- Thomas (7/5): Nice Oostende, acceptable apartment, and for other people maybe perfect. Alright. - As close to the beach as it can get. Spacious enough and furniture basically pretty nice and new. Has a refrigerator, private shower (in the room) and some plates, cups and so on, Internet connection works well. It is also more or less as informed before on booking.com and the hosts are very friendly. So you know what you will get in advance. Therefore I give an overall positive "mark", though for me, personally, this was not a perfect experience in some respects. In my opinion all together this is only something for a short trip, people spending at least 10-14 hours outside per day, young visitors or those with not too much demand for comfort. For those it might really be very good. Situated in the basement with the corresponding atmosphere, without any nice view outside, toilet in the hallway and neighbours can listen to what you are "doing" there, some parts seem to be improvised, no cooking plate, pan, pot, no TV. So if you consider this, the price was a little high. But it was holiday time and I payed it, so my choice. Others might consider the apartment as very good, so, just my view.
