• Cristian (8/5): - Appartamento situato a 5 minuti dalla metro A, quindi molto conveniente, Supermercato e altri negozi utili vicino amche ,comunicazione ottima con il proprietario,appartamento pulito. -L appartamento è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, puó essere difficile transportare le valigie. -L appartamento é situato in un palazzone vecchio con molti appartamenti, non c é insonorizzazione, la notte si sentono rumori da fuori, ma anche dagli appartamenti a fianco( nella nostra stanza avevamo un signora di sopra che camminava con le scarpe a tacco avanti e indietro per ore, e dall altra stanza si sentiva due che litigavano all 1 di notte) - il bagno ha un pò l odore di fogna e l acqua del lavandino non ha molta pressione - Per il parcheggio, informatevi bene, chiedete se é gratuito, io sono stato confuso con booking.com, ma poi ho spiegato lui il problema ed é stato molto gentile ad non farmelo pagare. Comunque, ho visto che si puó trovare parcheggio gratis fuori dall edificio.

• Kristīne (9/5): - large apartment, comfortable 2 separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, large kitchen, everything you need for cooking, private parking, 2 balconies, very close to the metro (about 3 minutes), grocery store there, 15-20 minutes to the center by metro, clean, beautiful. Take earplugs for the night, the noise from the street is very audible, because the windows are thin. I slept great with them.

Excellent. Private outside parking for 3 x motorcycles in one car space included 👍. Access to attractions by metro literally 5 minutes walk.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and very close to the metro station (only about a 2-minute walk), which made getting around the city super convenient. Would definitely recommend!

• Dalia (9/5): Superb - The location of the accommodation is good. It is further away from the centre, but there is a metro station nearby. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area in which the accommodation is located is safe and we very much appreciated the parking place here. In the morning the street is a bit busy, but not extremely so.
• Christopher (10/5): Definitely to be recommended. - This spacious appartment was undoubtedly one of the best appointed and best equipped appartments that I have rented over a period of many years. The location in a mediochre residential area several kilometres from the city centre could be viewed as a disadvantage. However there is a direct Metro line to city centre just a short walk at the end of the street. There is also at least 1 good restaurant within walking distance and several other eating options. On balance, the high standard of this outstanding accommodation more than outweighs the slight inconvenience of the location. The appartment is on the second floor above ground level and there is not an elevator!
• Branimir (10/5): Great apartment close to the metro - Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment that is a short walking distance to a metro station that takes you to city center and all the way up to the Vatican in under half an hour. The host has also been very helpful providing any extra info we needed.
• Cristian (10/5): A property where we got the best of our short trip to Rome - A perfect location when you visit Rome. A quiet place away from the city center. A place where you can really relax after a noisy trip in the city. Very close to the metro station. A lot of small groceries where to get your food and drinks at a decent price. A very careful host who provided us with all the information needed. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain of.

The apartment is inside an apartment block which is very quiet and air conditioned too which was a bonus. The underground station is very close by and there's two very good restaurants within 10 minutes walking which is handy! Overall it was a great stay The mattresses are very soft and we had some trouble with the door lock, minor niggles really, I still would highly recommend staying here

• Adela (10/5): Excellent family stay in Rome 3 min to metro - Location is excellent, 3 min to metro station, the appartment was impecable and had all necessary facilities for a family of 5. Francesco was great, sending all the information on time and offering guidelines on how to get with the rented car to the flat. He even offered a parking space inside. Neighborhood was very quiet and we even found an authentic italian farmer market 3 min away. Wonderful experience! Grazie Francesco! Nothing really, just that we couldn’t stay longer
