• Ibtissam (6/5): Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario, per stare qualche notte senza grandi pretese va più che bene! - La comunicazione con il proprietario é stata ottima, davvero gentile e super disponibile. La posizione della casa era anch’essa ottima e anche la cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Semplicemente dei dettagli della pulizia, visto che quando siamo entrate c’erano molti capelli in bagno, e poi c’era una specie di buco nel muro della cucina che continuava a cadere ma spazzavamo e pulivamo spesso quindi non era un grosso problema.

• Stojanovski (9/5): - Location is great, very lively neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. We walked to Puerta del Sol almost every day, as it is a pretty nice walk, even at night. You can actually see all attractions without having to use public transport, however metro and bus stations are very close. While the apartment looks like at the photos, and is really well organised, there is a weird smell of mold that usually goes away after you turn on the heating.

• Emiliano (10/5): Ottimo - Piccolo appartamento, molto accogliente e comodo, posizione ottima vicino metro san Bernardo,e in un quartiere con negozi supermercati e ristoranti,appartamento dotato di lavatrice e stoviglie ,tutto molto soddisfacente

• Susana (6/5): Quizá escogería otra opción - La ubicación era genial y la anfitriona fue muy agradable. El menaje de cocina estaba bastante completo y había café y aceite de cortesía. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, cuando llegamos había pis en el inodoro (no tiraron de la cadena), y bastante sucio, pelos etc… Luego olía a humedad todo el rato y no entraba practicamente luz natural.

• Fabio (8/5): - Situación excelente, sitio limpio y agradable. Hay bastantes humedad, y las ventanas Dan a un patio en el cual guardan los cubos de basura de la comunidad y es molesto cuando los sacan o limpian.
• Leticia (10/5): Tranquila y acogedora. - Tenía de todo. Además, al ser un bajo al que no le daba el sol directamente se soportaba mejor el calor. En general me gustó todo, lo que menos quizás es que da a un patio interior donde los vecinos fuman y el olor a cigarro se colaba habitualmente.

• Camila (7/5): Good - Good location, very central, close to metro stations. Good value for money. Very dark.
• Holly (9/5): Really was perfect. I would happily stay again - Perfect location. Quiet and dark bedroom that made sleeping very easy even though it was a busy neighbourhood. Entry and exit were simple and the size of the property is to be expected for inner city living… the same as a one bedroom apt in any other big city. Anyone complaining about the size has never lived in a proper big city! Everything was fine. There was some construction & maintenance outside but they didn’t start early.

• Mihai (7/5): Perfectly located tiny appartment at ground floor for short and non-romantic stays in Madrid. - Very close to the center, to the main squares and opportunities of Madrid. The heater worked very well. It is appropriate for people who don't like to do stairs (it is located on the ground floor). The owner answered promptly to any question by messenger. Wi-Fi worked very well. The kitchen has many amenities. Bathroom was clean (except air vent). The bedroom is minuscule (only 80 cm left on one side). The sink tap in the bathroom is so low, that you can't fit your hands under the water flow to wash your hands. The air humidity device (de-humidifier) made a harsh noise - we had to turn it off during sleep. The bedroom is a bit moist (leaving the door open and turning the heater on in the hallway may help de-humidify). The TV seems to have a colour problem (it is dim and blue-coloured). No windows to the light / outside (only to the inner narrow space between facades).
• Angel (3/5): I wanted to leave ASAP - The location Too small, specially the bedroom that made difficult to go in and out of bed for the second person. A shabby state for most of the property. You can’t tell if if is day or night. Dungeon like feeling.
