• Grupo Torneo Seguridad (1/5): Te observan con cámaras de vigilancia - Tienen cámaras de vigilancia en el interior de la vivienda por lo que está señora sabe lo que se hace en todo momento durante la estancia y ni corta ni perezosa, te manda pantallazos de las cámaras para demostrarte que no has hecho la cama o de ti mismo en el interior de la vivienda. Después solicitas factura y te manda solo una factura de 35€ correspondiente a la limpieza porque dice ella que está de alta como limpiadora , por lo que entiendo el piso es ilegal y no está pagando los impuestos necesarios por piso turístico.
• Nati (9/5): Apartamento cerca del centro - Bonito apartamento con patio interior, muy bien situado cerca del centro y con servicios (restaurantes, supermercados) cerca. La cafetera de filtro y las habitaciones dan a la calle y al ser un bajo se escucha el ruido.

• Stewart (7/5): First time trip to Altea - Location to the centre of town couldn't have been better. Good communication from host. The town was fantastic so overall we had a great time. Rooms were too hot for us without air conditioning. Fans were supplied but were too fast and noisy to run at night. Beds were creaky. Bedrooms had doors that opened onto the street rather than windows so the choice was privacy or street noise. Parking nearby was difficult at peak times

• Mattia (9/5): Consigliato - Ampio appartamento in centro. Bel cortile interno (patio). Istruzioni chiare e self check-in comodo. Host gentile. Manca il phon, qualche prodotto per la cucina (tovaglioli/carta, non molte stoviglie, zucchero e magari del caffè visto che c'era la macchina). Posizione ottima ma parcheggiare ad Altea è un disastro, è tutto gratis ma c'erano migliaia di auto che cercavano posto (c'erano più persone che venivano lì solo per un giro la sera di quante ce ne dormissero la notte). Abbiamo dormito bene perché non faceva troppo caldo, e in casa c'erano due ventilatori (uno per strada da letto), ma visto che il prezzo non è basso potrebbero installare un condizionatore. Anche perché le camere da letto affacciano sulla strada quindi si sente molto rumore se le si lascia aperte per fare circolare l'aria.
• Margarita (7/5): Se puede volver si ponen aire acondicionado - La ubicación es muy buena, te encuentras en el principio de la calle principal de Altea, hay parking cerca. El apartamento estaba aseadito y limpio, da gusto estar ahí. Tiene utensilios necesarios y toallas. No hay aire acondicionado, y al estar en planta baja corre poco aire.. Los ventiladores que están, ayudan un poco pero para dormir es un horror ya que hacen mucho ruido...

• Cristina (9/5): - La ubicación es ideal en puro centro, aunque de por si la zona centro y turística de Altea no es muy grande. El apartamento estaba limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. El horario de salida es muy pronto, esperaba que fuera a partir de las 12h como los hoteles.

• Kerry-anne (8/5): Nice relaxing place to stay with home comforts . Location was good and close to all local amenities and public transport - Great location , comfy bed and great facilities . Nice and central to Altea old town . The electric blanket was a bonus especially as a cold week , weather wise . Nice studio and coffee machine and filters were a nice touch . The towels were clean however a little tired . Everything else was great for a rather cool week in March .
• Klaassen (6/5): Great location - Great location, up on the mountain. Physical health is required to go up and down to the beach, worth to report it’s not for eldery people with all the stairs. The camera surveillance system at the entrance is not cool. Regarding privacy law its mandatory to inform the guests about cctv. Also the windows were blinded so there is almost no daylight in the apartment. Patio contains windows where other people live.

• Jbarretto (9/5): Highly Recommend! - The accommodation was spacious, really neat, and well taken care of. I liked that although there was no heating system within the apartment, we were provided heat mats for the bed. Communication with Claudia, the host, was also very smooth and she was very considerate of our plans and requests. This stay was definitely well worth it for the price, considering the location and the overall satisfaction we had with what was provided for our stay. As mentioned, there was no heating system within the apartment which was quite uncomfortable at night before going to bed; but regardless, this was accounted for with the heat mats. I would recommend perhaps providing water for the guests as well, as we were not entirely sure if the water in Altea is safe to drink considering it's an older town.
