Το δωμάτιο πολυ καλά ανακαινισμενο μεγάλο και άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο!!! Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο λαι ποιοτικό όσο όλες τις υπόλοιπες παροχές!

• Adele (9/5): - Appartamento molto molto pulito e accogliente. Purtroppo c'erano le impalcature esterne e abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre sempre chiuse ma questo non dipende di certo dall'host. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene!! Avrei messo a disposizione qualche cialde in più per il caffe

Atención por parte de Noelia excelente - La ubicación la limpieza y sobre todo la atención y disponibilidad de Noelia en todo momento que la hemos necesitado . Noelia es un amor de persona. Una lastima que estuviesen de reformas en la fachada y estar todo lleno de andamios lo que nos obligó a tener las hojas de las ventanas cerradas sin poder ver la luz del día.

• Chiung Mei (5/5): Great Location, But Comfort and Cleanliness Fell Short - We stayed at the apartment for six nights. The location is excellent—right in the city center and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, a lively plaza, and metro stations. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. However, the vibrant surroundings came with drawbacks. Noise from the bars and plaza across the street was constant, even with the windows closed, making it difficult to rest. The apartment also faced a row of trash and recycling containers, which detracted from the view and added to the overall lack of comfort. Cleanliness was below expectations: towels weren’t fresh, there were hairs on the bedding, and the kitchenware was old and not properly cleaned. There was also no luggage rack, which made unpacking inconvenient.

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos metros de Gran Vía, paradas de transporte, mercados y restaurantes. Muy buena atención de la señora Noelia, muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Totalmente recomendado. Todo fue perfecto.

In the evenings there are tables with people drinking and loudly speaking (and looking a little bit like criminals). We didn’t open the windows because of this and my daughter was a bit scared at a night time

I would come back again for sure. The noise at night from the streets might be not okay for some people . There is no ventilation system in the bathroom so you need to open the window for airflow.

Whatever you can think of can be found there, laundry machine with built in dryer, detergents, household items.. Very impressive! As a family of 3 we spent three great nights there, the sofa bed was very comfy as well! Highly recommended place 👌
