• Artur (2/5): Overall impression: 2/10 I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless you only need it for one day to create - We spent several hours choosing a hotel and finally decided on this one because of the atmosphere and interior shown on Booking. It was especially important for us to have a working desk, a sofa, and a floor lamp — according to the Booking photos, the Deluxe room matched all these requirements. Let’s start with the positives: Friendly and polite staff The lobby and café area are very aesthetic and cozy Great coffee That’s where the positives end. Cons: THE ROOMS ARE MISLEADING. This was literally an expectation vs reality situation. We booked a Deluxe room because the Booking photos clearly showed a sofa, floor lamp, and a nice wardrobe. In reality, none of that existed. We went to the reception twice asking if it was possible to get the exact room shown on Booking. The staff told us: “Those rooms are for bloggers and advertising shoots only. There are only a few of them and they were mainly for Booking photos. Other guests get random rooms, and there will be no sofa.” I will attach a collage showing the actual room we received. The most surprising part is that if you look at their Instagram, everything appears beautiful and clean, but in reality the hotel feels more like a content studio rather than a place designed for comfortable living. Staying there for 2 weeks was very uncomfortable. We stayed here for 2 weeks, and housekeeping deserves special mention. At first we ignored it, but after a few days we noticed that the room was always cleaned very late — around 4–6 PM — even though we would hang the cleaning sign around 11 AM. Later we were told that rooms for new guests are cleaned first, while long-term guests get housekeeping in the evening. Trash management was terrible. We often had to leave garbage bags outside the room, and sometimes they stayed there the whole day until we contacted the manager on WhatsApp asking for someone to remove them. The room had almost no utensils except cups and spoons. There is no minibar at all, only an empty fridge. The WiFi was awful. It was almost impossible to use the internet properly. You cannot order room service, and they also cannot bring plates or cutlery to your room. You have to go downstairs to the café yourself to collect everything. The café downstairs closes at 4 PM (only on Friday and Saturday it works until 10 PM).

Chambre confortable et très propre. Literie très correcte. Le bar et sa musique est un espace très relaxant. Certains équipements un peu défraîchis comme les mini frigos. La clim fait un peu de bruit. Le quartier est parfaitement quelconque. Il n'y a absolument rien d'intéressant autour de l'hôtel.

• Pitchay (6/5): Like it but can improve... - Staff are friendly and professional., love the room aesthetics, bed is generally comfortable, room is big. The lobby has awesome vibes and it's located at a good place, near midvalley Megamall and LRT stations. Will definitely comeback here despite other negative experience. There were cockroaches coming from the floor baseboard near the toilet, the wardrobe base is a little cracked, as an ocd clean freak, toilets require a good scrub with a toothbrush especially on the grout lines. Rooms need a good deep clean and fumigation. And maintenance should check all appliances and light to ensure its up to standards.

• Francis (1/5): Very Bad Corkroach Infestation!!! - The decor of the lobby The hotel has a very bad cockroach infestation problem. Upon returning to our room at night, there were about 8 to 10 cockroaches crawling around the floor. The front office offered a free room upgrade but we rejected it and check out immediately as we hv no confidence that any other room would be any difference. The hotel did not offer any sort of refund, so we hv no choice but burn whatever money we paid for the night. Yes, i agree that hotel refurbish their decor but i think the refurbishments are only on the surface. Very disappointing all round.

• Marsena Jasiel (8/5): Beautiful, retro-aesthetic and charming hotel in the quieter area of KL - The hotel was relatively new and well-designed. Every corner was picturesque but that did not take away from the great service they provided. Very charming and captured the retro aesthetic well. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfy, basic amenities provided. Room was also clean despite the 'intentional dated look'. Loved the lounge as it was cosy and serve pretty good pastries and coffee - we went twice because we loved the ambience so much. 10% off for merch and F/B items for guests. Overall it was a pretty good stay for us. Price was very reasonable for the stay we had! There was only one trash bin in the bathroom, would be better if there is another one in the room. Room was rather dark even when all the lights are on. There were not many sockets so we had to unplug the night lights to charge our phones. No privacy curtains, so we had to open all curtains for more light even in daytime. A bit far from all the main sites in KL.

• Bee mohamed (4/5): - The hotel staff were extremely kind and friendly, from the registration counter to the café, including the cleaning staff. We experienced an issue with parking, and one of the staff members assisted us by providing a temporary parking space. We were advised to park there first and later move the vehicle to a proper parking area during office hours. This gesture was very helpful and showed great friendliness. At the time, it was raining, and the insurance staff kindly provided me with an umbrella, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hotel environment was very pleasant—from the café and registration area to the lift and up to the room. The hotel had a nice atmosphere throughout. The hotel room is not child-friendly, as no baby cot is provided. It appears to be more suitable for newly married couples or younger guests. At the time of my stay, the condition of the room was somewhat unsatisfactory. While the interior design itself was acceptable, the chair provided was unstable and appeared unsafe, as it was wobbly and seemed close to breaking. The storage space consisted of an old and worn cabinet that was still in use. Furthermore, although the bathroom appeared clean, the gully trap was blocked, causing water to back up whenever the shower was used.

• Nada (8/5): Good but Can Be Better - The hotel’s location was great, within easy walking distance of a mall. The staff were very welcoming and even provided a detailed map highlighting nearby sites and the best ways to reach them, which was extremely helpful for planning my days. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Breakfast was of good quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for the location and service provided. The hotel was lacking some basic amenities I would normally expect, such as slippers and separate hand or face towels. In addition, showering was quite uncomfortable, as the water never became properly hot even after turning on the water heater.

• Hannah (1/5): - This hotel is actually fairly pretty & our welcome was very warm & kind BUT... ...we didn't sleep for 2 nights. The room was fronting the highway and even it was in the 6th floor it felt like there was no wall at all. I could've slept directly on the highway and there would've been no difference. When I was aksing the guy at the reception he was just saying that we should have asked for a quiet room while booking! Isn't a hotel for getting a good sleep??? He wanted us to pay for a Deluxe Room if we wanted to sleep well. He was so unfriendly and made this whole experience not worth it. Also booking didn't help at all when we needed it.
