• Guest (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Das Zimmer war geräumig, stilvoll dekoriert und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Atmosphäre, die es perfekt zum Entspannen macht.

• Wolfgang (1/5): Too loud ! - Nichts Schlaf war nicht möglich weil im Nachbarzimmer jede Nacht unerträglicher Lärm erzeugt wurde. Deswegen musste ich vorzeitig stornieren , bekam mein Geld jedoch nicht zurück

The reception staff was highly professional and cooperative. They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. • Sultan (8/5): Great location for a pit stop in Riyadh - Great location, there is some works happening in Qirawan at the moment however it does not hamper the access to the hotel. Its a clean and decent place for a short stopover. This is my second stay at the unit.

• Elsa (5/5): Passable - Nobody even mentioned that breakfast was included. So we didn't have. We booked and paid for 3 people, but only received 2 towels. The cleaner arrogantly refused (in Arabic-which we couldn't understand) , to give us an xtra towel. My adult daughter had to sleep without any pillows. Only under a thin blanket.
• Hind (9/5): despite the few issues, I would recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located near major attractions, and reception s - - The reception staff were highly professional and cooperative. They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. - The early check-in without additional fees was a huge plus, making the arrival process smooth. - The rooms were well-furnished and almost new, which added to the comfort of the stay. - When I found that one of the rooms had a smoke smell (despite being a non-smoking room), the staff promptly resolved the issue by switching it to another room. - It is conveniently located near major attractions, Just keep in mind the clarification about the pool and café when booking. -Some minor maintenance issues need attention, such as the bathroom door lock that didn’t work properly. - The internet quality was inconsistent. While it worked well in one room, it was unreliable in the other. - The swimming pool and café shown in the pictures online are not at this hotel’s location, which was misleading. These facilities belong to the same hotel chain but are located about a 5-minute drive away.
