• Jovana (9/5): - Very clean, fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is top-notch. I wish there had been sockets next to the bed and a small bedside cabinet or commode to put clothes on instead of keeping everything in the suitcase.

• Andrzej (10/5): Porządny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji i wspaniała obsługa. - Genialna lokalizacja, metro i tramwaje tuż obok, co sprawia że można dostać się stamtąd do wszystkich ważnych punktów turystycznych wygodnie i bardzo szybko. Okolica ładna i spokojna, bez tłumów, porządny market naprzeciwko. Wszystkie topowe lokale z jedzeniem do których chcieliśmy iść były 2-5 minut pieszo. Wspaniały kontakt z obsługą - przyjechaliśmy 4 godziny przed planowanym zameldowaniem, baliśmy się, że będziemy tułać się pół dnia z walizkami. Wystarczyła jedna wiadomość i po 5 minutach pani odpisała, że bez problemu możemy wejść wcześniej. Podsumowując - idealne miejsce na pobyt. Nie rozumiem ludzi którzy płacą krocie za hotel w ścisłym centrum przy najważniejszych atrakcjach gdzie chodzą tłumy ludzi. My mieliśmy spokojną okolicę z najlepszymi knajpami w Pradze. Osobiście wolę mieć obok dobre śniadanie/obiad ale na zwiedzanie musieć się przejechać parę minut niż na odwrót.

• MARIBETH (10/5): Location is a 10. Lots of great restaurants/cafes. 5-min walk to METRO subway. Quiet. Safe. - Easy to check-in & out. Safe quiet building & neighborhood. You need to punch in the code to enter the building. Location & neighborhood is a 10. Lots of great restaurants & cafes within walking distance. METRO subway is 5-min walk literally next block from the place. Place is filled with amenities which is a nice touch. Although no physical front desk or live person, the customer service team on app answers quickly and offers recommendations. They give me detailed answers to my questions. Always pleasant and nice. WIFI working fine. Place is clean as well as bathroom. I rented a Studio. I find it spacious for one person. There is a streaming device (Netflix) in room which is awesome. They also provide a guest portal that they send you with restaurant cafe recommendations, nice touch! You can ask questions on how to ride a METRO, etc and they are there to help you.They respond quickly and very detailed. Love my stay here! Highly recommend especially for solo traveler like me. None

• AYSEHANDE (10/5): 100% recommended. - Very clean place, helpful host(s), amazing smell, clean kitchen equipments, comfortable sleep, lovely balcony to enjoy clean air, central location very close to many restaurants and metro...And at the building, the smell that each time we enter to the apartment welcomes us was amazing. A wee washing machine would be a plus.

Eine herzliche Nachricht als Willkommensgruß im Zimmer mit einer Auswahl an Tees und Schoki war sehr aufmerksam...
• Vicol (10/5): - Very clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the location is amazing, easy to get everywhere in the city. We really loved our stay! The only downside was the fact that smoking isn't allowed on the balcony (the balcony was the reason we booked the apartment). Other than that, everything was perfect!

• Sydney (9/5): Charming and comfortable - It was easy to find and located very close to a subway station. It was clean, the kitchenette was well-stocked, and the balcony was a great spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely! We found some great restaurants and parks within walking distance. The TV wasn’t working properly during our stay.

• Christian (4/5): Nettes Apartment mit unbequemer Matratze - Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, ordentlich ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das große Problem ist die Matratze. Die Matratze ist extrem unbequem, wie man schon merkt, wenn man auch nur kurz darauf liegt. Andere Bewohner haben schon darauf hingewiesen, dass die Matratze sehr laut sei. Auch das stimmt, aber das Hauptproblem ist, wie schlecht man darauf liegt. Schlafen war so kaum möglich. Die Matratze gehört dringend ausgetauscht, dann wäre es ein nettes Apartment.
• Luke (9/5): Highly recommended - Super clean, comfortable apartment in a cool area. Close to metro so we were able to get to all attractions very easily. Lots of bars and cafes close by and also round the corner from the hive TV tower known as "the second ugliest building in the world" (try out Bistro 66 located up the tower for a fantastic breakfast view).. Nice apartment balcony looking out at a quad, so able to sit out in the sunshine and enjoy a glass of vino. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Shower was very good. Hosts sent recommendations through for local eateries, which was useful. Would stay here again if back in Prague. Minor negative points only. Would be great for more hangers to hang clothes. TV was difficult to use and sometimes stopped streaming.
• Thomas (9/5): Komme wieder - Die Lage ist toll !!! Das Apartment mag ich sehr. Keine Ablagefläche für Klamotten, Koffer ( Tasche ). Kein Bodenlappen, Lappen fürs Geschirr. Beim zuziehen vom Vorhang sprang die Konsole immer aus der Halterung raus. Keine tschechische Programme beim Einschalten des TV . Zuviel Kopfkissen auf dem Bett und kein Platz um sie weg zu legen.

• Laura (9/5): Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber - Lage sehr gut, schön ruhig und sauber Gebäude Türcode erst nicht gefunden. Sind nur durch Zufall reingekommen. Erst im Zimmer nach langem Suchen in der Email einen nicht funktionierenden Link gefunden der kopiert und im Browser geöffnet werden musste. Nicht eindeutig und nicht leicht zu finden. Wlan Passwort war genauso schwer zu finden. Ich habe sofort eine Email an Bookings.com/TurnKey geschickt.... keine Antwort. Espresso Machine kaputt, Kaffee läuft aus. Nicht genug Toilettenpapier vorhanden.
• mehmet (5/5): If we could have seen the place from today, we wouldn't have picked it for sure. - It was clean and fresh. The bed was extremely noisy. We woke up each other when we move at nights. The elevator was simply inactive, but the hosts said it will be on building management and must be fixed within a day. However it was not evet touched. We would expect honesty on this situation. Smoking was not allowed even on balcony which is making the balcony almost useless. TV was really old, we couldn't even watch simple youtube videos.

• Rada (10/5): Loved it! - Easy check-in, clean, cozy, helpful hosts. The neighbourhood is nice and the apartment was really quiet with a spacious balcony. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The fridge makes a buzzing noise from time to time and it may bother someone more sensitive.
• Teddy (9/5): Great accommodation in local area near the main metro line. - The accommodation was in lovely more local area, right next to the green metro line. Place was great, with lovely balcony and there was an amazing aroma in the flat and in the whole building (please tell me the secret!).
• Kassandra (9/5): Cozy apartment within great district in Prague - We loved the apartment due to it's location and coziness. Žižkov is a great district in Prague with lots of restaurants and nice cafe's. Also there are two small supermarkets right around the corner. From the metro station to the apartment it's a five minutes walk with luggage (less without). In the apartment we had a comfortable bed, a small kitchen with a table and two chairs, a balcony and a nice bathroom. We liked the interior design a lot. The temperature was set to 21 degrees though it didn't reach the temperature - we had about 19 degrees the whole stay. The adjustments are set and can't be changed by guests. We are used to warmer temperatures so it was a bit fresh as we stayed over New Year.
• Zsofi10000 (9/5): Very nice and comfortable, apart from the lack of cupboards everything was just fine and perfect. - Good location, close to Metro, easy to get to the center with public transport. Accomodation is just perfect for a couple. Clean, well equipped. There was no chest or cupboard or shelf in which we could put our clothes, so we need to live from our suitcase.

The host should give entry details earlier, Booking .com had to intervene on my behalf the day before, not good. Need more than 2 hangers please.
