Apartamento luminoso en el corazón de Calpe, con terraza y vistas al mar, a pocos minutos andando de la Playa Arenal-Bol. El mar se puede ver también desde el salón y desde el dormitorio, así que la sensación de estar junto al Mediterráneo te acompaña todo el día.
Una opción perfecta para disfrutar del invierno en la Costa Blanca con tranquilidad, buen clima y todo a mano. There is construction work going on in the building to the right, which doesn't affect the apartment on weekends, but there will be noise during the week from 8am to 6pm. Additionally, the pool is covered and cannot be used.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Peter (9/5): Fantastic position near the Old Town and beach. Calpe really nice place and very clean. Loads of restaurants and walks. - Location was great. Well stocked with essentials. No air con in bedrooms. Tired decor and maintenance needed. No information on where everything was or local facilities and places to go.
- HECTOR (9/5): Genial estancias - La ubicación lo mejor de todo. Al lado de la playa, del paseo marítimo y del casco antiguo. La estancia ha sido muy buena. Lo único por poner una pega es que la cocina que al ser pequeña y que estaba cargada de cosas (q para mi gusto para estancias cortas son innecesarias y ocupaban mucho espacio y casi no podías moverte para cocinar). El parking privado es muy pequeño y casi siempre t toca aparcar en la calle, que no hay sitio y el parking que hay al lado cuesta 20,30€ al día.

Das SZ Richtung Meer hat Zugang zum Balkon und ein ultra bequemes Bett!!Auch die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig in ein paar Minuten an den Strand, auf die Promenade, in die schöne, kleine Altstadt. Der lange Sandstrand war jetzt, im Mai, quasi noch menschenleer (außer am WE) Das 2. Kinder-SZ ist ein rosa Barbiezimmer, hat ein Fenster nur zum Flur, daher bekommt das Zimmer kein Tageslicht.

- maverickk099 (8/5): - Todo en general. Muy cuidado , muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Únicamente , diría que es una zona con gran desnivel para desplazarse a los sitios a pie aunque todo está cerca.
