• Barbara (10/5): Bom custo-benefício próximo ao centro de convenções - Da proximidade com o centro de convenções e da orla na frente do prédio. Eu estava em um evento no Centro de convenções, era só atravessar a rua. Tem supermercado próximo Gostei de tudo
• ANDREIA (9/5): Muito boa - A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Padarias, mercadinho. O flat é bem aconchegante e tudo muito limpo. Cama confortável. Tem os utensílios para fazer lanche e refeição no flat mesmo. O mercado do prédio tem um acesso somente pelo app e algumas pessoas não conseguia acesso. Poderia ser mais facilitado.

• Alexsandra (10/5): - O apartamento é bem localizado próximo a praia, mercado, bem espaçoso e muito organizado, bem equipado, e a disposição de itens básicos é excelente e um diferencial que realmente vale a pena e nos faz sentir em casa, a anfitriã é ótima não tive nenhum problema, mas ela me deixou a vontade para o que precisa- se estaria a disposição para solicitar. De ter que ir embora 🤣😂
• Vitr Hugo (10/5): Ótima - A acomodação muito boa, um flat bem acolhedor e com localização boa. Comunicação com o prédio que está em reforma, mas no fim deu tudo certo
• Björn (7/5): - Easy checkin with doorman, make sure to bring a translation app if you don't speak Portuguese! The beach is opposite an eight-lane highway, and it's a quiet part of town. Nice balcony overlooking an active soccer pitch. Its right opposite the convention center, so if you come for work its definitely a great place. No ocean views unfortunately. The mattress was completely laid through on one side, making it uneven. Definitely needs a replacement (but was still somewhat comfy). Cleanliness could be improved, I found some hair in the apartment. If you're not there for convention, it's a bit away from everything. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance, other than that it seems a bit boring around.

Prédio tranquilo, próximo a supermercado, alguns restaurantes, beira-mar. Espaço amplo, confortável, muito bem equipado. Voltaria a me hospedar lá. Um atraso na limpeza (atrapalhou um pouco minha agenda), demora nas instruções do check-in.

• Jaqueline bispo (5/5): Dias bons e felizes, tranquilo e seguro. - Localização é adequado para mim e as minhas 2 filhas. Do estacionamento, a vaga é na última garagem e para chegar lá, desce uma ladeira curva, muito estreita, tem que ficar esperto ao descer e ao subir, pois a visão para quem está descendo ou subindo não é favorável.

• Walisson (10/5): SENSACIONAL! Loft muito bom e bem localizado! - Pra falar a verdade eu gostei de tudo! O Apartamento é MUITO bom. Pra eu que fui em um evento no Centro de Convenções de Salvador, ficou a 5min andando. Tudo funciona no apartamento. O Ar condicionando é bom, a TV funciona muito bem, a internet é boa também. O Loft estava muito limpo, com roupas de camas, toalhas e cobertas extras. Além disso ainda tinha alguns itens para poder usar como café, açúcar, azeite, sal, tempero e muito mais. A cozinha é mais que completa. Tem de tudo, panelas, airfryer, assadeira de pão. MUUUUITO completo. O apartamento fica na orla e de frente a um ponto de bike e patinete elétrico. Dá pra pegar um patinete e ir até o farou da barra pela orla, foi muito legal. Dá uns 40min de patinete, a beira mar. Então... pra finalizar, compensa muito. O Valor está muito justo! Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado. Gostei de tudo.

• Sulecca (9/5): It was convenient, mostly clean, the hosts communicated well to resolve issues, with washing machine, I would return! - The location was great, it was safe, right next to a nice church, there was an elevator once you entered the property. It was fairly comfortable and mostly clean, the bathroom was nice. I slept well and the bedding was soft, there was a washer and drying rack and clean towels and sheets. It had hot water and the hosts communicated clearly and normally within the hour, whenever I had questions. The internet did go out for around 3ish hours in the middle of my work, which was not good. One of the security guards didn’t seem happy with me for some reason the other day. He kind of yelled at me as I got dropped off, but I don’t know why I don’t speak much Portuguese. These two things are mostly out of the hosts control. Other than that it has been good, but the handle on the door seems to be coming off on the outside. Which made me a bit worried to pull to open it, it’s not exclusive to that door as you can see other doors in the same hall with that issue too. That said, I was able to get inside and outside ok. While it was mostly clean they could’ve cleaned the area with the couch and rug much better, particularly the rug, there seemed to be large crumbs and stuff on it from the previous people. The garbage was small and I originally had to have my luggage carried up the entry steps. Maybe they can arrange something with the garage if you arrive with large luggage. I was able to go out the garage when I left. All that said, most everything on this list can be addressed and I feel the hosts take their accommodations seriously to resolve the issues I spoke about. I appreciate you welcoming me into your space. Your communication and I would stay there again.:)
