Tracy was very helpful, we rented a car and she quickly set up our parking entry and carpark lot. The bed is very soft and not very comfortable. Maybe can improve on this as a good night sleep is important

- Margaret (7/5): Property maintenance - Proximity to shops for food etc. The dishwasher hadn't been installed properly and when pulling racks out to fill with dishes etc. whole dishwasher fell forward on to my daughters foot. Will however came and looked at it and said he would fix once we checked out. Also the security chain lock onto back landing had just been blue tacked on and fell off. The fitting needed to be screwed in properly. Will, the property guy, was very helpful in showing us around the facilities. Could do with a couple more "normal" pillows.

- Tse-Ting (10/5): The view is everything - I like the locations of your and the ease of Logistics offered by the accommodation provider excellent communication I really do I didn’t like some of the power cord exposing on the ground and in the cupboards not visibly nice and I didn’t like the floor mat quite slippery. It looks like a throw being used as a floor mat.

Excellent facilities with lounges, pool, gardens and gym. Great location close to shops. Overall quite clean but some dead flies on windowsill had not been cleaned. Not enough saucepans but rest of cooking facilities were good.

The property due to it’s nature being part of a mall is quite confusing but the host met you as you collected the keys and made everything super clear so there was no issues at all. We had to buy a diffuser to get rid of smell, had to vacuum the floors ourselves & wipe down the kitchen tops as it was very oily

- Guest (1/5): bad property, scam - nothing - it’s a residential property not a hotel the host was so rude, tried to make us pay for late check in, and charge us for a late checkout when we weren’t late
- Liz (10/5): Great location & comfortable and spacious apartment. - Location was great with a shopping mall nearby so we had everything we needed - shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Just a 2 minute walk to the railway station for easy journey into Melbourne. Apartment had a fantastic view over to the hills in the distance and facilities were great both in the apartment and the complex (eg swimming pool, gardens). Good supplies of things like loo rolls and bin bags - useful as we were staying for 3 weeks. Requested a 2nd key which arrived about 20 minutes later from the friendly hosts. If I visit again I would definitely stay here. There was no sharp knife for cutting veg/fruit/meat - it's a really small thing and we were able to borrow one from my brother who lives nearby but if not, we'd have bought one. Weather wasn't great for our stay but realise that's not the apartment's fault!

Second bedroom lacked AC and one needed to walk across living room to get to toilet and shower. Also took staff living outside complex much time to provide service when requested.

Access to gym and pool facilities Garden area for walking Nicely presented apartment which was pretty well cleaned Host was great with communication and instructions for clear check in and check out. Also walked us through the complex to explain facilities available and how to access the Glen Shopping Centre via underground Very quiet which was pleasant The apartment, although very well cleaned, had a lingering cigarette smell particularly at the living room end near the window's curtains. Also in the main bedroom too. We had to open the windows and balcony door for a few hours to air it out. Other minor things: Would have liked some hand towels to dry hands after washing from going to the toilet. We ended up using the other towels for this since we were only 2 people. Would have also loved to have a proper knife for chopping food since we were cooking. The fruit knife was a bit challenging but we made it work.

- cao (9/5): - 房型结构适用于家庭出行，有完整的配套设施可以自己homemade，周边就是商场超市（还有华人超市）相当方便。在这个区域你可以不用英语就能顺利交流。房间设计和布局也比较简单整洁，保洁工作做的不错。 澳大利亚套房的普遍问题就是小床太小，合并起来基本上都要睡在缝里。浴室和外面的防水做的不好，每次洗澡都会有水流出外面需要打扫。建议物品置放给一个手册或者橱柜上贴一下标签，刚入住时找了很久。

- Aaron (10/5): Great location and nicely furnished apartment - Great location with wonderful host that provided us the directions in person right up to the apartment. Place was very clean and well furnished. It was showroom standard. Pantry had basic cooking spices and seasoning. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware, and plates/bowls. Pillows and blankets were comfy, and I liked the soundproofing (closed windows) since it was next to the main road. Toilets were clean, and the shower gel was nice smelling. Washer and dryer worked well, and the house appliances were clean and good quality. Since the apartment was above the mall, it was very convenient to go shopping anytime. No aircon in some rooms, and have to open windows for airflow. Street noise is actually quite loud with opened windows. Not sure how it would be during summer if it’s hot…

- Carolyn (6/5): Pleasant - Location close to shopping centre, easy walk.to.shops.and restaurants Small space for 2 bedroom apartment. Tiny little single beds in room 2, no sheets only doona cover. One little towel each with no face washer or bathmat, no tea towel in kitchen. No housekeeping for over 3 days, ran out of toilet paper, had to empty own bins at the end of stay. Tracy was very helpful but very overpriced for what you get. Carpark is also very difficult to navigate.
- Ying (10/5): Exceptional - The very best location in suburban Melbourne if you are looking for convenience when the apartment is within the same building as The Glen, the big and recently expanded shopping center. Train station going to Melbourne CBD is just 5 min walk away. Inside, you have everything you need to live a comfortable short while. The view from your bedroom window or while sitting on the little balcony is the Dandenong mountains, a very pleasant bonus for a city life. If you are looking for a cheaper stay, you may want to find somewhere else a little away from the big shopping center.

Suggestion would be for people like us who have longer stay, the 2 double bed wardrobes had no shelves which means you are living out of a suitcase instead of being able to unpack.
