Guest (7/5): Good location - Flexibility with earlier check-in Apartment about 10 minutes walk from train station Host not very personable or helpful - did not offer any information about the apartment. Apartment on 3rd floor - no lift - a struggle to get up and down stairs with luggage. Wooden floor in bathroom water damaged, water pressure low.
Lorena (9/5): - El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado, y el personal fue muy amable. Que no contaba con los insumos necesarios de limpieza (lavar los platos por ej) o lo basico para un desayuno, como azucar, café , te.
Gianni (8/5): - Posizione centrale All'arrivo abbiamo trovato lo scarico del lavandino completamente intasato, subito segnalato e prontamente sistemato dal manutentore, braccioli del divano letto non proprio pulitissimi.

Mihhail (5/5): Passable - The location of the flat was superb. As it is located in the city center, it's very quiet, because the windows go to the inner part of the complex, so 5+ for quietness. Very poor condition of the flat. The wooden floor in the bathroom is in very poor condition, it basically is rotten and is peeling off the floor. Walls and paint show also very much signs of wear. There was nothing in the kitchen in terms of basic products like: coffee, tee, paper towels or kitchen towels, now salt or pepper, washing liquid (however the washing machine was). In some places on the ceiling (in the second bedroom) there was spider web with dust on it.
