Saturday and Sunday: keys will be collected from a coded mailbox located at the key collection address.
Please check with us for bank holidays and long weekends outside of high season.
Late check-in will be done via a coded mailbox. You must contact reception in advance to receive the code. Please note that both the reservation and the deposit must be paid in full beforehand.
Any request for additional services must be communicated before 13:00 on the day of arrival.
If the office is closed on your arrival day, please notify us the day before.
Check-out time: no later than 10:00 AM.
Please note:
Towels and bed linen are not included in the rate. You may bring your own or rent them at reception.

Baby cots: €7/day
Extra beds: €7/day
Bed linen: €6 per bed/stay
Towels: €25 for a set of 5 bath towels (cash payment only)
Extras are only provided during office hours.
Pets: One pet is allowed per booking. A supplement of €50 applies for the entire stay.
Please note: The apartments do not have air conditioning or Wi-Fi.
Seasonal pool: Open from June 15 to September 15 (subject to change by the building’s homeowners’ association).
A security deposit of €150 is required, payable by card only (cash not accepted). After check-out, the apartment will be inspected by Alquileres Peñíscola, and the deposit will be refunded to the same card within a maximum of 7 days.

- Christian (5/5): Massa car pels serveis que donen i falta de neteja. No repetiria. - Que estigui molt a prop de la platja i la piscina. Mobiliari antic, falta de menatge i brutícia
- Alberto (5/5): Para dormir...sufrir - La terraza No había ni una cama, eran dos sofas muy "trillados" que tuve que adaptar para poder medianamente descansar. Uno de ellos horrible. La sartenes... se agarraban ... era imposible hacer un huevo friito

- laura (2/5): - Todo estaba súper sucio , el baño llenos de pipi por todos lados , pipi y pelos enganchados .. Las picas sucias. Los platos y los tenedores con restos de comida. Tomate frito enganchado. En todos los platos. Tenedores sucios a cual peor. El suelo sin barrer ni fregar. Mantas en el armario llenas de pelos de perro. Pelos blancos y negros enganchados a las mantas. Este apartamento no fue limpiado antes de nuestra llegada . Adjunto fotos.

- Cristina (1/5): Nada agusto - Nada, una decepción. Todo, en la reserva colocamos la opcion de una cama sifa y una litera, pues nooo llegamos y encontramos dos camas sofas muy viejos y haci nos toco dormir, la cosina limpia me imaginoblos de entes de nosotros no la utilizaron haci como nosotros, porque limpieza una balletazo asi deprisa y corriendonpor todo lado y fin, no habian barrido porque nos quedamos descalzos y los pies tenianos mucha arena, ademas de eso decian parkin y que va, hay tienes que buscar aver si te han dejado sitio porque no tienes parkin, y ami porsupuesto me toco aparcar en un sitio que no lo era. El olor del inmueble a rancio a viejo, salimos decepcionados de hay porque pagan un dinero por desacansar agusto pero en esos sofas te daba asco acostarte apesar de nosotros llevar sabanas, y lo peor covertura para nada, hay en ese piso te quedan incomunicados porque no hay cobertura. Fatal, eepero se lo piensen y canbien los sofas porque estan para tirar, decoloridos viejos huelen mal y sucios.

- Sonia (4/5): Decepcionante - La zona. Es tranquila, con buen acceso a la playa y piscina. Ideal para el descanso y relax El apartamento es muy antiguo, necesita muchas mejoras. Armarios que casi se caen a pedazos. Los 2 sofás-camas son muy viejos e incómodos. Muy poco menaje de cocina (un par de ollas y sartenes). Solo hemos encontrado 2 perchas en el armario. No hay pinzas para tender. La limpieza luce por su existencia, tuve que ponerme a barrer, todo el apartamento, lleno de arena
