• van (8/5): Great location. - Great location in chiaia. Close to lots of good restaurants, shopping, the coast, amedeo station which is convenient to get you to Napoli cemtrale. Chiaia is very clean and safe area . There is an elevator in the building. Flat was clean and spacious ..and while there is a kitchen area, it's not really a kitchen.. there were plates and silverware and even pots and pans but no stove to cook or microwave. Just a small mini fridge that is not that cold ..I didn't plan to cook so not a problem for me . Privacy for the shower area lacking so make sure you and your travel companions are comfortable with each other. The shower is in view with the kitchen/ dining area

• Nikita (3/5): Clean and cosy appartment, but poorly maintained. Hot water was unavaliable, shower was broken. Dishes and glasses were - Good location, historical building in the center of Chiaia The apartment was clean and cozy, but overall poorly maintained. At first, there was no hot water, and once it was restored, the water pressure was extremely weak. It was only fixed later during the stay. The shower was broken, the dishes and glasses were dirty, and the internet stopped working after the first day. On top of that, we were not informed about the construction on the upper floor, which caused loud disturbances every morning.
• Natalija (8/5): Zadovoljni smo i verovatno bi ponovo tu odseli - Lokacija je odlicna, apartman je lep i udoban Imali smo dva dana problem sa toplom vodom. Zbog nekog kvara nije je bilo ali se osoblje potrudilo da resi problem i do kraja je bilo sve ok.

• Christian (7/5): Très bien. Bon rapport qualité/prix. - L'emplacement est idéal entre la mer et les collines, non loin des ports et du centre-ville. Quartier à la fois populaire et vivant , et aussi charmant et très divers. Beaucoup de lieux de promenade, de cafés et de restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est un peu trop sombre, bien que situé au troisième étage, mais sur cour. L'accès aux lampes de chevet n'est pas pratique.
• KHOULOUD (10/5): Un séjour agréable dans un logement propre, confortable et idéalement situé. - J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement. L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, et la communication avec l'hôte a été fluide et rapide. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, le confort de la literie ainsi que la localisation idéale, proche des commodités et des transports. L'appartement était conforme à la description et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
• Guest (4/5): le cadre est sympa mais l’appartement a besoin d’un sérieux entretien et d’une meilleure gestion. - La localisation est très bonne, dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes les commodités, à l’exception d’un supermarché un peu loin. Malheureusement, l’état de l’appartement laisse à désirer. La douche est très entartrée et pas propre, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude même après plusieurs réclamations via WhatsApp. J’ai dû prendre une douche à l’eau froide, ce qui m’a rendu malade. Le lit n’était pas propre non plus, j’ai trouvé des cheveux, ce qui est inacceptable pour une location. De plus, l’isolation phonique est quasi inexistante, on entend beaucoup de bruit, ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. Pour finir, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas.

Badet med mange speil - den var ganske kult. Stor dusj. Rommet var ikke det samme jeg har bestilt. Trengte et vinduet - så følte meg klaustrofobisk, og hadde følelse av å være i en kjeller. Men mora min var fornøyd. Da så… også var bra for å ikke sitte på rommet. Varmt vann hadde ingen trøkk. Så måtte vaskes i kaldt vann. Ikke alltid så hyggelig. Noen små insekter i tallerkener ved innflytting, måtte vaskes. Alt annet var greit
• Eungyeol (9/5): - I think this place deserves higher ratings. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The room had newly renovated facilities including AC and smart TV. The little private kitchen and a bathroom was useful. Close to the beach, Amedeo metro station, and good restaurants. There's no open reception so we had to meet up with the staff in person, keeping in contact when exactly we will arrive at the accommodation, which is always not easy to do when traveling. And the fridge in our room was not working. But except for those everything else was nice.

• Ed (10/5): Perfect romantic getaway - Very welcoming staff, brilliant location in a beautiful Chiaia district. 3 min walk from Amedeo station and can go all the way to Sorrento and Pompeii from there. Me and my gf were here for 6 days and it was the perfect base to explore Naples and the surrounding area, for the price it is everything you need 😎😎
• Marika (8/5): Overall a cute and calm place to stay - Great location in calm district, very reliable contact person Simone, spacious room, with a nice balcony, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A very old coffee machine that didn’t function well and the kitchen and bathroom not looking fresh.
• Colin (8/5): Highly recommend Naples, particularly staying at this location which is in a quieter area of Naples. - Wonderful location and accommodation ideal for a city break. We booked 4 rooms. The aircon didn’t work in 3 but the host, Matteo, soon sorted the repairs and was always available to help. There was no fridge. The safe was located in the wardrobe not fixed so could be picked up and there were no mugs or cups, only espresso size cups.

• Marika (8/5): A lovely place which minor issues. - Located in a calm, cozy district near cafes, restaurants and shops. Designed in a 1980-ies style. The contact person, Simone is a very hospitable guy, being always responsive and helpful. The bathroom glass doesn’t look fresh… the kitchen has an uncomfortable old coffee machine, which pours water all over.
• Boldizsár (3/5): Black mold and cockroaches - Disappointing Stay, currently trying to get a refund - The location is really great and Matteo, the host the company sent was very kind and helpful. The apartment had several major problems that made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with large patches of black mold on the walls and ceiling. This isn’t just a cosmetic issue—mold like this is a serious health risk, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory conditions. On top of that, I found cockroaches in the apartment, which is completely unacceptable in any rental. Noise was another constant issue. I could hear loud sounds from both neighboring apartments and the elevator at all hours, making it difficult to sleep or relax. Before check-in, you’re required to sign a contract that holds you financially responsible for even minor damage, such as accidentally breaking a glass. This felt excessive and added unnecessary pressure during the stay. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained and unhygienic. I would not recommend staying here.

• Marija (9/5): Amazing! - The location is amazing, the apartment is very new and clean, beautiful interior design. Giulia who showed us the apartment was nice and friendly. We would definitely come back! Like in most hotels and guest houses electricity is working only when the card is inserted in the keycard system, so what is the point of having refrigerator when it’s not working when you are not in the apartment! We travelled away from Naples for two nights and of course all of our food in the fridge went bad. We were instructed to wash the dishes before leaving but there was no soap and dish washing sponge. There was also no cleaning and towel change for the whole stay.
• Polgalan (3/5): Poor - I come often to Napoli but I will never stay in this apartment again. I had a very bad experience because the apartment needs the electronic card to turn on the light and when I left the apartment I forgot the key inside, inserted in the light slot. In order to get in back, the rules of the apartment are that you have to pay 50 euros for them to open you the door. If you lose the card, the fee is 200 euros. I refused to pay and they left me without keys the entire night and I couldn't leave the apartment and was terrible sleeping without air-conditioned until the check out. I don't think that's the correct way to treat a customer.
