• Massimo (7/5): Super nice clean apartment in quite building. - I've been there twice in 2 different apartments, and both occasions the stay was great. Clean, quite, big room and great staff support. The location is good for restaurant and groceries at walking distance. Good vibe. parking wasn't included. Hard to find spot on street at certain hours but still acceptable.

• Richard (4/5): Bad Choice Room 306 - Balcony, location, space Parking, bed springs in our backs, very nasty floors and stained tub, sour left over clothes found in washer, no extra linens, 4 pillows with only 2 pillow cases, had to remove beer caps from garbage disposal, had to fix door blind to patio, had to fix screw that fell out of the chair, ruined 3 pair of socks due to nasty floors, had a oven but no pans to heat anything, no phone in room to answer deliveries from front gate, Would not stay in 306 again

Still waiting after more than 6 weeks of Checkout. The place was left spick and span. We made sure we took photographs as well.

• Herrejon (9/5): great stay to stay with family! - love that it made you feel at home like if i lived there! everything was good at its own washer and dryer bed was comfy and sofa couch not to bad balcony was nice for fresh air! it lacked kitchen equipment like spoons forks spatulas etc… but had pots and pans ac kind was off and i struggled to get in and opening my door the code they gave me wasn’t working but it got resolved like 15 20 mins later… and i wash in a rush to leave my stuff and dip!

Dishwasher full of rotten food and not working Washing machine full of filthy black water and not working. Microwave not working. Told to enter the facility with a code but the keypad wasnt working.
• Narine (10/5): Despite the shortcomings, overall everything went great - clean apartment, spacious, staff always available, cleaning products, extra blanket, iron, etc. there was no cutlery (spoons, forks, knives), the coffee machine did not work (maybe the settings were wrong, I could not turn it on), problems with parking (the public parking was closed in the evening when we returned from work, the street parking was occupied, we had to drive around in circles for 20 minutes to find a space)

• Danylo (1/5): Fake photos, sketchy host - It would’ve been ok if not the below issues. The unit was nothing like in the photos: it wasn’t bright or on the top floor. Instead, it faced the inside of the building, on the floor barely above the ground, and received close to zero sunlight. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Also, the host made up a nitpick damage claim and sneaky charged me, but no notice or evidence was provided. They also avoid answering messages on the app so the chat history wouldn’t get tracked by booking.com. Overall, it was a sketchy experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

• Ethan (4/5): Disappointing - Room was large, and it was convenient to have a dining table. Shower had enough hot water. Room hasn’t been cleaned when I arrived. Pillows on the bed were very thin and uncomfortable. The shades on the windows were a bit translucent and didn’t block out all the light in the morning.
• Chotbaeva (5/5): Passable - Wooden Bed Frame which was falling apart , me and my partner had to sleep separately entire trip. When I addressed the issue to the property instead of changing the bed they asked me to send pictures of the bed.
• Avis (9/5): Money well spent for place and location. - The property was nice and pretty quiet. Access to the unit was very easy . I have no complaints on property, I just wish they would offer parking because street parking is always taken. Also, I wish there were face towels and utensils.
