• Kathleen (9/5): Gut für 4 Personen - Groß genug für 4 Personen, dank der 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Moderne Einrichtung. Gute Kommunikation vorab. Keine Steckdosen im Bad oder in der Nähe von Spiegeln. Das eine Schlafzimmer (mit dem Bild des Elefanten) ist wirklich sehr klein und bräuchte auch dringend mal eine Renovierung (durchgelegene Matratze, kaputte Jalousien und Fenster, verstaubte Lampen). Generell sind die Schlafzimmer im Vergleich zum riesigen Wohnzimmer wirklich sehr klein. Das Abholen des Schlüssels in einem Kiosk 7 Laufminuten entfernt, sowie dass der Schlüssel auch dort wieder abgegeben werden musste, war etwas lästig. Viel zu viele Lichtschalter mit viel zu viel unterschiedlichen Bedienelementen.

• VF (9/5): Apartamento perfecto para unos días en Londres - El apartamento es muy amplio y está en una zona bien comunicada con el centro. Tiene un gran salón muy bonito con cocina americana. La terraza es grande y tienes muy buenas vistas. Tiene un supermercado justo debajo. La recogida de llaves fue complicada, nos mandaron a una tienda para recogerlas y el código era erróneo, llamamos a teléfono de contacto y nos salía el contestador. Después de 20 minutos conseguimos hablar con ellos y nos dijeron que fuésemos al apartamento que la persona de limpieza nos dejaba sus llaves. Quitando ese problema, todo lo demás muy bien.
• Irene (4/5): Very Cold Apartment - The property is modern. We booked our stay over the Christmas week. We live in the UK but wanted a level floor apartment to accommodate a family member who would struggle with our stairs at home. Check in was from 3pm. We arrived at 4.30pm and the cleaners were still in the middle of cleaning. The apartment heat level is controlled by the owner and the handyman. This meant we were not able to turn it up to the level we required and constantly requested throughout our stay. We even contacted Booking.com customer service for help. They could not force the owner to turn up the heating. Instead the heating was increased slightly with the owner commenting to the managing agents that the level he chose should be sufficient. This meant we spent Christmas in a very cold apartment so were deeply uncomfortable. The rates charged should mean the expectation of a warm apartment is a reasonable one. If staying in winter and you would like a warm environment, this is not the apartment. We won’t be booking this apartment again.

• Axel (10/5): - Tolles Penthouse mit Terrasse, schöner Aussicht. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Nur 6 min zu Fuss zur U Bahn , Old Street. Ein Abfalleimer im Badezimmer wäre schön.

• Dave (9/5): excellent apartment with rooftop views and within easy shops and transport - Friendly and supportive staff at the KeyNest location for key collection. Airhost supplied the wrong security code for key release so we lost a lot of time trying to get the correct code.
• Afrodite (9/5): - Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an der Old Street und kann von dort aus U-Bahn und Bus nutzen. Direkt neben dem Gebäude liegt ein Tesco Express sowie ein Geldautomat. Der Ausblick von der Penthouse Terrasse ist traumhaft und die Wohnung sehr schön. Sie ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich und er hat immer schnell geantwortet. Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr einfach und auch die Informationen zur Wohnung waren in Ordnung. Hier ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir unsere Koffer vor dem Check-In in der Wohnung deponieren dürfen. Dazu sollten wir bei der Wohnung Nr. 4 klingeln, jedoch war da eine sehr nette Dame anzutreffen, die in dem Gebäude wohnt und der das wohl öfter passiert, dass fremde Leute bei ihr klingeln, um das Gepäck zu deponieren. Das sollte der Vermieter vielleicht mal mit ihr klären. Des Weiteren hatten wir zu Beginn etwas Mühe mit den Schlüsseln ins Gebäude zu kommen, haben es dann letztendlich aber herausgefunden. Etwas mehr Information zur Nutzung der Schlüssel wäre gut und die Steckdosenlage in der Unterkunft ist etwas mässig. Wenn man sich vor einem Spiegel die Haare föhnen möchte, sollte man ein Verlängerungskabel mitnehmen ;-)

• Lorna (10/5): Great Stay - The apartment is large and spotlessly clean. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook. There is a Tesco store next door and it's a 7 min walk to the nearest tube station. The balcony is exceptional with great views over London. The lighting over the mirrors was not very good to apply makeup, not a huge deal though.

I think the property should come with a manual to let you know how to control the temperature etc as we couldn’t work out how to use the thermostat or the blinds on the big windows
• Byrnes (9/5): I would stay again. - Property was great, spacious, clean, comfortable, secure. 5 min walk to the metro. It took a min to figure out where to get the key and get in, but I saw the directions late. There was a problem with the hot water that only took 5 min to solve once I spoke to the building engineer. But it took a while for the property manager to get me in contact with the building engineer. But the property manager and owner was responsive. But the building engineer was awesome. Still, we had one cold shower till it was fixed.

• Melia (10/5): Amazing, stunning apartment and overall a great experience - Apartment was absolutely amazing, had all the utensils that you needed and i mean ALL. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy, as well as having a massive TV in the living room with amazing sound system. The balcony was amazing, with a great big space and table and chairs to sit out and have a nice breakfast/lunch and dinner. It would be amazing to chill and sit in the sun and relax. The apartment was very spacious and lived upto the expectations of the pictures. It had loads of cupboard space to put clothes away - as we were here for a full weekend this was very useful. If I am ever in London again, I will 100% be staying here. We went for a girls trip and the apartment made everything better. The customer service was great and very helpful also as I struggled at the start to find my confirmation in the emails and he helped massively. I would 100% reccomend anyone to stay here as it’s beautiful and great location.

• Matthew (9/5): Stunning flat with expansive views, and a welcome escape from Central London crowds. - The flat is fabulous, on the top floor of a newer building with wraparound views of East London. Ideal location maybe 5 mins. walk from Old Street station and an easy base to explore East and Central London, with the amazing dining and nightlife of Angel, Hoxton and Shoreditch steps from your door. The flat itself is beautiful, quiet, has a massive terrace and was comfortably appointed. Being a top floor flat with lots of glass, it can get quite warm. Some of us found the bedrooms could get uncomfortably warm. Keep the shades down (as advised) and the windows open in the evening (the area is quiet enough that you won’t be bothered) and it will be fine. The flat is more than worth this minor inconvenience.

Quick and easy correspondence with the airhosts and they were extremely accommodating to our group when we needed to store our bags somewhere for an extra 3 hours after check out. Nothing. Was a perfect stay

Plenty of towels, good heating, great balcony, good view. Easy to find. Had all the kitchen things needed. Felt like a home that had been lived in which I prefer as they always have everything. Nothing to dislike

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has great views of the city. The apartment is exceedingly clean and well-equipped. It provides everything you need for a comfortable stay!
