Antonios (8/5): Cozzy house at a reachable location, however the house is at a basement - good location, silent neighborhood. the house is located at the basement and there are no windows

Gian (7/5): Good place with a couple of shortcomings. - - Good location, not far from Athens' main attractions. - Cozy living room and bedroom with happy colors. - Everything functioned well. - Responsive and attentive host. - The bathroom has a structural issue; it cannot properly fit an average sized human being. The ceiling is too low; I'm only 1.75 meters tall and had to bend my neck at all times. It's uncomfortable to use the bathroom. - There's only one window in the whole flat, and it overlooks the street. This means that it can get noisy at times with transiting vehicles. I was once woken up at 7am to the roar of a motorbike's starting engine. The window is in the living room/bedroom area. So the kitchen area does not receive much sunlight. This place is not recommended for tall people or anyone sensitive to noise. Otherwise, this place offers great value given its affordable price range.
Damla (7/5): Good value for money - Host was really helpful - stayed in touch during my stay and answered my questions very fast. Location is really good, many options like tram and bus stations nearby. Kitchen was pretty useful. I was aware that the apartment is in -1, basement floor but from the first moment you can smell and feel the damp. Also the ceiling of the batroom is too low that I was not able to stand upright (i’m 1.68m), especially the shower was not comfortable at all - very small area where you cant stand upright.
