Jaden (3/5): Ruined my Foz trip with how I was treated, countless problems, and unclear policies sem tranquilo - It was reasonably convenient, mostly clean, and good value without the many bad experiences. To be honest it felt like I was incarcerated and under surveillance in a low security prison. The owner was quick to respond, but he was rude, uncaring, and I had contact almost every day for one problem after another, when I arrived nothing worked, the internet was unplugged behind a huge cabinet, no gas for the stove or instructions to turn on, the not hot water constantly quit during showers due to a flipped beaker, every entry and exit to the building was like getting let out on probation, and then interrogation over again if the new doorman didn't recognize me. I've known Rio-style serious building security for 3 years, and Brazilian culture for 15 years, this building and owner was offense-level, and wholly unnecessary. Não obrigado de novo.
