• Romina (9/5): - È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo appartamento curato nei minimi particolari, molto pulito, ho conosciuto la signora Margherita delle pulizie che è meravigliosa! Situato in una corte tranquilla e vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni. Proprietari disponibili nel risolvere tempestivamente i problemi (dovevo accendere il termo in bagno) ed elastici negli orari di check in e checkout. Non ho dato il massimo dei voti perché ho avuto un problema con lo sciacquone del bagno. Dovessi tornare a Napoli sicuramente confermerei tale location.

• Christopher (9/5): Very central but quiet location - Location was superb, check in easy, the apartment was nicely fitted out and very comfortable. There were a number of lights in the apartment and the switching was a little confusing, The power lead for the Amazon Firestick was missing and the DVD didn’t work
• Marcello (6/5): Ottima la posizione-difficile comunicazione con host - La posizione è ottima, fantastica per parcheggiare la macchina e dimenticarsela Sì vede che hanno investito tanto nella struttura e con materiali di pregio, ma ci sono tanti ma: L’appartamento risulta molto buio nonostante i diversi punti luce, la zona wc + bidet non avendo uno spunto esterno risulta sempre con aria viziata, il ripiano in legno della doccia puzza (probabilmente di muffa). Ultima cosa, ma più importante di tutte: gli host riferiscono istruzioni molto precise per l’ingresso, ma d’altra parte ti devono bastare. La colazione non è sufficiente per i due giorni (e tenendo presente che io mangio di tutto posso considerarla molto spartana), la camera non viene riassestata (ma forse perché il soggiorno era di due giorni?), se hai un imprevisto non lo puoi risolvere subito o a un chiarimento è meglio che chiedi al vicino di pianerottolo perché loro rispondono solo per whatsapp e solo dopo qualche ora. Dovrete, insomma, sicuramente farvi la spesa mancando anche di tovaglioli

• Mika (7/5): Hyvä sijainti - Sijainti on mainio. Iso ruokakauppa on vain 30 metrin päässä. Ilmastointi ja netti toimi. Emme saaneet etukäteen sisäänkirjautumisohjeita. Saapuessamme rakennukselle, pääsimme sattumalta sisään, koska sisäpihalle vievä ovi sattui olemaan auki. Emme saaneet aluksi kiinni omistajaa, vaikka soitimme useasti. Viimein hän lähetti kirjautumisohjeet whatsapilla. Huoneisto on todella pimeä. Siellä ei ole ollenkaan ikkunoita, vain isot ovet, jotka saa auki ja vähän päivänvaloa sisään. Kylpyhuoneen sisustuselementtinä toimiva puinen lattiasäleikkö haisee homeelle. Puhelin ei kuulu huoneistossa.

• norma (10/5): Alles perfekt - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt zur Erkundung Neapels. Aufgrund der super Beschreibung gab es keinerlei Probleme beim Check in Nix

• Clara Di Rosa (7/5): Si può migliorare - Ottima posizione e la pulizia. Ottima la ricezione del Wi-Fi. Casa dotata di Alexa ( anche se solo in inglese). Arredamento eccentrico e di design. Poco illuminata, tantissimi punti luce dislocati che si accendono da 1000 pulsanti diversi e comunque la casa risulta lo stesso buia. Il letto non è comodissimo. Il doccino ha una pressione troppo forte che fa quasi male ed è molto difficile regolare caldo/freddo. Manca il microonde. Scale molto ripide ( scomode per chi come noi ha il passeggino). Gli host non molto tempestivi nella risposta su whatsapp ad alcune domande.
• Cèlia (9/5): Encant i comoditat en ple centre. - Decoració i aprofitament de l’espai increïble. Il-luminació i miralls molt ben col-locats. Tot el necessari per una breu estada. Boníssima ubicació, en ple centre però en carrer tranquil. Manca una mica de neteja en profunditat a la dutxa. La llum violeta disimula però a l’encendre el llum, es veu la cal i altres.

• Doveri (10/5): OTTIMA POSIZIONE , torneremo sicuramente - la location. la casa e' in pieno centro storico di Napoli In casa non prende la linea telefonica , peró si c'e' il WIFI . Tutte le instruzioni sono in inglese, se si fossero anche in italiano , sarebbe piu' facile .
