Guest Reviews
- Aneliya (9/5): -
- Ambrož (9/5): -
- Maria (9/5): All good - I liked how close it was to walk to important places like Colosseum, Forem Romanum, etc and to the metro for other places.
- Quoc (1/5): Bad - Location Personal questions from the owner. Messaging me about what nationality of my wife and me and if i was thai and if my wife was vietnamese
- Beāte (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good for the price and the big terrace is just amazing.
- Camil (9/5): Good owner, one of the best locations to stay in Rome - The location is perfect. Everything is close and can be reached on foot. Place has everything that a person needs and has a nice terrace/balcony It can be a bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty, just not as clean as we would have liked it to be. Also, there is reconstruction work at the moment, so the entrance is a bit messy, but that will probably soon be finished.
- Anastasiya (8/5): Very good -
- Sophio (1/5): I travel quite a lot and have never had such a terrible experience.... - Location only Let's start from the beginning
Check in at 17.00
There was renovation in the entrance hall, dust and noise, the work starts at 08:30am which I was not warned about in advance, and the apartment is on a very noisy street.
Everything was so dirty that I couldn't touch anything until I cleaned it up
The bed linen was very old and dirty, the blanket was not changed from the previous guest
I reported the problems to the host, but he did not respond to say i am sorry
Kitchen dirty walls
Number of glasses: 1 pc of wine, 1 pc of juice, some coffee
Nothing to do comfortably
Moka with broken handle
And I will not continue
The bathroom is dirty
A small amount of hot water
Now let's move on to the history of what happened to us
On the first day, when I wrote all this to the host, negative evaluations started in response. On the 2nd day, the light went out. I wrote, what should I do? From there, you blurted out something... The neighbor helped us, the host only accused me of lies and wrote horrible things to me.....
I travel quite a lot and have never had such a terrible experience....just a bad host not a terrible person
I had a really bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. They literally ruined my vacation
