• Velvet (10/5): Great location. Cute apartment. - We arrived early but the host let us leave our luggage. Small but surprisingly well set up and usable. The location was fabulous. The host was very responsive. The shower was very small but given the space understandable. Internet was fine for basic use but not for streaming but then it is better to enjoy the real sites anyway.

• Rosalind (8/5): Quirky little bolthole in a brilliant location. - The location is amazing. Walk out the front door of the building to the gorgeous cobbled streets and terracotta walls of the old city. I stayed in the 'Elvis pic' apartment with a double bed on the mezzanine and single below; I loved the little door across the pretty courtyard, and it was very quiet, not being directly on the street. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The apartment is rather dark, with little natural light, but good lighting provided, and a perfect little bolthole which feels secure for this solo traveller (great lock on the door). Easy self-check in with detailed instructions and photographs. There weren't any bowls when I stayed there (just plates, saucebans and cutlery), one cooker hood light wasn't working, and a metal support for the stairs handrail had become detached and was a bit of a hazard, but I reported all these to the owner, who hopefully will put them all right. The WiFi didn't really work (though I was connected) but my 5G worked fine.

Il letto matrimoniale una volta allungati si hanno 45 cm sopra la testa, sembra di essere in una bara!! Mi chiedo se ci siano le condizioni di abitabilità!

A loft bed that’s impossible, the humidity curled the pages of the book I was reading, very dark, and the picture with the listing, which is adorable, is not this place. The location is perfect for exploring Rome on foot, everything is close by. Clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Il monolocale non era proprio quello che mi aspettavo. Dalle foto non era chiaro quale monolocale sarebbe stato assegnato. Il bagno piccolissimo con solo water e lavandino e la doccia separata affianco al letto ( nella foto il particolare non è stato ripreso). Non c' è possibile di accendere e spegnere le luci vicino ai comodini. Solo all' ingresso. Dal portone esterno si entra direttamente sul monolocale che dà direttamente sulla strada ! Si sentono parecchi rumori. Per sole due notti comunque può andare vista la splendida posizione!

Mais ce logement n'est pas un appartement et n'a rien à envier. A éviter! Les photos sont trompeuses. Un cagibi sans fenêtre, très sombre, inapproprié pour 3 personnes. Mise en valeur de l'appartement par un descriptif surfait et inapproprié. Pas de chambre mais un matelas sur un plancher surélevé. Impossibilité de nous connecter au wifi,... L'hôte n'avait rien à faire de notre mécontentement. "Vous avez reçu l'appartement que vous avez choisi." fut sa réponse. Nous avons quitté les lieux après une nuit et l'hôte a reloué l'appartement malgré que notre location n'était pas résiliée.

Cuando se abre el cajón del mueble da contra el portapapeles. La ducha bien pero es una cabina separada de todo a un lado de la cama. Periódicamente olor de cloaca para lo que teníamos que verter agua constantemente. El problema es de Booking por no cotejar lo que ofrecen en la App. No es recomendable. Tampoco es verdad que sirva para discapacitados pues la puerta del bonito es de 0,60 m y no pasa la silla, además hay un escalón. NO FUE LO QUE DEJA VER LA PROMOCIÓN DE LA App. Lamentable por Booking.

Le service minimum d'une location n'a pas été assuré, l'établissement n'est à ce jour pas digne de confiance.

• Benjamin (7/5): Séjour correct, quelques détails à améliorer - L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, central et très pratique. Le logement est cosy, agréable, avec suffisamment d'espace et bien équipé pour un court séjour. Un léger manque de flexibilité dans la gestion de notre expérience, ainsi qu'une propreté qui mériterait un peu plus d'attention dans les coins moins visibles. L'insonorisation avec la rue est faible, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés plus que ça.

Die Wohnung ist schon außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden da sofort wieder hingehen. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr steil. Man sollte sie nicht im Dunklen mit Alkohol runtergehen. Unter der Treppe ist eine Stufe,über die man stolpern kann. Die Dusche ist sehr eng-man sollte nicht zu dick sein.

• Amy (8/5): Perfect base to explore Rome. - Superb location, comfortable and a great base to explore Rome. Loved the recommendations from the host. We didn’t cook in the property as not sure how easy that would be. However, eating out was perfect
• Elchin (3/5): Magic dumpster - The only positive about the place is the location. It is basically a basement. Doors are opening directly to the street which can be noisy at night. There are no windows, only the window is above the door which you cannot open and covered with small sheets There are bugs around (because it is a basement). The air conditioning is very loud even in silent mode. So if you want to sleep, you need to turn it off, which was difficult for July. Shower is very narrow, won't be suitable for plus size person. Also climbing stairs to bed you need to be slim enough. Heated water is hit or miss from what I understood it is a gas heater(judging from the sound it fires up when you open hit water, hidden somewhere behind the wall, not sure if it is safe) Overall it can be called magic dumpster. Don't be fooled by specially angled photos. I'll attach the real photo.

• Diego (6/5): Pleasant - The location is quite good. Close to many monuments in Rome. There are no windows except for a little one above the door, which is covered by a cloth. Therefore very little light comes in and the room is quite dark, even in the day. This forces you to turn on all the lights to see well. One of the chairs doesn’t work as it wiggles when you sit on it.

• Aleksandras (6/5): Are you a dwarf? - The location is very good. It is blind and feels like a basement, especially because of humidity. I've never seen such a tiny shower cabin - 60 cm x 60 cm with an entrance of ~35cm so that I hardly could get in, and beeng inside I couldn't rise a knee or an elbow. The bar chairs are so small that you can not spend on them more than 15 min without pain. There is no comfortable sitting area with electric sockets nearby. There is no socket near the bed. There is one on the other end of the bed, but it is impossible to use your smartphone or laptop while charging. Two extension cords (upstairs and downstairs) and a coffee table would have saved the situation. And be prepared for the apartment to be half the size you imagine. On the second floor you can only move around by bending over. The floors are not washed, only vacuumed, so without slippers, your feet or socks will be dirty. You see the general opinion that the price is overpriced, but the location almost makes up for it.

• Aaron (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent and the instructions on how to get access was great. The toilet in the bathroom leaked and there were patches of mold in places. The pictures on the booking.com site are very confusing as there are alot of pictures of entirely different properties so potential bookers should be aware and attempt to figure out which is the right one as the quality varies significantly, this led to some confusing expectations around there being some outside space available and layout of the property. There was alot of noise from the road and the front door did little to nothing to block it out. This led to very little sleep especially on Saturday night as the road became reasonably busy with people walking or driving back and forth.
• Artur (7/5): Really good experience overall! - The location is perfect, the apartment is very causy and well thought-through. The WiFi practically didn’t work, which was a problem for me, as I didn’t have mobile network signal in the apartment. Made it impossible to plan my stay in Rome while in the apartment.

• Steve (5/5): Good location but apartment needs improving in the areas mentioned to have happy customers. - Location good No lights working in the bathroom (bulb missing in one light, other one dead). No windows in bathroom so had to use torch on phone to go to the toilet ! No instructions on things like how the induction hob worked (too us a good 10 minutes to fathom it). Cafetiere supplied that wouldnt work on induction hob anyway (aluminium pot - needs to have a steel base to work) and no other hob alternative available. No recommendations re the locality cafes, bars, restaurants as a welcome pack. No screening above entry doors so security camera on street can see into the apartment. Dust on the crockery so we had to wash before we could use. Photos on Booking.com don't reflect the apartment we thought we were getting. On a positive note the people managing the apartment for the owner were both helpful and responsive to our requests for things to be sorted (ie new light bulbs were fitted next day).
• Katie (9/5): Amazing to be right in the heart of the city, the property had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! - The location was incredible, in the heart of many restaurants and cafes, half way between the Vatican and coliseum, 30 min walk each way. No need for any public transport to see all the major sites! Very little to say here!

• Brenton (3/5): Poor - Comfortable bed The room was clean Staff helpful Large air con system No windows, coupled with dark paint on walls, resulted in a cave like experience. The pull out bed was not working The shower head needs to be replaced, it just about works No extraction fan for kitchen area No fire alarm (that I could see) and the front door lock is fiddly to open (this is the only way out), it did not feel safe from a fire risk perspective No sound insulation from street outside, you can hear conversations outside/ cars/ motorbikes etc
• Awie (7/5): Great location and WiFi, big rooms - Beliggenheten/Location The shower pressure were non existing, could barely get the shampoo out of my short hair.. And the proximity to everything comes with a price, it was quite a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant area were they play club music until 02 on both sundays and mondays! In the ad at booking.com it shows a beautiful rooftop terrace/balcony, but this belonged to another unit, so the photos lied in what was expected.
• Julieth (1/5): A massive disappointment - Nothing The point of pick up of the key in essence was the worst it looked so so dodge and the actual apartment was far from the keybox very impractical and disappointing considering the price, I only booked this due to an issue with my original booking and this being suggested as a solution was just simply the worst possible option. The owner of the place has tried to maximise the space using modern ideas, however has failed miserably the beds are just a joke, dusty apartment structured poorly. I could go on to be totally honest listing more negative points of the apartment!!!!

• Guyatt (9/5): A great central location to see Rome - Quirky, and cute, great location and excellent host who was very helpful and good communication. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance with a lovely ambience. Hosts provided lists of good places to go. Great for a short stay but quite small and limited kitchen facilities.
• Victoria (7/5): Highs and lows ! - The property was in a great location and easy to get to. Despite being central, it was nice and quiet. We traveled in July - so having air conditioning was a godsend. WiFi also a plus. Lots of great places to eat and drink in Campo de Fiori and surrounding area. The property was poorly represented by the listing. Only a couple of pictures actually relate to our apartment. We were very surprised on arrival. Main issue was that the bed was positioned on a platform one meter below the ceiling, only accessible by a very steep and narrow wooden ladder. Certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issue or fear of heights. We traveled as a couple - but one of us had to stay on a single cot at the bottom. Make sure to check and confirm which of the host’s multiple apartments you are booking to avoid surprise on arrival!
