- Analee (9/5): a casa é confortável, com boa relação custoxbenefício - A localização é próxima de alguns comércios como supermercado, farmácia, etc. A casa é confortável. O único inconveniente é a escada de acesso, estreita, degraus curtos, subir com bagagem é complicado e se chover fica escorregadia, chega a ser perigoso. Não recomendo para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.
