• Kotchakorn (7/5): It's not that good 😕 - Being in the heart of the city is fantastic 👌. Large apartment ❤️ Paid for early book in . But heating only comes on later on in the day ,so I paid for a cold apartment. Images on booking.com show a top floor window ,we were on the 3rd floor , misleading and very disappointing . Doors onto the balcony would not lock , I was with my young daughter, so this was not acceptable. Had see on other reviews about this, but one addressed it . HOT WATER IS NOT GOOD 2 SHORT SHOWERS AND IT WAS COLD . VERY SMALL TOILET . Bath is in poor condition as well as the kitchen doors . Lots of people hanging around the property at night and early in the morning. Was very noisy at times from the apartments and shouting from outside .was not a perfect stay for me regarding the cost of the property . Would not stay again . I was very upset about the misleading pictures they lease from all the floors, lottery on which floor you will get .have photos of the poor condition of the property

Оставили сумку с документами при выезде , нашли , перезвонили - СПАСИБО ! Фото и реальность на соответствуют . Шикарный фотошоп - это понимаешь когда заходишь в номер сразу . Номер Уставший . Отсутствие панорамного окна . Ремонт конца 90 х , обставленный мебелью из ИКЕИ . Света катастрофически не хватает .

• Aybala (1/5): - n/a I absolutely do not recommend this property, and I regret not reading the reviews carefully before booking. The management asked for a deposit that was even higher than the accommodation fee itself, and it seems that everyone was asked for a different amount, as none of the figures match. They only informed us about this on the actual day of arrival and refused to share the check-in details until the money was transferred. I paid both for early check-in and the deposit; the early check-in payment went through, but they claimed the deposit did not arrive it was like fraud. Informing guests about such an unreasonable deposit policy at the very last minute, while they are already in the city waiting to check in, feels like bad faith and a way of putting people in a difficult position to demand more money. I am also addressing Booking management here, as there are similar complaints before mine, and this property’s contract should really be reviewed, because as a frequent Booking user traveling all over the world, this experience was not acceptable.

Adorámos os pequenos detalhes, como o chá, água e café deixados à disposição <3 A cama é muito confortável e, para mim, fez toda a diferença haver um secador de cabelo com difusor, tenho caracóis e foi super útil! O staff que comunicou connosco pelo Booking foi sempre muito atencioso e prestável. Recomendo! Nada a apontar!

Everything you need is provided: a coffee machine, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes and homeware, a comfortable bedroom with a perfect bed and quality linens, and a huge living room with a large sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping space. There’s also a great TV with Netflix. In short, everything you need is right here!
• Nikolaos (6/5): Not exactly what was promised at the booking site - Location was convenient but not super. Apartment was relatively spacious. Host asked for a deposit for possible damages, but the quality of the apartment does not justify it. The furniture was IKEA-style and not new; in the secondhand market if you sold all furniture in the apartment, you would not make as much as the entire deposit. The photos at the booking site did not match the quality of the apartment. There was no sink to wash your hands after toilet. Some noise from the streets. TV was old and took too much time to use (at least there was netflix). Functionality of the appliances was not checked before my arrival. There were not enough coffee capsules and tea bags for the number of days I stayed there.

Abbiamo subito scritto ai proprietari e abbiamo trovato un ragazzo molto gentile che si è occupato del problema e il giorno dopo i termosifoni funzionavano e l'appartamento era ben caldo. Per il resto tutto bene. L'appartamento è carino, pulito e spazioso. Si trova in una zona molto centrale.

• María (5/5): - Muy buena ubicación. Nos dejaron una botella de agua para cada uno y tapones para los oídos que no fue necesario utilizar. Nuestro apartamento era el número 6 (el ascensor solo llegaba al 5) con una persona con movilidad reducida fue complicado. Si necesitas algo después de hacer el check-in te cobran 75€ extra. Tuve que pagar una fianza de 250€ (cosa que no especifica cuando haces la reserva) Tardaron más de 10 días en devolverla.
• Craig (8/5): Generally great. A few tweaks and would be perfect - Apartment was clean and ready for us, a little earlier. That was good, since we it was raining the day we arrived. Check-in was easy and efficient. Location was perfect for exploring the main zones of the city. We ran out of loo roll on day 3/5. Not a massive problem but for 4 people, 3 rolls was not enough. On one rainy evening we couldn’t access Netflix since there were too many other users on the account. With nothing else to do, that could be a problem.

It was clean, the hosts are very responsive and self-managed check-in and check-out were done without any problems. The place is large, it was warm. The street is not the cleanest, but overall it was very safe. I didn't like that the toilet and bathroom are separate. The price was very high.

Would definitely stay again when visiting Brussels. Some noise from an apartment below until the early hours on our last night, but this is no fault of the hosts and ear plugs were provided.

Claridad en las instrucciones de llegada, lugares de interés en los alrededores, manual de funcionamiento de la TV,... El olor a humedad del pasillo de entrada a las escaleras y ascensor. Las escaleras tan pronunciadas que había y lo pequeño que era el ascensor.

Vi fikk god informasjon, men meldingsfunksjonen fungerte ikke via mobiltelefon. Før vi reiste bad vi om å få separate dyner, men fikk dobbeltdyne. I stua var det ene vinduet ødelagt og kunne ikke lukkes.

• Georgia (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay, just a few small flaws. - The apartment’s location was excellent, right in the city center and perfect for exploring. Cleanliness was good and the beds were comfortable, making it ideal for four people. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was fast and professional. Overall, the place was almost perfectly clean and well maintained. There was some street noise at night, and the apartment no longer looks quite as new or stylish as in the photos, which seem to have been taken right after renovation. The bathroom door was a bit hard to open, and the shower gel seemed to be diluted with water. We also didn’t expect to be asked for a security deposit, which was almost the cost of one night’s stay, though it was refunded quickly the next day.

• Olav (8/5): Spacious and well located appartment - Perfectly located near subway stations. Spacious The post-booking process and getting the key was a hassle. When making a prepaid reservation via Booking.com, post payment, I would not expect to make additional deposit payments. This was however required to receive the exact address and key-access info. Small key-vault in a dark place: to get the key, you had to get it from a small key-vault with a code. This was however in a place where it was hard to read the numbers, even when using the smartphone flashlight. (In addition to a code to enter the building + a code to open a bigger locker + the code on the small key-vault that was inside that locker, it was challenging my patience

• JAVIER (7/5): Ubicación perfecta de un buen apartamento pero trato más que mejorable. - La ubicación muy muy buena. Camas perfectas, con un apartamento muy luminoso cómodo y confortable. buena cocina y baño equipado con jabones y suavizantes para piel y cabello. El anfitrión. Nos pidió y exigió un depósito para realizar el check-in de 250 €, que no solicitaban en el proceso de reserva (notificamos nuestra queja a Booking), por lo luego nos pidió disculpas por el error, pero no devolvió la cantidad hasta que ya nos habíamos ido. También solicitamos si prestaban el servicio de guardar las maletas, a lo cual tampoco contestaron hasta finalizar el plazo de cancelación gratuita del alojamiento, y en todo caso no respondieron a nuestra petición, sino que su respuesta fue que si queríamos entrar 3 horas antes y salir 2 después de las horas correspondientes tenía una tarifa extra de 30 por persona (120 € en nuestro caso), pero no pedíamos esto, solo pedíamos si había servicio de guardar las maletas (si no, no pasa nada, no es ninguna obligación). Cabe decir que nos permitieron entrar una hora antes de la prevista por finalización de la limpieza. A nivel de instalaciones, la calefacción central no funcionaba en el salón comedor, por lo que dejaron un radiador eléctrico que no suplía lo suficientemente bien. Alguna otra anomalía como el grifo de la encimera no estaba bien sujeto. Asimismo el acceso es por una escalera estrecha e incómoda con escalones pequeños y altura baja en determinados puntos de la propia escalera para acceder al piso. Ascensor para 2 personas.

• Nerea (8/5): Apartamento céntrico perfecto para conocer Bruselas - El apartamento es tal cuál las fotos. Perfectamente amueblado, con la cocina totalmente equipada y teníamos aceite, café, té, azúcar, etc. Lo mejor es la ubicación, está muy céntrico así que puedes ir andando a todas partes. Y la estación está a 10 minutos andando por si quieres ir a Brujas o Gante. Tres aspectos negativos: no hay microondas (sí tostadora), el sofá cama es un poco incómodo y, justamente al estar tan céntrico, se oye el ruido de los bares y restaurantes de la calle por la noche. Te dejan tapones para los oídos y nosotros pudimos dormir sin problemas, pero si eres hipersensible a los ruidos es algo a tener en cuenta. Yo ya lo había leído en otros comentarios así que iba bajo aviso.
• Bernard (8/5): Appartement presque parfait - Appartement très propre, spacieux, moderne et très bien placé dans une rue piétonne très animée et vivante, à proximité immédiate de la grand place et de ses animations, des pubs et restos. Superbe vue au 6ème étage (avec ascenseur 🤗). Beaucoup de choses à faire à pieds, et commerces à proximité. Des moyens de transport proches, la gare du midi à 30mn à pieds (navette aéroport + trains toutes destinations) L'appartement est très bien équipé (vaisselle, cafetière, grille pain, four) mais il manque un four micro ondes. Petit soucis d'insonorisation au niveau des fenêtres: même fermées, on entend comme si on était dans la rue, bien qu'au 6ème étage. Ces points ont été remontés à l'organisme de location, ils en ont pris note. A voir si suivi d'actions.

• Sarah (10/5): - The location was excellent! The apartment was comfortable and was a great home base for our stay in Brussels. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. They even left us water bottles, earplugs, and cookies, which was a nice touch. One half of the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. Thankfully we only had one person sleeping there, so he was able to sleep on the more comfortable half. The unit was on the 5th floor of the building, and although there was an elevator it was very small. It could fit 3 people but not with any bags.

• Yamini (6/5): Great Location but Not Comfortable - Location is fabulous, you’re very walkable to many attractions, shopping, and restaurants/bars. Property and rooms unfortunately don’t look as modern as portrayed in the pictures. Property is on the older side so there’s some inconveniences if you’re not used to older buildings. Also for having a larger group size, wished the bathroom was larger and more functional for the group size.

• Triantafilos (7/5): Top Lage im Zentrum, daher auch sehr Laut in der Nacht - Zentrale Lage, Kaffeekapseln vorhanden, saubere Wohnung, schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr laut, da an einer Fußgängerzone, im Appartement lagen schon Ohropacks bereit! Die Lage des Appartments war nicht an der von booking angegeben Adresse sondern 2 Straßen weiter. Die Bilder auf booking passen nicht zu der Wohnung (Bilder von Dachgeschoss, Wohnung war aber im ersten Stock. Schlafcouch nicht sehr bequem. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal eine ruhigere Gegend bevorzugen.

• Alex (9/5): Quattro giorni di passeggiate in centro, musei, parchi. - Check in/out molto semplice. Dimensioni dell'alloggio oltre la media di Bruxelles centro. Vista sulla via pedonale dal soggiorno. Posizione centralissima, su via pedonale/ciclabile, tutto il centro raggiungibile a piedi. Se servono mezzi pubblici, c'e' una fermata della metro a due passi. Ogni cosa possa servire si trova nei negozi della via. La città di Bruxelles deve fare molto di piu' per la pulizia e sicurezza delle strade e soprattutto delle stazioni della metro/treni.

• Vitor (8/5): - Localização. Limpeza. Disponibilidade do responsável sempre acessível/disponível. Notava-se que queria proporcionar-nos uma boa estadia (foi mesmo excepcional). Não ter ar condicionado. Obrigava a deixar janelas abertas de noite para refrescar, o que só se conseguia depois das 2 da manhã, e ficavamos expostos a barulho da rua.

The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests – from the welcome messages to the small thoughtful gifts that made us feel truly appreciated. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and effective. Overall, a perfect stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brussels.

The availability and attentiveness to all our messages and needs are undoubtedly very important, always with great friendliness. Congratulations, and I will definitely recommend it again.

• CARLOS (9/5): Genial. Muy bien. - Todo muy bien. El anfitrión muy atento. Facilidad en las instrucciones. Sitio muy céntrico, accesible al centro. Estancia agradable con facilidad de servicios, cocina equipada por completo. Quizás la cama del comedor era algo menos cómoda, pero tampoco la utilizamos mucho.

• Guest (9/5): Great and cozy place, location and cleanliness were perfect! - Location, space, cleanliness Sofa bed is not too comfortable for sleeping, and neighbours were very loud at night (ear plugs were provided so this was not a huge problem if wearing them)

• mark (8/5): - Het uitzicht is mooi. Facliteiten zijn in orde. Alles was schoon. Midden in het centrum dus genoeg winkeltjes voor de shoppers. Bedbank was oncomfortabel. Bed in de slaapkamer is het matras gewoon te dun. Geen sloten op de deuren in het appartement.

• Laura (9/5): Piso funcional - Buena ubicación. Caben 4 personas perfectamente. Todos los servicios, estás en pleno centro. El casero muy amable y atento. La calle es adoquinada y quién duerma en el comedor, en el sofà-cama, escuchará el traqueteo de las maletas por los adoquines. Menos mal, que se escuchó un poquito antes de tener q levantarnos.
• MAGALI (9/5): - Appartement confortable et propre, bien équipé. L'equipe est très accueillante et attentionnée. Le logement est à quelques pas du métro et du tram à deux pas de la grand place et manneken pis. Le quartier est très animé (bar, restos,animations de rue) idéal pour sortir à pieds. Nous y avons séjourner 5 jours en famille, c'était parfait pour découvrir la capitale et ses aspects cosmopolites L'appartement était très bien mais ce n'était pas celui qui etait mis en avant sur les photos de la page booking, une petite déception car moins charmant mais il était très bien également

• maria (6/5): - La ubicación El apartamento no estaba tan cuidado como parecía en las fotos y, tal y como señalan otros huéspedes, es bastante ruidoso, de hecho te dejan tapones para los oídos al llegar, lo cual dice ya bastante.
