• Smart Project Partners (PtyL Ltd (6/5): Frosted glass with no curtains made me uncomfortable - Staff were friendly and accommodating. Safe parking. and early check-in was appreciated. I dont usually leave negative reviews…. But.. The main drawback for me was privacy: the unit is studio/open-plan and there are no curtains/blinds on the front/kitchen window area. Even with frosted glass, night lighting still makes it feel exposed, and I wasn’t comfortable changing/dressing. Lots of light at night from the passage, bring a sleep mask. There were also a few maintenance items (a loose toilet, bathroom grout needing a deeper clean) and the couch had visible stains. We were notified of fumigation requiring key handover for access. I raised the privacy concern and asked for a practical solution or earlier checkout, but was advised refunds/early cancellations aren’t offered. Overall okay, but the privacy setup and how it was handled didn’t meet expectations for the rate.

• Siza (4/5): Poor, tiresome because of all the issues - The flat is comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The only person at the property was a security guard who had not been told that I was coming. There was no electricity for more than 24 hours and despite sending emails and calling Propr no one contacted me back. Someone came to check the next day after the electricity had returned. There are floor to ceiling windows that don’t have curtains or blinds. I had to buy an eye shields after the first night. The photos show the amount of light comparing daytime and night time. There was a noisy car that would start at around 4 a.m. and I had to report that issue as well.. I also had to request an information pack about the property, as there was nothing in the flat
• Tirelo (5/5): - The fact that it was not far from Rosebank and was easy to find. Security staff was helpful. The fact that property manager does not provide mid-stay cleaning services. They should consider incorporating the cleaning service fee in the total cost. I was not informed of this, I could have made an informed choice. When dealing with foreign nations its safer if this service is provided by the owners because they have trusted service providers. Property manager is slow to respond to questions especially about cleaning. I needed the service so that the bedding is taken care off as it was uncomfortable sleeping on a bedding that had old stains. The bedding was clean but had old stains. The couch 🛋 is very dirty please have it washed.

• victor N (6/5): the facility is very good and contemporary with modern decorating items - someone parked in the parking bay allocated to me as a result it was raining and now catched a severe flue since where i parked it was an open bay for visitors

• Annette (9/5): - Safe and secure property with controlled access. Well-equipped with everything one would need to a one-night stay. Fans compensated for lack of cross ventilation due to design of building. Random numbering of parking bays made it difficult to find the one assigned to my booked flat. Then there was someone double parked across two bays which meant I couldn't use the assigned parking bay.

• Thelma (4/5): Neutral - The room is spacious, clean, transport accessibility, good security, food stores nearby and close distance to where I was attending my meetings. The owners takes time to respond. If you don't do a follow up, you won't get assisted.

• Edward (7/5): Convenience, value for money comfortable. - There was no breakfast facilities. But there was a good kitchenette. Position is great good value for money. Some of the unit s have washing machines the room i had did not have a washing machine. We were a few players from KZN competing in SA Masters Tournament. Washing facilities are essential!!!! The parking garage was pitch dark broken lights and in some places there were puddles of rain water which we walked into because of the lack of lighting. The numbering of the parking spots does not make sense and follows no sequence.

• Yudeshtra (7/5): Good value for money. - Great location. Apartment was well appointed and clean. Good security and friendly. 1. In spite of fans- apartment was exceptionally hot in Summer. 2. Cold shower water pressure was extremely low- almost a trickle. 3. Parking bays are very narrow and difficult to maneuver. 4. It would be nice to get brochure with nearby facilities- ie I didn’t realize laundromat across the road.
• Kepler (10/5): Exceptional - The man that works at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I had some car trouble and he was more than willing to help me, he did not need to but he went out of his way to assist me. Overall a good expierence.
