• AGENCE BUZZ (7/5): Bon séjour à Kolonaki - L’emplacement, le lit, les draps et l’espace confortable. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable et le host est très reactif. Le fait de ne pas avoir été informé qu’il est situé au sous-sol. La question de l’eau chaude est un vrai souci, même si nous savons qu’en Grèce cela peut arriver. Les odeurs de moisissure et égouts sont également un peu dérangeantes. Quelques suggestions : mettre des parfums d’ambiance pour neutraliser les odeurs, prévoir un spray anti-moustiques et réfléchir à l’utilisation du terme « luxury » dans le titre.

• Sherif (8/5): Ok place for 1 person, luggage, and sleep. - Location, cleanliness, modern, well appointed. Apartment is underground. Instructions not clear that there is no elevator below. Basement hallway is creepy, smelly. And i believe that space is prone to flooding from backyard drainage. Definitely Not ideal for 2 people. Fine for one person. Definitely overpriced for not having washer/dryer or separate space.

• Rafaela (5/5): - The location The location of the apartment was excellent and very convenient, and the apartment itself was quite decent and comfortable. However, it was located in the basement of the building, which was in very poor condition. The common areas were neglected and felt unsafe, making it unpleasant and even a bit scary to go downstairs. This was definitely the main negative point of our stay.

• Andrea (7/5): - Zentral in Kolonakai, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, Syntagma und Haupteinkaufsstraßen fußläufig erreichbar, Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut und modern Dunkel, da im Souterrain. Um in das Apartment zu gelangen, muß man in den Keller, ohne Geländer vorbei an einer alten schmutzigen Matratze. Man muss eine Handytaschenlampe benutzen, da der Lichtschalter ist erst am Ende des Ganges ist. Ich fand das vor allem am Abend ziemlich unangenehm.

The host is great - good communication. You seriously need to add a stair railing - it is very dangerous when taking luggage up and down. Elevator did not work.

• YING KIT (10/5): - Amazing experience with a nice comfortable apartment. Location is nice surrounding with delicious restaurants and coffee shop. Easy to get to tourist spot. David is helpful with great customer service. Nothing to complain. Cant find anything to complain.
• Levent (9/5): Superb - The location is very nice! The house was clean, the bed and TV setup was nice. The only thing I could think of is that there is no big mirror. Other than that everything was very good.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - The apartment is well-appointed, comfortable and , most of all, quiet. it is easy to access and close to coffee places, restaurants and small grocery stores. Only suggestion to the owner would be to leave a few Nespresso pods for guests. All was good.

• Michael (8/5): We had a really pleasant stay in Athens and were amazed by the extensive history of the area. - The apartment is in a good central location, and is easy to access from Syntagma metro station which has a half hourly service to and from the airport. Breakfast was readily obtainable nearby and an O.K. local shop is open late just up the hill if you want to buy your own supplies and eat in. The local people are friendly and helpful and often speak English although learning a few basic expressions in Greek helps to break the ice. We would recommend the city walking tour on your first day, as this helps to prioritise other visits during your stay, and our guide, William, was most helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable and everything worked, with plenty of hot water, a generous sized refrigerator, and plenty of storage space The only downside was that the outside patio area does not get much sun due to the height of the surrounding buildings (although this might be a bonus at the height of summer) The shared yard is also a bit of a mess at the moment as the adjacent apartment is being renovated although I imagine this is only a temporary situation. We also found the chairs a bit uncomfortable when sitting up at the table. The tram service to the coast is currently not running to the centre of the city and you have to get the metro to 'Fix' to pick it up. We were warned that pickpockets operate at the tourist hot spots but we found Kolonaki, where the apartment is situated, to be a safe and quiet area.

• Louise (9/5): Loved the stay, everything was super clean and comfortable!! - Extremely clean, bedsheets and towels were hotel level clean. Shower was incredible and toiletries provided were lovely. AC working great (on heater). Bed super comfortable with clean comfy bedding. David was super clear with his instructions and checking in and out was smooth. Nothing I loved this property. Saved this for future travels.
