- Carsten Stubbe (4/5): Einmal reicht - Die Lage Es hatte 3 Fernseher, aber keiner Funktionsfähig( Sattellit?),wir haben die angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen, nur Nachricht WhatsApp schreiben oder Mail, keine Rückmeldung bis zur Abreise.Für 3 Personen eine angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier, kein Ersatz.Die Wendeltreppe nach oben ( dort ist das Bad) sehr wackelig und für etwas dickere Menschen nicht vorgesehen.Zum Toilettengang immer nach oben.Der Zustand der Hygiene: verschmutzter Kühlschrank, Geschirr.
- Christel (3/5): Erfurt ist jede Reise wert und auch die Unterkunft, wenn nachgebessert wird. - Die Stadt und die Lage des Apartments waren toll! Der Parkplatz davor war super. -Betten waren nicht ausreichend bezogen -Fernseher musste erst eingestellt werden -Gab nur einen Schlüssel für 2 Parteien -Gab keine separaten Schlafräume wie bestellt -Töpfe waren nicht geeignet für Induktion -Keine ausreichende Aufklärung der Umbuchung wegen Havarie des eigentlich gebuchten Apartments -Keine telefonische Rücksprache bei Anfragen oder Problemen möglich- nur über WhatsApp! - Fenster zum Öffnen (Frischluft) zur Straße ging fast nicht wieder zu.
- Viola (3/5): - Unterkunft schmutzig, Wendeltreppe viel zu steil, Toilette nur oben also schwer erreichbar da nur über Wendeltreppe erreichbar, 2 von 3 Fernsehr funktionierten nicht Vermieter gut sich auch auf Nachfrage nicht gemeldet, sehr schlechter Service
