The location was perfect — peaceful and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. Overall, this property offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. If we had to mention something minor, it would simply be small personal preferences rather than actual issues. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. Any minor inconveniences were very minimal and did not impact our overall experience at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were very satisfied.

• Nicolas (5/5): Pas terrible réservé ailleurs plus cher mais peut-être plus en sécurité - Quartier très mal famé rempli de drogué et de personnes très douteuses Quartier très sale très loin du centre 15 min à pied dans des rue montantes Après avoir passé la journée à marcher ils vous faut encore monter 4 étages avant de rentrer chez vous un enfer Salle de bain plus que minuscule même une personne de petite taille à du mal à faire sa toilette sans parler du rideau de douche qui est horriblement sale aucune lumière ni fenêtres hormis 4 velux appartement sous toit pas de cafetière digne de ce nom si vous voulez prendre votre café le matin vous êtes obligé de descendre les 4 étages et allez à la supérette du coin en croisant toutes ces personnes qui mendient en permanence les photos de l appartement sont non contractuelles

• Hristina (9/5): - Very close to the city center, within walking distance to many landmarks, metro station and supermarkets nearby. Despite its location the apartment is in a quiet building.
• Rym (9/5): - The appartement is spacious and well equiped, in the center of Madrid and the check in with e-codes was smooth 4th floor without stairs
• Claudio Mosena (7/5): Madrid Lavapies - Posizione molto centrale, ben collegata e con vari negozi e ristoranti. Praticamente si arriva in centro anche a piedi (bella passeggiata) Mancano sufficienti stoviglie (un solo cucchiaino!) Manca un asciugacapelli. Il quartiere è molto vivace e ci è piaciuto. I rumori della piazza (festival tapapies) non ci hanno affatto disturbato. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto fastidio, invece, dai vicini che alle 5.00 di mattina hanno fatto festa con la musica a tutto volume e chiacchiere a voce alta. Sembrava di averli un casa. A quell'ora del mattino anche i turisti vorrebbero riposare.
• Lau_bierzo (9/5): - El apartamento en general era muy bonito y cómodo. Detalles cuidados. Las camas cómodas. Y había de todo a disposición. La persiana de una de las habitaciones estaba rota y entraba la luz por la claraboya. No estaría de más indicar que el techo de entrada al apartamento es muy bajo, ya que dificulta el acceso al mismo.

• Eduard Ridder (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Madrid - De locatie was erg centraal. De 24/7 supermarkt om de hek was een uitkomst. Airco had iets krachtiger gemogen. Kon de 35 graden buiten maar net aan.

• Aliaksei (8/5): Very good - Perfect location: right above Lavapies metro station, but somehow protected from the noise of the city. Beds are highly comfortable. Moderate kitchenet provides all needed appliances for making breakfast/dinner. Some design gaps. Electric stove slowly destroys the fridge and the microwave oven. Shower is really narrow.
