Catriona (4/5): Disappointing - We had an issue with the air con and Olga was very quick to get it fixed, which we really appreciated. It was a good location with nice cafes and the metro nearby. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there was mould by the shower. There were also quite a lot of bugs and beds weren't particularly comfortable.
Mamta (1/5): very bad - the owner lady behaved very badly thrown language outside and called police charged 100 euro extra we were having flight in the evening and were requesting her to give some 1--2 hrs. time just before checkout but she thrown bags and behaved very badly we have saying the person visited is not well inspite of taking 100 extra she did not allow us to stay for extra 1-2 hrs

Madni (2/5): Overpriced as per facilities. - Ontime handed over the keys, apart from that nothing else. Toilet not clean, bads aren't comfortable at all. Windows blinds are broken. Air-conditioning doesnt work properly as its small for the area. Wifi doesn't at all.
