• virginie (9/5): Appartement idéal pour découvrir Séville ! - L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville, à proximité à pieds des monuments, des rues animées, des restaurants vraiment central! Il est très propre le lit et le canapé lit sont confortables, la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 4 jours!

• Marika (8/5): - Pozione ottima centrale. La proprietaria è molto gentile e stra disponibile anche telefonicamente. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene ed è anche molto pulito! Ha tutti i confort di cui si può avere bisogno durante il proprio soggiorno. Forse l'unico lato meno positivo riguarda il corridoio d’ingresso del condominio, perchè soprattutto nelle ore serali, può risultare un po’ rumoroso e talvolta disturbare. Si tratta però di un fattore legato al passaggio delle persone e alla loro educazione e non all’appartamento in sé.

• ENZA (8/5): Ottima con qualche pecca!! - Ottima posizione, casa molto accessoriata Essendo a pianterreno, la privacy è minima e il rumore dei condomini che passano davanti alla porta è costante e fastidioso. Inoltre, non c'è alcuno spazio o supporto per stendere i panni bagnati.

• Fatih (8/5): Price and location is perfect for tourists. You can easily acces the touristic points and around the flat there are lots - The location is perfect. My hesitation is air conditioning seems dirty. I always think about whether I use or not.

Ogromny plus za możliwość przechowania walizek. Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania miasta, blisko restauracji i klubów. Super Brak

L'appartamento dispone di ogni cosa possiate avere bisogno Niente che dipenda dalla proprietaria. Purtroppo dei vicini chiassosi al piano di sopra e operatori ecologici al lavoro di notte hanno disturbato il nostro riposo. Può capitare.
• Isabella (10/5): - La gentilezza della Sig.ra Rocio che ci ha accolte, la posizione centrale e la pulizia dell'appartamento. Essendo un appartamento lato cortile interno, non c'è molta luce naturale. Però, uscendo al mattino presto e ritornando solo la sera, è stato un dettaglio trascurabile.

Rocio nos recibió muy bien y nos proporcionó mucha información esceita con planos del lugar y atracciones tursiticas, lugares para comer,etc.El depto estaba muy bien equipado. Si hay algo que se podría mejorar es la iluminación interna ya que no entra mucha luz al departamento.

• alberto (10/5): Appartamento centrale a Siviglia vicinissimo al centro storico. - Posizione centrale comodissima con tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Con 10/15 minuti arrivavi a piedi in qualsiasi attrazione. Poi Carrefour di fianco alla casa per qualsiasi esigenza immediata. Inoltre uscendo di casa a 20 metri trovavi già un corso turistico con tanti negozi e pieno di gente. Da consigliare. La casa è al piano terra sul passaggio comune; volendo aerare un po' l'appartamento è come mettersi in mostra.

• Martina (10/5): Perfect central stay - Super central location with no noise from the main street. Super clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen with all utensils and basic ingredients as well as a coffee machine, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom (with some powder to use). Bathroom equipped with shower gel and shampoo. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Good wifi. Nice and kind host. No natural lighting and unfortunately a bit of damp smell that does not go away.

Les attractions principales sont à 10/15 min à pied et la balade est agréable. L'appartement est grand et très propre.Tout équipé si besoin. Je recommande ce logement pour un passage à Séville. Le bruit des voisins!

• Sarah (8/5): Great location in Sevilla - Great location in the old town - able to walk everywhere. Rocio was very helpful to answer any questions including restaurant recommendations. Kitchen was well equipped, Carrefour Express right next to the apartment building. Apartment was very clean. Would stay again. Lack of external light - the windows faced an internal courtyard.
• Belinda (9/5): Superb - Very fully equipped kitchen, aside from all the cookery they also have salt, which is great if you want to prepare simple breakfast. It is right next to a carrefour supermarket. The whole apartment is super clean. If you are arriving past the check in time, at the minute they don’t have an automated system to facilitate that - but the host has been very accommodative with our late arrival and made arrangements for it.
• Roy (3/5): We thought the apt was very cute and had a great location. But too many draw backs making us move. - There was no breakfast The lighting was very poor, it was next to impossible even with all the lights on in the living room to read any brochures or maps. The best light in the flat was the one over the sink in the bathroom. The upstairs neighbors were noisy, at night and very early in the morning. The shower ran out of hot water I’m glad I had opted out of washing my hair as I would have had only cold water to finish.

• Valentina (9/5): Clean apartment in the old town centre - Perfect location. It was easy to walk to all the main city’s attractions. It was good to have a supermarket next to the flat. Having window facing the internal courtyard, it was always dark and if the windows were open was noisy.

Great communication and easy to deal with. - Rocio was extremely helpful in arranging for my arrival which was delayed. The place was in a perfect location in walking distance to everything you would want to explore in Sevilla. There can be a lot of coming and going from the other properties in the building which could disrupt your sleep.

• Bob (10/5): Very nice apartment . Wonderful location - The location was exceptional The bedroom window blind let the light shine in when someone walked by outside the window as a bright light came on when someone walked by. Happened many times during the night. Blackout curtains are needed
• Michael (8/5): All the comforts of home once we got in. - Location On arrival no one was outside the apartment to meet us, she was inside the apartment waiting, but we were outside the building and did not know which apartment. She should have been outside at the agreed time.

• Brenda (8/5): Lovely centrally located apartment on ground floor. - Clean, spacious, great location Nothing really, except I didn’t discover the roll down outer shutter on the main bedroom window until the last day, it would keep out the light and noise as people pass by the window and a courtesy light turns on.
