• stiv (1/5): Только не сюда - После того как 4 дня не было воды сначала никакой а потом горячий трудно найти что то положительное.Да и равнодушие хозяйки апартаментов. Холодильник плита и другие кухонные принадлежности были не первой свежести.Ну и отсутствие воды вообще а потом горячей испортили нам отдых.А также не согласие хозяйки отменить бронирование и вернуть деньги.Это случилось только на 4 день проживания и то после множества переписки с Букинг и хозяйкой апартаментов.

• Yavor (9/5): Superb - The place is nice, large, clean and comfortable. We wanted to celebrate my son's birthday in Velingrad. We did that but we had some troubles along the way - my wife's ankle turned out to be broken from the previous day of our vacation and our car broke down just when we arrived at Velongrad. So it was actually great that "The Park Place" was there for us!!! We managed to work out the whole situation thanks to a really nice doctor we found!!! There was some noise that was heard from the nearby street which was mainly because the drivers do not want to obey the speed limit that is present there. It was not too bad though.
• Petrova (8/5): Very good - Beds are soft and comfortable, there are three balconies, it is spacious, lots of cabinets for luggage if one stays longer. 6 people and a baby can stay there. TV is great and there is a coffee machine. Essentials are present.
• Iva (10/5): Very clean and spacious apartment. It's 10 min walk to downtown. - Self-service. Nice balconies and back yard. Fast internet.

• Estera (10/5): Very nice apartament and good value 😊 - Everything was perfect very nice accommodation for one peroane was perfect , big apartment and lovely managed ! I definitely recommend if you ever go to Velingrad, perfect for families. Thank you everything was perfect 😊 No washing machine
