• Vincent (9/5): Prima appartement met veel ruimte, goede faciliteiten en ook prima plek! - De combinatie van de ruimte en voorzieningen in het appartement tezamen met de prima ligging maken dit een prima plek voor een paar dagen Baden-Baden. Alleen parkeren is wat lastig. Voor een parkeerplaats is het even zoeken als je gratis wil parkeren.

• Ulrike (10/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! - Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist von der Ausstattung gehoben und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Sogar Kaffee, Tee, Spülmittel, Duschgel, Lotion, Handseife etc. stand zur Verfügung. Wir haben alle sechs wunderbar geschlafen. Der große Tisch ist zudem perfekt für gemeinsames Beisammensein. Zwei WCs zu haben war ebenfalls Luxus. Die Wohnung können wir rundherum weiterempfehlen. Die Parkplatzsituation. Wir hatten die Autos in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage untergebracht. An der Unterkunft selber war nur kurzes Ausladen möglich. Die Tiefgaragen sind fußläufig sehr nah. Preislich für Baden-Baden vermutlich "ok". Das war aber auch wirklich der einzige Punkt wo man flexibel sein musste.

• Sandra (9/5): - Spitzenmäßiges Appartement. Alles picobello sauber, Bettwäsche riecht gut. Traumhafte Ausstattung. Alles da was man sich nur wünschen kann. Tolles Bett, wir haben alle wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage ist mitten im Leben. Fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten.

• Diane (8/5): Communication was good with the host. - The location was great. Easy to catch the bus to the train station, restaurants, and the spa. Getting in we took a taxi from the train station to the apartment. We had difficulty locating the key box and front door. Pictures were sent but it was at night and hard to see what to do. After the original arrival it was fine. Pillows on the beds were terrible. No extra blankets.

• Cornelia (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in toll ausgestatteter Wohnung in bester Lage - Beste, zentrale Lage. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist fantastisch. Dasselbe gilt für das Bad. Sehr schön auch, dass es eine zweite Toilette gibt. Die Betten sind so gut wie die Bilder vermuten lassen. In dem schönen, gemütlichen Wohn/Esszimmer fühlte man sich gleich wohl.

• yasser (1/5): - I had a very frustrating experience with this property. First, the location was incredibly hard to find. There were no signs, no indicators, not even a labeled mailbox. It took me over 1.5 hours to locate the property — it felt like solving a puzzle with no clues. Second, upon entering the property, I noticed that the cushions were not clean and appeared unwashed. For hygiene reasons, I immediately placed them in the closet/storage and did not use them during the stay. However, after checkout, I was shocked to receive a rude and aggressive message from the host stating that if the cushions were not returned within two hours, they would report the matter to the police. The tone was accusatory, as if we had stolen them. They even escalated the issue by sending an official complaint through Booking.com and messaged me directly on WhatsApp. After I explained that the cushions were safely stored in the closet and had not been taken or used, they realized the misunderstanding. Yet instead of offering a sincere apology, they simply wished me a "nice day" — which felt dismissive after such a harsh and unjust accusation. Third, the spiral staircase is very impractical and potentially unsafe. The inner steps are extremely narrow, making it a real challenge — and even risky — to carry suitcases up or down. Overall, between the poor location signage, lack of professionalism, unsafe stairs, and the aggressive communication, I would not recommend this property. I hope they seriously reconsider how they handle guest interactions and logistics.
• Ruslan (9/5): Superb - Clean, the host very helpful and kind, location is great. Has extra bathroom. I wish the fan in the master bedroom was quieter. No lift.
• Claire (8/5): Great apartment, but host was rude and pictures don’t quite match what you get. - Great location, great facilities. Comfortable and roomy. Would recommend. The host was rude when we came to her with an urgent issue during check in. Pictured amenities were not present - nespresso machine, chairs on balcony.

Very easy to access the accommodation but still felt secure If there’s one thing that could improve it would be to have a choice of pillow - the ones provided were very soft and very big. It took a few nights to get used to them. I realise it’s exceptional to have a choice of pillows though, so I am being very picky. Honestly the accommodation was otherwise excellent and definitely recommend!

Would suggest property manager to give the cleaning crew some info about each reservation to determine how much supply to provide

Very helpful and considerate host. Located only a short walk from the centre, quiet but close enough to quickly be in the heart and with frequent buses connecting to key locations including the main railway station.

It had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The location is great - there is a supermarket nearby and is very close to the center. It was a very hot day and air conditioning could have been nice. There are only two fans. Check in time at 17:00 was a bit late for us.
• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - The property was excellent. They are behind every detail. Great comfortable beds, sofa, a well prepared kitchen, tastefully decored and cozy. plus it is walking distance from the city center. They could add an a/c or fan. It can get pretty hot in the rooms
• Ioanibee (10/5): Absolutley Fabulous Stay for our family! - The apartment was absolutley fabulous! Incredible attentiion to details, including high-end soap and shampoo, very well stocked kitchen supplies, high-end quality glasses, cutlery, etc. Also the towels were very good quality. The beds very 5* comfortable and the temperature was perfect upon arrival. We will most definitley stay here again next time we are in Baden Baden. There is honestly nothing we didn't like!
