• Joseph (5/5): Nice apartment and location marred by building parking rules. - The location was great! One block west of Bayfront Park/Marketplace, 3 blocks south of the Miami Heat area. Many food options are available in the area including a coffee shop/restaurant in the building lobby. The apartment was nicely appointed with soaps, kitchenware, etc. The bed is indeed big but the mattress was not "luxurious". The building concierge initially refused to allow me to park my car in the garage or even enter the elevator to retrieve the unit key-fob. He claimed the unit was being rented illegally and only finally relented when I showed him a picture of the Host holding the Key-fob in front of the unit door. The concierge also stated that parking in the building garage requires registration with the building management. Hearing this info I contacted the Host (only able to communicate via Booking Chat as the provided Host phone always went to a "Person unavailable" message despite multiple attempts). The Host chatted acceptance of my Auto info to register my car and assured me parking was allowed. However, I received a $55 ticket over-night and am now in the Dispute process with the Parking Management company.
• Remis (8/5): All good ! - In my opinion it is a best possible location if you want to visit Miami. Sightseeing bus stop , bus or ship excursions meeting points , metromover stop - everything in few meters from the apartment and that saves very much your time ! All downtown is in a walking distance including Miami River walk ! If you plan to sleep outside the bedroom, the window blinds are broken and you can't darken the window. “Paper walls” and if neighbors are active at night you will be listening everything very well :) The refrigerator/air conditioning system is very loud, so earplugs are necessary.

Thank you! - The location was very helpful as first time visitors in Miami, the view was breathtaking, the pool also, the flat was well equipped, had everything somebody would need and made us felt jjust like home. We had an amazing stay, all the infos well provided, and facilitated our quick checkin/checkout- very optimal and we had always quick responses to different questions. Very enjoyable, cozy accommodation with quick access to everything around.

Amazing views from the balcony and despite this being in a busy part of town , it was so quiet inside the property. Comfy bed , great shower and immaculately clean. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely book for longer next time .

Parking included. Reception downstairs was a little overwhelmed and didn't have my reservation in the system, although half of the units of the building was airbnb managed. Had to show my personal reservations details, and reception just allowed me to access unit.

• Julia (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment. - Super well located apartment in downtown Miami. We had a great time there, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice clean building and the pool was so refreshing. The hosts responded to all my questions before and during the stay. Also they left very good instructions on how to get there. Garage parking was included. Thank you so much, we will come back next time we are in Miami. Everything was really good.
