Guest (10/5): - Hemos tenido que aplazar la estadía y Juan nos ha solucionado de manera más que eficiente y profesional todo! Estamos muy conformes con la gestión y excelencia en el trato al cliente. Juan es profesional y cercano, conoce perfectamente las necesidades del cliente y se adapta, proporcionando y facilitando la gestión!
Tonnaej51 (3/5): Schlechte Wahl - Madrid Ungepflegte, gesundheitsgefährdende, stark verschimmelte Wohnung im KELLERGESCHOSS.... Die "Terrasse" ist ein Witz, man muss sich auf den Rücken legen, um den Himmel zu sehen!!! KEINE Klobürste zum Reinigen der Toilette, starker schwarzer Schimmelbefall in Küche und Bad. Wir überlegen uns ob wir die Wohnung nicht bei der zuständigen Behörde des Ayuntamento de Madrid melden sollen. Zu dem beschuldigt uns die Besitzeren eine Glas (?!?!?) platte an der Wand hinter den Kochplatten beschädigt zu haben. Ich kann gerne zusätzliche Fotos senden. Die bei booking.com angegebene Hausnummer 24 ist auch falsch.
Inês CS (5/5): Not value for the money :( - Apartamento bem localizado no bairro de Salamanca. Anfitrião simpático mas não resolveu o problema por ele criado. Embora muito bem localizado o apartamento tinha vários problemas. O prédio tem um problema de cheiros e o apartamento um problema grave de humidade/ infiltrações que deixa dentro de casa um cheiro muito desagradável. O proprietário/ agência deixou para 3 pessoas apenas toalhas de corpo e ao pedirmos toalhas de rosto/cabeça disseram que "esse serviço" não era oferecido. Também não havia tapete para os pés para usar na saída do duche o que fez com que a casa de banho estivesse sempre suja e com um ar muito pouco apetecível, não havendo sequer uma esfrega para limpar uma vez que é impossível sair do banho sem molhar o chão. O apartamento foi claramente limpo à pressa, de tal forma que até uma garrafa de água aberta havia dentro do frigorífico.

Juan (5/5): For the price I paid the place was not clean. I had to clean the toilet, bathroom and floors. Not what you expect when o - Not clean. Toilet was soiled, bedsheets and mattress had stains and lots of dust, dirt and has several hair strands on them.
Zoi (1/5): The apartment needs serious maintenance - Great location , welcoming staff and warm….but a lot of maintenance issues…. We were 4 people but had only one face towel to use, the shower spiral didn’t work, humidity on the walls and not that clean….
