• Doris (10/5): Great stay ...highly recommend for cleanliness , space and location - Friendly and very helpful staff ..hailed a taxi to the airport for me and took down the license plate as I got in. The place was very clean all the time , bed was good ( like their choice of mattress ..no fear of bites ) , AC worked well , huge room , nice ensuite with warm water Very minor ....my lazy b*** had to move a bit to get to the top floor but everything else positively outweighed building some muscle. Ask for a lower floor if you don't do stairs energetically

Limpieza y Confort: Las habitaciones, camas y baños estaban impecables. Ubicación Estratégica: Estás a pasos de la Plaza Centenario, la Av. 9 de Octubre que te lleva directo al Malecón 2000 y la Aerovía. ¡Perfecto para moverse rápido y conocer la ciudad! Detalle: El café o mate de cortesía es el toque ideal.

Si io che ho fatto soltanto una sera ci sono tante opzioni vicino. all’aeroporto o nel mio caso vicino alla fermata di bus La zona alla mattina, normale, niente di che eri in centro, però alla sera è una persona molto brutta so che non è colpa però non mi ha proprio fatto voglia di uscire, quindi la posizione se vuoi qualcosa in centro vicino alla piazza ci sta però non è una zona bella In Soggiorno la finestra era così sottile che sembrava che ero a fianco alla ragazza che urlava tutta la la sera c’era una ragazza una signora che vendeva cibo e urlava tutta la sera non c’era acqua calda l’aria condizionata funzionava però buttava un odore bruttissimo per la pulizia così così ho trovato uno scarafaggio poi un’acqua 2,50 $ mi sembra un po’ troppo l’unica cosa che ho positiva è il ragazzo che era molto predisposto e molto sorridente

La atención fue excelente.. Solo hay que prestar atención en la calle por las noches, pero usando Uber o taxi, se puede andar por todos lados..

• Sheridan (8/5): A decent hotel for a reasonable price. - Bedside cabinets. Wardrobe. Several electricity sockets, with some near to the bed. USB sockets near the double bed. Hot water in the shower. Fresh smelling hand towel and bath towel provided Air conditioning. Big room. Free drinks provided. Interesting variety of lighting in the room. The bathroom seems to be suitable for disabled people. Water leaks out of the shower cubicle onto the bathroom floor easily. Plenty of towel rails, but none are near the shower cubicle. Very poor sound and light insulation from the busy main road outside.
• Janet (7/5): Decent place to stay in central Guayaquil - The room was very large and had a little balcony attached, which was convenient for drying clothes I washed. The bed was comfortable and the shower functioned. The receptionist was helpful. The location was very good, near the Parque Centenario, and walking distance from the Malecon and the Mercado Artesanal. During my one day (two nights) in Guayaquil, I didn’t have the feeling of being unsafe where I walked, but was advised not to stroll around at night. The large bathroom with shower was OK. If I remember correctly, the WiFi worked well, too. There was a small sitting area where guests could have a Nescafé or tea. There are a lot of stairs from the street up to the reception and I was lucky to find someone coming in to help with my heavy suitcase. The air-conditioning took quite a long time to start cooling the room, and Guayaquil is HOT! That’s why I marked it lower for comfort. But all in all I was satisfied with this hotel.

• Lynelle (8/5): Very good - A great location within walking distance to the city centre and main attractions within it. We received a lovely friendly welcome and were well looked after by the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with all we needed. The shower had very low pressure and the toilet took a long time to refill. Easy to get to from the main bus terminal via the city bus system. Recommend for a short stay :-)

• Iuliia (5/5): We choose this hotel because of the good evaluation from guests but we did not really like the hotel. - The staff is very nice and helpful! We arrived in the middle of the night and the guy was waiting for us, we even had to call before to cross-check the address and it was really impressive that he was not sleeping. Air con makes a huge difference, since the city is very hot. Unfortunately the street where the hotel is located is very noise in the morning, so it was impossible to sleep. The hotel itself is quite old and not well maintained. It definitely needs a renovation. There was no hot water at all. As a recommendation, it would be good to have one hair dryer at the reception for guests.

• Kevin (8/5): Good option close to centre - Helpful getting a taxi. Close to the Malecón. Not a lot of good food options in the immediate neighbourhood. Hard to find breakfast. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

• Derek (10/5): A restful stay 😌 - Perfect location. Very kind staff (Karen is the best!). She gave me a great recommendation for bolon only two blocks from the hotel. It’s called Sun Coffee. The air conditioning works very well and it is necessary in the climate of Guayaquil. The bed was comfortable. Great stay. Very recommended! The wifi wasn’t working well on the 3rd floor but they told me they are fixing it.
