• Matthew (10/5): Excellent apartment - Patricia the host sent detailed instructions as how to enter the complex and how to collect the keys . The apartment is light , with a balcony that gets the sun in the morning and most of the day . The apartment is very well equipped, we stayed for nearly a month and did not feel there was anything missing for a long stay , washing machine , tumble dryer and dishwasher and excellent air conditioning/ heating system, comfortable sofa and bed . There is a swimming pool on site and also a paddle court the apartment has rackets and chairs for the pool . There is a Lidl 5 minute walk away and it is about 10 minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants Any questions were answered quickly Overall an excellent place to stay

Fijne residentie, goed contact met host via WhatsApp. Behaaglijke temperatuur in appartement (december en niet super goed weer) Wij vonden de molton op het bed met plastic onderlaag niet zo fijn. Handdoek en theedoek wellicht fijne aanvulling in de keuken.

• Angel (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y estaba muy limpio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el tendedero y Patricia nos lo solucionó de forma casi inmediata. La sensibilidad de la placa de inducción nos impedía tener 2 fuegos a la vez y a veces se convertía en algo desesperante, no sé si el problema viene de la propia placa o de las sartenes

• Catherine (9/5): Beautiful apartment - This is a beautiful apartment. It is immaculate and very well equipped. For a one bedroom apartment it is very spacious and has everything you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every second. We would recommend it and hope to return ourselves. The location is great - Lidl is close by and beach, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The owner, Patricia, is so helpful. All in all a first class experience. The development is spotless, well maintained with a beautiful pool and it's very secure. There is nothing we didn't like.
• Ann (10/5): Exceptional - We would highly recommend this Apartment.It is also gated with security staff .It is convenient to lidl supermarket , restaurants and hair salon..It only takes 10 to 15 minute walk to seafront and town centre, where you will find bars and more restaurants.The apartment itself is beautiful ,spotless clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a Deluxe Appt.and we would highly recommend.The owner Patricia is always at hand from accessing the property to helping out in any way she can.We will certainly be back.

Lots of places to eat within 5 min walk or 15 mins into village. Private and quiet - lovely balcony that gets the sun until late afternoon. Had a fab week here. Thanks to Patricia who was very helpful with booking taxis.

Close enough to walk to the beach and the village, but also close to the local supermarket and stretch of restaurants and bars nearby. We love La Bodeguita and visiting Alfonso & Erik and that was just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and beautifully furnished, I a peaceful location in the complex. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was kitted out well with everything we needed. We had use of beach towels and folding chairs for the pool/beach and Patricia left us wine and water as the shops were closed when we first arrived. Patricia offered lots of advice for our stay and kept in touch should we have needed anything. The apartment was easily accessible when we arrived as we were given clear instructions and videos to follow to gain entry into the complex, garage and apartment and videos to show how to operate the safe and TV. I have stayed on this particular complex before and had difficulty with the keys for the complex, the gate and the front door, which was very frustrating. This was not the case at all with Patricia’s apartment, everything went very smoothly. There was nothing we disliked about the property. It was perfect. 👌
• Marilyn (5/5): Very disappointing - It was immaculately clean It was very cold and very dark inside. There was a large tree overlooking the small terrace and we never caught even a glimpse of the sun. We came from England to Spain to enjoy the outdoor life and it was impossible living in the apartment.
• Jackie (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable and a wonderfully clean and secure complex. - The owner of the property sent over very clear instructions on how to get to the property, how to gain entry to the property and secure parking. There were videos and written instructions, you would need to be an idiot not to understand everything! When we entered I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely everything was, they had even left us a gift of wine to welcome us. The owner contacted us to make sure that we were happy and that we had everything we needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean and a very high end finish to everything, it truly felt like a home from home. The most comfortable bed and sofa I have ever come across in a rented apartment, just what you need after a long day on the golf course! On the last day I stupidly managed to lock myself out, leaving my suitcases inside! The owner went above and beyond to get hold of a key holder, who was at the property only 20 minutes later to let me back inside, I cannot thank them enough Nothing, the apartment far exceeded our expectations.
• Pauline (9/5): Stress free holiday in a lovely apartment in a lovely part of southern Spain - Patricia was an exceptional host and made the whole experience stress free. She booked us a taxi both ways and allowed us to stay in the apartment till 5pm on our last day (as we had a late flight) which we were very grateful for. Patricia also sent videos on how to find the apartment and all the codes to get into the gated estate and apartment. Immaculate apartment, 2 minutes from Lidl and 15 minutes from the centre. 30 Minutes from the airport. Lovely walks on the boardwalk by the sea in both directions. The apartment had soap, shampoo and body lotion which is a nice added touch. La Cala de Mijas is pretty and very clean and has not been overtaken with English bars and tacky shops. A lovely part of southern Spain, Only 1 small thing that could be improved is that there was not enough cooking utensils/sharp knives and oven dishes. But that did not spoil the experience we just had to improvise.
