• Светлана (10/5): Хорошо - Большая квартира, снимали на троих. Все есть, что надо Немного пошарпаный вид у окон, занавесок, плинтусы отсутствуют в нескольких местах, дверь хлипкая.

• Oliver (2/5): Für kurzes übernachten geeignet aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. - Balkon, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Badewanne, Aufzug Nicht wirklich sauber, Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber und eingestaubt, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher komplett verkalkt und sollten ausgetauscht werden
• Alexei (7/5): Good apartment with bad maintenance - It's a good apartment in a good location. Subway and a grocery store are very close. Clean and warm, but with some issues. Some things are requiring maintenance: 1. Entry door is hard to open, in fact you have to use a trick: pull the door and then gently turn the key clockwise. 2. Balcony door requires maintenance, does not close properly and make the room noisy at a night. 3. Sofa bed is very old, and noisy when you moving even slightly. 4. Bathroom valves are hard to set because they are too tough (requires maintenance) and the shower holder is half-broken. If the owner will fix these issues, it will be a great apartment to stay.

• Marián Varecha (5/5): Pre nenáročných turistov, ktorí sa uskromnia s nižším štandardom čistoty - Veľmi dobrá lokalita bezprostredne pri stanici metra Richard Wagner Platz. Dobrá dostupnosť kamkoľvek pomocou MHD. Niekoľko supermarketov v blízkom okolí. Veľmi mäkká a naozaj nadštandardné veľká manželská posteľ. Byt bol celkom útulný a na prespatie štyroch ľudí postačujúci. Dalo sa aj navariť, kuchyňa je relatívne dobre vybavená. Spôsob bookovania ubytovania je neštandardný - najprv dáte vedieť ubytovateľovi, že máte záujem, následne on potvrdí, že súhlasí, no cena už je iná, samozrejme vyššia. V našom prípade bol rozdiel 20 €, čo sme akceptovali. Po vstupe do bytu sme stále cítili nevábny pach aj napriek vetraniu a viacdňovému pobytu. Hoci sme bookovali ubytovanie pre štyroch, bolo to pripravené len pre dvoch. Našťastie sme našli ďalšiu bielizeň a paplóny v gauči. Radšej nebudem rozmýšľať, či to bolo čisté alebo použité.. V byte je aj kumbál, ktorý radím radšej neotvárať. Zrejme je pôvodom toho zápachu v byte. Okná netesnia dobre. V lete to je OK, no v zime by som tam nechcel byť. Nad balkónovými dverami je plieseň, ktorú sa majiteľ evidentne snažil premaľovať bielou farbou, no nestačí to. Chce to silnejší prípravok. Okno v kúpeľni sa nedalo úplne zatvoriť, nevýhoda je hlavne v tom, že je dostupné zo spoločných priestorov domu. Ruch z ulice je primeraný lokalite - kto chce tiché bývanie, musí hľadať niečo iné (nám toto nevadilo).

• Anna (9/5): Гарні апартаменти із зручним розташуванням та чудовим обслуговуванням - Дуже гарні апартаменти. Просторі та затишні, є абсолютно усе необхідне. Господар дуже приємний, на прохання раннього заселення відповів, що постарається це зробити. І справді зробив, це дуже полегшило нам нашу подорож. Все було справді добре.
• Katarzyna (1/5): - Bardzo słabe zachowanie właściciela obiektu. Cena obiektu pokazywała za pobyt od poniedziałku do piątku za 300 EURO. Nie było możliwości zabukowania, tylko wysłania zapytania czy obiekt zgodzi się na rezerwację. 2 razy wysyłał rezerwację mój partner ze swojego konta i została ona za każdym razem odwołana! Natomiast ja, jako kobieta jak wysłałam prośbę. Została ona od razu zaakceptowana i cena podniesioną o 100 EURO. Czyli w ostateczności zapłaciliśmy 400 EURO. Bardzo słabe zachowanie, jakby właściciel patrzał tylko na kobiety. Z góry jest to bardzo dziwne. Czystość też zostawia dużo do życzenia. Patelnie bardzo brudne, piekarnik również. Pozostał duży niesmak po zaistniałej sytuacji.
• philippe (4/5): Confort trop insuffisant pour des visites dans une grande ville dans laquelle ont marche beaucoup . - commerce à moins de 200 m pour faire les courses. Le logement n'a pas de volet ou rideaux occultants. Les précédents locataires laissent leur reste de produits entretien, canettes vides : le ménage était mal fait et quelques déchets non jetés. Les fenêtres coté rue de sont pas isolantes.

• Maria Patrizia (10/5): Soggiorno comodo e accogliente - Appartamento comodo al centro, raggiungibile con bus che si trova dall’altra parte della strada. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza e l’appartamento era dotato di asciugamani e asciugacapelli, inoltre era molto ben arredato. Contattando su whatsapp dal numero fornito ci è stato risposto prontamente indicando come eseguire il self check in, che è stato comodo e veloce. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura! Alcune pentole erano un po’rovinate
• Lilla (1/5): Nie wieder!!! - Um ehrlich zu sein, die Stadt nicht das Apartment. Direkt nach der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Fernseheprogramm nicht funktioniert hat. Vermieter angeschrieben,hat auch schnell geantwortet, Problem konnte nicht behoben werden . Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass das Bett/ Lattenrost provisorisch mit Draht geflickt war, sodass man beim Schlafen,was überhaupt nicht erholsam war, zur Außenseite rollte. Nachdem wir die vorhandenen Mängel dem Vermieter mitteilten, worüber dieser angeblich nichts wusste, hat dieser sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Wenn wir nicht im Voraus bezahlt hätten, wären wir sofort wo anders hingegangen . Auf die Frage hin ,ob der Vermieter uns bei diesen vorhandenen Mängel einen Preisnachlass geben könne, erhielten wir bis heute noch keine Rückmeldung! Bilder folgen noch über andere Mängel!

• Else (5/5): Waking up with sunrise a cold shower & no WiFi - The apartment offers a lot of space. There was a metrostation nearby. It was not cleaned well. There was pee on the toiletseat, stains on the bed sheet, the blanket on the couch did not smell fresh. The shower did not have enough waterpressure and did not get warm enough. The warmer I turned it, the lower the pressure. On the hottest, there shower started dripping lukewarm drips. Therefor taking a bath is not possible. Or you'd sign up for the ice bath challenge The WiFi was not stable and at times not working There were no descent curtains. Prepare to wake up with sunrise.
• Philip (9/5): Comfortable and convenient apartment - Spacious comfortable flat with separate kitchen and bathroom and combined living, dining sleeping area but well designed so bed is apart from main space. Kitchen is well equipped for two persons, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster etc.. Bathroom is fine, shower over bath, toilet, sink. Living area has dining table and chairs, great sofa, some lovely retro furniture, tv. Great location right next to U7 metro (Richard Wagner Platz) and Charlottenburg Town Hall. Lots of eating and drinking places. The owner of the flat communicates really well. Access is via a key safe. It's on the 4th floor, there is a lift but you still need to use a couple of small flights of stairs. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and loved the area

• MARIA (8/5): Confortable - Apartament ideal per visitar la ciutat. Molt ben comunicat amb metro. La parada és just al sortir de casa. L spartament és una mica antic però molt confortable
• Mathias (9/5): Top Apartment, sehr empfehlenswert - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, U-Bahn, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bus, .. Alles sehr nah. Das Appartement ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Kommunikation verlief absolut unkompliziert und extrem schnell. Wir waren als Familie dort, mit einem Kleinkind im Kinderwagen. Das Apartment ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar, aber vom Eingang bis zum Aufzug und vom Aufzug bis zum Apartment sind Treppen mit jeweils 7 bis 10 Stufen. Die sind mit Kinderwagen nicht wirklich gut zu realisieren.

• Lui25 (9/5): - The apartament is quite big for family 2+2. Fully equipped kittech with coffee express, toster, microvawe and big fridge. Towers for everyone included There was warm and clean however the furniture was old fashion. The shop and Rochard Wagner metro Station is just in front of the building. Great contact with The host. In neigbourhood there are Charlottenburg palace, Old mobile muzeum and Functurum( mini Eiffle tower)

• Joanna (10/5): - Przestronny apartament. Idealny dla 4 osób. Doskonale wyposażony. Posiada wszelkie udogodnienia. Metro 1 min od domu. Obok sklepy i restauracje. Troszkę daleko do głównych atrakcji.
• Raphaël (9/5): Great homey apartment in Berlin - The apartment is very homey which is super nice. Communication with the host was great as well. The door/window to the balcony was faulty and would get blocked sometimes.
• John Ayodeji (8/5): Relaxing ! - I like the location and the size of apartment. It was quite spacious and I like the big table, that helped me work well with my screens. Also, it was comfortable for 2 persons. Although we did minimal cooking, my wife and I like how the kitchen was. The mattress could be better! The fact that there was no light switch close to the bed. The price could be cheaper.
