• aiman (9/5): - The location is excellent 5 minutes walk to Milan central station from where u can go to all other cities alnd airports there is bus across the road to airport restaurants shops around clean, quick reply to text messages we store luggage in the apartment when we arrive around 12 but at checkout there is luggage storage boxes and also there is in central station some shops around do that . • Borja (10/5): Un fin de semana perfecto - Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de Milan. Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana a la ciudad y aprovechamos para ver un partido del Inter. Al lado de la Estación central de trenes que conecta con el aeropuerto (15€) Al lado del metro que conecta con la parada del Duomo (4 paradas - 5 minutos) Supermercado Carrefour express justo debajo. Fácil acceso al apartamento y buena comunicación con los anfitriones por WhatsApp. Si buscas disfrutar de la ciudad por un precio razonable es perfecto. Fuimos 4 personas y a mí me tocó dormir en el sofá-cama, descansé perfectamente. Me gustó mucho.

• Alaina (10/5): - The location was really great. Close to the train station which made for easy getting to/from and around the city. The apartment had everything we needed. Street noise settled about 10pm.
• Nell (8/5): Ideal for a pit stop in Milan! - Super central to the station. Convenient to get to. There was enough space for us. The shower was good. There is a bit of general wear and tear.

• Chilly (7/5): Great location but poor sound insulation. - The location is extremely convenient—just a 5-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station. The overall space is decent, but the kitchen is small and can only comfortably fit 2 people at the same time. Facilities are average, neither new nor outdated, which was acceptable for a one-night stay. The sound insulation is very poor. The building is right next to Milano Centrale Station and at a crossroads, with heavy traffic late into the night, making it very noisy. Light sleepers should avoid this property, as it’s nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

• Liu (3/5): - 地點方便而已 有詢問是否可以幫我在客廳的沙發床提供床單，卻已讀不回應處理，然後沙發不是很乾淨，所以直接睡不太舒服，有過敏。 然後到了所有的房費及城市稅已付，卻到了民宿外，才要求沒有先提供本人拿著護照的照片，就不願意提供房門鑰匙🔑，因為天冷又晚，周邊治安沒多好，線上聯繫時，有拜託先讓我們進入民宿門內再提供，結果卻不願意，堅持沒先提供拿著護照的合照，就不讓進入，當下想要退房也沒辦法。反正服務態度很差。 而且這家民宿的電梯🛗很可怕搖晃度極高，本身民宿灰塵很厚，杯子都卡灰塵，還要被收每日入住60歐清潔費，就讓人生氣😤，真的很不推薦

Lights went off during last night of stay. No heater or electrical plugs or WiFi were working thereafter. Reported to host on available WhatsApp with no response.
• Neerav (9/5): It was a lovely stay - It was clean and sorted place very bear to Milan central station Its not actually property but the noise from busy street whole night may be a bit more soindproofing if possible would make it perfect

Bir de mutfağın oradan geçerken minik basamak var oraya dikkat edilecek bir yazı bulundurulabilir, ben fark etmedim çok kötü bir șekilde düştüm..

Its very near to the Milano Centrale and its very convenient to walk with 2 big luggages and a stro - Location and cleanliness The online access to enter the building entrance was not working. We had to try multiple times and figured out the correct link to use to enter the building.
• Юлия (9/5): - Clean and cozy apartment with a beautiful view and very convenient location, 3 minutes distance from the railway station and metro. Easy and comprehensive instructions how to get in and how to use the appliances. Warm enough due to individual heating which you can regulate according to your needs. Special thanks for the tea and coffee 😊
• Tsui Shan Angela (8/5): recommended - Nice and convenient location near central train station. The room is tidy. Towels are available. large fridge, coffee machine, oven, .microwave, utensils, tableware are available. But only one electric plug in the kitchen, need to use one by one the building is old and the lift is old style which need to close 2 doors by hand and very very small which only 2 people get in the same time. The electric plug is not enough. There is one step in the room near the kitchen which need to be careful. There is few steps to get in to the lift area after entrance, need to carry up and down for luggage.

• Olga (8/5): - Апартаменты хорошо экипированы, есть все необходимое, чистые, удобно расположены рядом с вокзалом, если планируете ездить в другие города, до центра 40 минут пешком. было бы неплохо, если бы были пакетики с чаем, я читала, что в Италии не принято пить чай, но ведь сюда заезжают люди с разными традициями, поэтому было бы не плохо учесть и это. Купить можно, но я например все время в конце дня об этом забывала. Еще очень сложная система входа, пришлось оплачивать день интернета, чтобы попасть в здание и то ссылка все равно не открылась, пришлось писать, что проблема со входом, нам открыли, потом следующий квест был открыть замок, висящий на двери, где лежат ключи, цифры практически не видно, с фонариком и лупой, кое-как справились, после дороги, вечером, проходить все эти квесты тяжеловато.

• Haemin (8/5): 아주 좋은 숙소!! - 기차역에 가까워서 이동하기 좋고, 보내준 링크를 통해 어려움 없이 찾을 수 있었습니다. 화장실도 침실도 주방도 깨끗해서 이용하기 좋았어요. 엘리베이터도 있어서 어려움 없이 짐 옮길 수 있었어요! 3인이라 침실의 더블베드 하나와 거실의 쇼파베드를 사용했는데(최대4명 가능) 쇼파베드도 나쁘지 않았어요! 매트리스를 더 해주셨나? 큰 길이라 차 다니는 소리가 좀 들리긴 합니다. 전 잘 잤지만요.
• Kwon (10/5): 안전한 중심가 - 밀라노 중앙역과 매우 가까워서 이동하기가 편했고 엘리베이터도 두 개나 되어 이동이 편했습니다. 체크아웃 하는 날 우리는 일찍 체크아웃을 했지만 왓츠앱을 내가 늦게 확인하는 바람에 열쇠를 실내에 두고 왔답니다. 더구나 직원들에게 제가 일찍 떠난다는 말도 안하고 그냥 나와서 의사소통을 어렵게 했는데 끝까지 너무 친절하고 젠틀하게 괜찮다고 얘기해줘서 너무 고마웠어요. 나중에 보니 왓츠앱에 청소하는 업체에서도 기다린것 같았어요. 너무 미안하고 끝까지 친절히 모든 질문에 빠르게 응대해줘서 딸과의 여행이 너무 즐거웠어요. 식탁 테이블의 튤립은 생화인줄 알았어요! 이탈리아의 마지막 여행지 밀란을 잘 기억할게요! 고마워요. 딱히 없어요. 피렌체와 로마에선 숙소가 너무 비쌌는데 이 곳은 상대적으로 가성비가 너무 좋아요!!
• Reto (9/5): Guter Aufenthalt... - Wir hatten uns auf 15.00 bis 16.00 Uhr angemeldet. Die Person die das Appartement reinigen musste ist zeitgleich mit uns angekommen. Wir mussten also bis um 17.15 Warten bis wir in das Zimmer konnten. Wenn man schon gefragt wird wann man ankommt, dann sollte das Zimmer dann auch bezugsbereit sein.

Milano central allows to take tran to lakes (Como, Garda, Venice or even go and see Alps It was a bit noisy even with all the windows and blinds fully closed but this was expected. So can not claim on this as location was compensating

It’s located just a short walk from Central Station, which made getting around the city (and even to the airport) super convenient. The neighborhood is lively and full of great cafes, restaurants, and shops—everything I needed was close by. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan!

• June (7/5): Disappointing - The location was good but noisy The street noise and the pans were in very high cupboards we had to use a step ladder to get to the cooking accessories we are two ladies in our 70s so it was quite dangerous for us. The sofa bed hadn’t been made up for us as requested prior by email which was read and told it would be done, we didn’t know how to operate the bed it took us quite a while of trying we were then told the bedding was under the double bed in storage compartment so on our first night one of us had to lay on the sofa with no bedding.

• Dutta (8/5): Very good - There are good options for breakfast nearby . I would recommend the Queen's bar which is a 2-3 min walk from the apartment. The property had everything that one would need in a holiday which was very useful. The location is great as central station is only a 5 min walk and the food court there is open till late evening. The check-in time of the property is 3 PM and check out was at 1000hrs . We had a knock in the door at 0955 and although we were prepared to leave at 1000hrs but would have been good if the checkout was around noon as that then should have given enough time for the property to be reorganized again for the next check-in. This wasn't a huge concern but thought will mentioned for any future considerations. Another point to call out is the size of the lift. I know it might be beyond the apartment owner's control and could be a prevalent standard in the area but the lift can hardly accommodate 4 people and if there are luggage then possibly 1 at a time .

• Alin-alexandru (9/5): Superb - Great location in a well connected area close to Central Station, the apartment is modern and spacious. The floor was dirty, a bit noisy in the mornings, needs some adjustments in the shower because water is not evacuating properly and you can flood the bathroom.
