- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Echo (8/5): Had a great time. Would stay again - Maybe the door code could be shorter? It was difficult to remember
- Mark (9/5): Superb - It was surrounded by great restaurants and only a short walk to everything that is available in the Village Paying for daily parking. How else do you get there? With everything within walking distance, we parked the car and didn't move it until we left for home.
- Syme (4/5): Disappointing - Suite was comfortable. Fire place didn't work, toilet needed attention (internal) pool is out if order, ‐
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ketajah (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (8/5): Great little suite in Whistler - This is a great little suite in Whistler. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay for two people for a few nights. When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. We wish this was communicated before we booked. However, we were able to use the pool and hot tub in the hotel next door and still enjoyed some time in the hot tub.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Cloutier (10/5): Great location with all the amenities we needed for our stay. -
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional - The most comfy bed. Loved that it was on Main St, but not facing the hub of restaurants & bars, so it was quiet. Had everything we needed, and was a seamless process. Thank you Kevin for the great tips of where to eat.
- Jenna (5/5): You get what you pay for. If you want secured/guaranteed parking, go elsewhere. - The location was good and definitely not as noisy as some of the other hotels. Fortunately, it’s not as busy on that street. The bed was decently comfortable. The parking is public and not specifically for the hotel. It’s first come first serve and most spots are already reserved for other businesses. I definitely felt misled by the description of “on-site parking”. I had to park far away in Lot 4 of the ski hill. There were a couple spaces for the hotel that were supposed to be 15 minutes max for unloading. Not the case! People were still parked there overnight. I had to park illegally to cart in my bag/golf clubs/water/food, etc. The parking was a total pain and I wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.
Also, please buy some towels! There were only 2 towels that were clearly taken from a hotel pool, were old, ragged and smelt like mildew. The soap/shampoo dispenser had about 10 years worth of old soap built up in it, just gross! It doesn’t take much effect to buy a couple towels twice a year. Costco has a sale right now.
- Ayesha (3/5): Poor -
- Mariel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Teresa (7/5): Probably will stay elsewhere next time - Parking was expensive
- Heather (7/5): Great location. - We liked the location it was nice that the facility backed onto a park. The room was dated, and tissue paper was not supplied. The deck was not clean.
- Ania (4/5): Disappointing -
- Katelyn (8/5): Very good - The balcony had an awesome view of the mountains, the bed was super comfortable and the over all cleanliness was good. There wasn't any cleaning products to use when using the kitchen, the hairdryer kept on cutting out and an attachment from above the stove kept on falling off when opening the cabinets above, real danger if that hit my head.
The chairs on the balcony outside were both dirty so could not sit and enjoy the view.
- Morgan (10/5): Perfect! - Super Comfy bed, small balcony with a nice view, cute kitchen stocked with knives and utensils you’d want, stocked bathroom and TV including Netflix and such :)
- O'loan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was such a good location, easy to get to the rental shops and the slopes. Cosy, clean, comfortable bed, nothing to fault.
- Fan (9/5): Superb -
- Miriam (5/5): The first time I saw the place,it was very nice and cool.Inwant to go back and spent more days and same location.I love - Accessible Nothing to say.
- Trisha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Relaxing stay - Location, nice view from balcony and bathroom was clean. Baseboards, headboard, shelve the tv sat on and under bed needed a deep clean.
- Bea (8/5): Very good - Close to Stroll of Whistler, nice place.
Clean room. We did not see the owner. The Appartement is in a building with a desk, if you have a problem you can not ask someone personally.
We had a wasp nest on the balcony. The owner could not solve the problem in the weekend, we got a part of our money back.
- Patrick_74 (8/5): Kevin is a Great owner and Good Man - What I can say is the owner Kevin, is very proactive in addressing any issues at all. He is more than fair. This is the type of person I enjoy renting from.
- Sheila (9/5): Fabulous stay in Whistler - The location is fantastic, right near Olympic bandstand, rings and flags used for ceremonies. There are lots of restaurants and shops.
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Francesca (7/5): Good - Very central and quiet location in walking distance to everything.
Functional apartment with comfortable bed. The blinds couldn't be lowered and need maintenance.
- Georgia-paige (10/5): Great location, and great studio - the little kitchenette helped a lot as we were there for 2 weeks. the bed and pillows were a bit soft for me but still comfortable.
Our room wasn’t cleaned when we got there but Kevin went above and beyond. He put us up in another room and had the place sparkling when we swapped rooms two days later. He turned a negative start into a positive situation and we appreciated that so much.
It is a small studio, we had two large suitcases and still managed to unpack on top of our suitcases.
Great location! A sponge for the sink and an extra tea towel and the place would be perfect! Don’t hesitate to book.
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oleksandr (7/5): Good. - Conditioner was noisy. A lot of dust behind TV among not used wires and equipment. Not provided paper towels and napkins.
- Sally (6/5): great location but too loud - great location very very very noisy until about 3am …… lotsa young People partying until very late
- Rachel (6/5): Solid base for a weekend in Whistler. - Good location and a solid base for if you’re not spending much time in the unit. Unfortunately there were a couple of small issues - armchair was broken, blinds were also broken and there was some minor cleanliness issues - smoke butts on the balcony and a glass under the bed.
- Olga (10/5): Perfect for our stay! - We are a couple in mid 30s. We stayed here for 2 nights in April.
The check-in process was fully automated, so we did not need to meet the host or check in at the reception. Love it! It gives so much flexibility!
The room was quiet and as warm as you wanted it. The windows are double-glazed. There's a cozy gas fireplace.
We loved the hot tub outside! There's also a swimming pool, sauna and gym, but we didn't really use those.
The kitchen is fully functional with a fridge, a microwave and a cooktop. There's a small frying pan and a saucepan and all the necessary utensils - so we cooked most of our meals. If you're like us maybe bring a larger frying pan with you to cook the whole meal for more than 1 person at once.
The bathroom was fully equipped, had as much shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel, hand cream, toilet paper as you need. The supplies were very generous. The bed was more on the softer side. Still it gave us no back-aches which is good.
We struggled to bring the window blinders down before sleep. Ended up googling for instructions - turned out you need to pull the string at a certain angle to release the blinders. Judging by how loose the blinders were attached on the other window we were not the only ones to struggle.
