• Agnieszka (10/5): Bardzo polecamy, a poniżej widok z okna o poranku 🙂 - Doskonała lokalizacja, 3 minuty do metra, 20 minut spacerkiem do Coloseum. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Simon przygotował dla nas mapę, dokładnie wyjaśnił zasady komunikacji, polecił atrakcje i restauracje w okolicy. Śniadania były pyszne 😋 Wszystko było super 🙂

Exceptionally clean apartment, spacious bedroom and the Bed and pillows were very comfortable.Breakfast was lovely.Very secure and safe apartment.Simon (host) was such a welcoming person, gave us detailed information about the city and he gives great attention to the apartment on daily basis.Apartment has good access to metro, tram and bus facilities to the city centre. • Caesar Salad (8/5): Soggiorno nel complesso decisamente positivo - Sicuramente disponibilità e accoglienza dell’host; colazione e pulizia altri elementi piú che positivi. La posizione era buona ma forse la zona di sera non era tra le migliori; inoltre, questione soggettiva, ho trovato i cuscini un po’ duri.

• Ilka (10/5): - Simon der Gastgeber war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns willkommen geheißen und viele Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch einen Regenschirm geliehen. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Es gab leckere Schinkensandwiches und jede Menge süße Backwaren. Man konnte sich zu jeder Zeit einen Kaffee machen oder einen Saft aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich spitze. In knapp 5 Minuten Fußweg war die U-Bahnstation entfernt. Direkt in der Straße der Unterkunft gab es Einkaufsläden und Cafés. Möchte man zum Kolosseum laufen waren dies 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden wieder kommen! ☺️ Das einzige Makel wäre das Kopfteil des Bettes und die etwas abgenutzte Einrichtung auf dem Balkon. Diese sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten bei Zeiten ausgetauscht werden.

A szoba megfelelő felszereltség volt, tiszta és kellemes. Fűtés a klíma biztosította Az ágy minden fordulásnál nyikorgott (vagyis a rugók nyikorogtak benne), illetve a fűtés a klímával volt megoldható, habár voltak radiátorok

Nieko siaubingo, bet už akių užkliuvo nepabaigti švaros darbai, šiek tiek pritrūko švaros. Buvome apsistoję kelias dienas, tai norėjosi, kad būtų kasdien papildytos prausimosi priemonės, nes vienkartinio užtenka tik dienai, bet ne kelioms. Taip pat, yra triukšmas iš gatvės, jautresni žmonės gali pabusti nuo automobilių garso.

• Eu (10/5): - Simone gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Fornite d'iniziativa indicazioni su mezzi di trasporto e su cosa vedere oltre ai locali dove pranzare. Colazione ottima con brioches fresche di pasticceria e torte, sempre disponibili nella giornata tè caffè e prodotti in frigorifero. Possibilità di utilizzare il microonde. Camera ampia. Nulla, tutto ok

• Bernhard (9/5): Schönes Quartier, um die Stadt zu erkunden - Simone ist wirklich ein hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Termini gelegen und umfasst drei Zimmer. Meines war sehr sauber. Simon bietet eine leckere Frühstücksauswahl und einen Kühlschrank, in dem immer Joghurt, Milch und Säfte vorrätig sind. Auch Kuchen steht immer bereit. Die Matratze in meinem Zimmer ist schon etwas durchgelegen, sie macht in der Mitte eine kleine Kule. Sehr hellhörige Personen könnten sich durch die Straße oder andere Gäste gestört fühlen, die Wände und Türen sind dünn. Ich hatte sehr höfliche und ruhige Mitbewohner und Ohrstöpsel, folglich hatte ich keine Probleme.

Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Simone, que além das orientações sobre o apartamento também nos deu orientações sobre a cidade, pontos turísticos, e esclareceu diversas dúvidas sobre a locomoção dentro da cidade. Em todos os momentos que precisamos ele foi super solícito e nos respondeu. A acomodação fica dentro de um apartamento, que possui mais dois quartos para aluguel. Bem cedo, alguém preparava nosso café discretamente. O café era bem servido com produtos de qualidade.além disso alguns itens da geladeira ficavam disponíveis.

• crisketty (8/5): - La colazione è self service e ci sono delle mega brioches molto buone oltre a succhi, yogurth e altri prodotti disponibili sempre nel frigo. Ci si prepara in autonomia il caffè con le capsule e si ha a disposizione un bollitore per the e bevande calde oppure il microonde per scaldare il latte o altre pietanzeche uno vuole consumare. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa con finestra e balcone. Il posto è abbastanza comodo da raggiungere tramite fermata della metropolitana. Metterei a disposizione degli ospiti qualche bottiglietta di acqua anche per la colazione. e qualche bustina di tisana oltre al the normale e alla camomilla.

The room had everything I needed and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast was lovely, and the morning coffee made my day. Simon was extremely kind and helpful — he even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. With its great location, warm atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality, I would definitely stay here again.

• Tetuani Galián (10/5): Cómoda y satisfecha. - Realmente fue un acierto alojarme en este apartamento, el anfitrión Simone, fue muy amable y atento conmigo, me mostró las diferentes opciones de desplazamiento y lugares de visita. Él metro A está a 5 minutos caminando des de el apartamento. El apartamento limpio y moderno. El desayuno completo.

Muy atento y paciente para explicarnos en detalle la ubicación del departamento y opciones disponibles en la ciudad con recomendaciones. La ubicación es muy buena, a 5min de la estación del metro caminando y 15min del coliseo El desayuno y la limpieza del departamento muy bien también.

Cum ne-am cazat gazda ne-a oferit o harta a orasului si ne-a explicat ce putem vedea si cum putem ajunge. Pana la Colosseum se face 15 min de mers pe jos. Noi am luat toata Roma la pas. De loc nu am urcat in transport public. Chiar si la vatican am ajuns pe jos de la Trevi Fountain. Daca va permite sanatatea atunci luati incalaminte comoda si explorati tot orasul pe jos.

He spend around hour with us and show us everything we must see on map including where to buy tickets to Colosseo, where are metro stations and lines, and lot of very useful informations. Highly recommends this apartment if you gonna visit Rome first time!

• Katja (10/5): All was perfect =) - First of all Simone is a very friendly owner, polite and attentive to guest's needs! He gave a lot of practival advices for exploring the city and interaction with him was a real pleasure. About room - it was nice, clean, has a socket near the bed. The kitchen is shared - guests can have a coffee/tea and use a frige and microwave during the stay. Fresh sweet pastry was provided for breakfast as well as cereals, cookies, juice, milk (lactoze-free was avaliable by request), jam. Personally I prefer to have salty breakfast but I know that in Italy traditionally it is sweet, so I was ready for it - but maybe some pastry with cheese can be provided as an option.

Breakfast was excellent. There is snacks, coffee and juices in the kitchen for consumption. We felt like home away from home. Small shower but this has been everywhere in Europe.

We really enjoyed these two short days, we love everything he prepared for guest, and every other things there. What pity that we could only have 2 nights here. I will come back to Rome and this place will be the only choose for us!

Simon gave us a detailed explanation of almost everything such as attractions, restaurants and transportations that definitely helps a lot. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. The area feels safe and quiet. Good location close to Colosseum.

• Oralee (10/5): It was an excellent stay and Simon was awesome! Definitely felt like a home away from home. - Simon was very thorough with our check in and very accommodating. We felt at home. The shower was very small but it was fine for a short stay. That was the only small I convenience which compared to everything else was minor. Loved the location and how easy it was to move around.
