• manele (10/5): Florencia, siempre entre mis mejores recuerdos. - La ubicación muy buena, aunque al principio no pudimos ubicar fácilmente, la persona encargada nos dio el encuentro y nos ayudó a llegar. El departamento amplio, muy cómodo y bonito. Cerca a super mercado y restaurantes. Creo que hacer un plano o recorrido más claro para llegar desde la estación de tren al departamento

• Olha (9/5): - Me and my wife experience a good time at this location. It had an medium size interior and the interior was pretty good . The location is another good highlight, it was close to the town square Along with some decent shops,restaurants and other resourceful areas. The place had everything you need and was in good condition. The host was amazing in giving us details for a better stay along with valuable information about best dining spots , fun things you can do and etc. Everything is true and recommend especially for family or friends to come here. It's best for vacation and for just a good time with friends for a few nights. The two thing I didn't like was being by other residents in the same building due to low-medium noises at night and the low bedding. That is all but everything was good
• Sebastian (10/5): Sehr schöne 5 Tage im wunderschönen Florenz - Die Einweisung war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit und stellte uns sogar Informationen zu Restaurants etc.. zur Verfügung. Es war ein sehr herzliches Willkommen und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht.

Purtroppo la gestione è pessima 1) Nella prenotazione da app mobile non era affatto indicato chiaramente l'obbligo di un deposito cauzionale per eventuali danni di 250 euro da versare con carta di credito. Tale importo è stato restituito 10 giorni dopo il check out. 2) Il numero di telefono indicato su Booking è irraggiungibile. Il gestore dell'alloggio risponde esclusivamente tramite messaggi e spesso in inglese. Il primo contatto telefonico è stato possible solo la mattina del check out, la persona assolutamente scortese e a tratti maleducata. Fortunatamente nel tardo pomeriggio siamo stati contattati da Asia, la ragazza che ci ha dato le chiavi, gentile e professionale. 3) Gli orari del check in sono molto rigidi e se non rispettati (siamo arrivati 20 minuti in ritardo) ci sono penali. QUESTA REGOLA NELL'APP MOBILE È INDICATA SOLO IN LINGUA INGLESE 4) C'era un pessimo odore in tutte le stanze 5) La casa è molto fredda. Sui letti solo una trapuntina primaverile. Nell'armadio un plaid e una seconda trapuntina a una piazza, entrambi logori.

• Natalia (9/5): Exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. - A nice, quirky flat in a good location. Large bedrooms, very comfortable bed, quality linen and towels. Small, but well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower (good water pressure). The area feels residential rather than touristy, which is nice - there is a local supermarket 50 m away, as well as some popular restaurants. The organization of the flat is funny (e.g. washing machine in a cabinet under the tv set in the (tiny) living room), but overall it is a comfortable flat for short and longer stays. The greeting person was friendly and helpful. The deposit was returned in time. For some reason, the floor in the bathroom was quite dirty, as if someone was walking there in muddy shoes. This was in contrast with an otherwise sparkly clean flat.
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Easy communication with host. Location within 10 min walking distance to main attractions and train station. Apartment well managed. Air conditioning in every room. Didn't see a coffee machine. Some cupboards are old and difficult to open. Wall decorations in bedroom look old and mouldy.

• Gabler (7/5): Fine - The appartment has 2 separate bedrooms plus a living room. Bathroom is very nice. Washing machine and dishwasher a bonus. Coffee cooker and kettle broken. No lift to 1st floor

• Žans (8/5): Very good - This apartment offered by Sweetstay has everything a tourist needs for a pleasant stay. The location is good, 10 minutes walk to the center. They have a nice kitchen, very clean bathroom. The heating worked well, the apartment is good for staying in the cold season. Please note that Sweetstay will hand over the keys in person and will charge an additional (and significant) fee for late arrivals. Free check-in is possible until 19:00.

• Paulo (2/5): Very poor - Good location Rude host, as he was unaware that we had already paid the city tax (48 euros) and threatened us not to open the door if I did not send him a proof that I had already paid, so I send him the proof. Already on the spot, he informed us that the city tax was, after all, a higher amount, since it would have increased recently and booking was charging a lower amount. I had to pay another €18 on the spot to own it. I don't know if he delivered it to the municipality because, until today, I haven't received any receipt as I asked them. I will also complain to Booking about this situation as I felt cheated.
• Tatjana (5/5): Poor communication with guests, good location - The location is really good. The apartment is nicely arranged and good. But other circumstances spoil everything. One example is that the towels are not changed for 5 days, then you cannot be pleasant or comfortable. This affects the overall impression, which would be great if they were organized properly. Bad communication - when you book, you will receive 100 emails and inquiries. Only someone who is bored can answer all that. If you don't have internet on your phone when you arrive, you'll kiss the door. The staff works only online and nothing will help you, not even to call a taxi. The towels were not changed all 5 days, and there are no other towels. Toilet paper is provided for 1-2 day. So you have to think about toilet paper when you're on vacation. The worst organization I have ever met on a trip. When you know all this, it will be easier for you to prepare. Good luck!
