• Sofia (9/5): Capodanno a Londra - Io e la mia migliore amica abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamentino nel cuore di Londra per festeggiare l'ultimo dell'anno. La camera si presenta più spaziosa delle nostre aspettative e si raggiunge tramite un ascensore minuscolo ma molto caratteristico o scale. La chicca di questo alloggio è sicuramente il letto a soppalco, molto particolare e romantico. La host ci ha condiviso con anticipo le indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento in modo chiaro e ci ha fatto trovare la camera provvista di adattatore per le prese elettriche e saponi per la doccia. La posizione è sicuramente un altro punto forte della struttura in quanto è a due passi dalla stazione della metro e anche muovendosi a piedi permette di raggiungere in circa 20 minuti di cammino tutti i punti salienti della città. Anche alla sera è situato in una parte di città molto frequentata quindi noi siamo state tranquille a rincasare anche ad ora tarda.

• Jonny Gehrmann (7/5): - Um hier eine genaue Bewertung abgeben zu können muss man berücksichtigen, für welchen Zweck und warum wir das Apartment gemietet haben. Wir wollten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von London, die Pub Szene, diverse Musicals und gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichen. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Mitten in Soho und alles per Fuß zu erreichen. Ubahn und Bus Station direkt vor der Haustür. Was will man mehr um innerhalb von 7 Tagen sehr viel zu erleben. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Selbst Duschmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Das WLAN funktioniert auch hervorragend. Das Apartment incl WC und Dusche hat höchstens 18 qm und eignet sich nicht dafür auch einmal gemütlich einen Nachmittag oder Abend im Apartment zu verbringen. Das Bett ist über eine Leiter zu erreichen und daher nur für sehr fitte oder jüngere Menschen geeignet. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten sollten durchgeführt werden.
• Leilani (8/5): Compact and cozy choice if you want to be central to the popular venues in the heart of the city. - Central location, walkable and easy for transit on bus or tube. Property mgr responded timely. wifi was slow and only basic service. No lighting in kitchen counter area that worked. Nowhere to hang clothing or store some in a drawer or cupboard. Shower stall is very small. Shops on street level have baking smells that permeate the hallway. It faces Charing Cross Rd so we expected noise and there definitely is some especially on weekends.
• Anna (9/5): Great location in Central London, esp if going to West End! - The location was 10 / 10 - very convenient to a lot Central London has to offer. It was great having a mini fridge and microwave during the stay to whip up a quick breakfast. Felt very safe too. Busy street outside 24/7, but it's worth it for the location.

The loft bed optimises use of the space and is not diffi - Cozy, cute, and very conveniently located base from which to explore London. Bed was super comfy thanks to a mattress topper, and the place was thoughtfully equipped with everything one needs for a few nights’ stay. Nothing!

• Bruce (5/5): Great location and a clean, well-kept apartment - The location is excellent - close to activities, and near the Underground station. The apartment was clean, well-kept, well-appointed, and quiet. ItalianFlat did not provide the airport shuttle that was advertised, and then did not provide adequate directions to the apartment by not mentioning there are two exits from the Tottenham Court Road Underground Station. The bunk bed placement at ceiling level made it very difficult to achieve a good sleeping temperature. Either the bed at ceiling level was too hot for sleeping, or the rest of the room was too cold for not sleeping. Also, the bed has become soft with age. The room should be remodeled to lower the bed down to floor level, and placed where the coffee table and chairs are. The coffee table and chairs are not necessary, since the dinner table and chairs next to the window are sufficient. Consider replacing the decorative shelving with a small closet for clothes, which is needed. The bathroom shower has an awkward step.

There is a terrible odor in the stairway you have to walk to coming up to the apartment, that sometimes could smell in the apartment also. (I realize this is more of a community problem, but affected our enjoyment for sure.) Mattress somewhat lumpy/uncomfortable, fabric furniture, particularly fabric on the bed appeared to be dirty Otherwise, I do think it would be better to have the bed on the ground instead of lofted as I I think there is room

• Gleb (10/5): Great appartment. - It’ clean and in the middle of the city. It’s a bit noisy because the cars are moving right down of the window (it’s 1 floor).
